1. Внимание! на сайте agoda указан номер телефона отеля, по которому не возможно связаться с администрацией отеля. Телефон рабочий нашли на вывеске возле отеля в 2 часа ночи. 2. Если вы путешествуете один данный отель лучше не заказывать. По сути это небольшой домик, который сдают в ренту. Домик расположен в тупике. Хозяйка сказала, что проживать со мной в домике не будет, а сдавать его, мне одной женщине, она боится (за меня боится). Вообщем предложила мне альтернативу Ban Bua House 2, номер в 2-х звездочном отеле со всеми удобствами.

Faraway, failing apart”
The owner was nice. Place was a bit run down. It is expensive to get there unless you have a car. It cost us 120 Baht from the train station to get there.

Pleasant, relaxed. A great place to relax a bit.”
Great, staff was very friendly and always reachable by phone if you had a question. It's just a short bike ride to the city center, and close to a supermarket. We actually came back for another night, just to chill out a bit.

Amasing place! Cheap and best!”
For this price amasing place and nice stuff, very helpfull and povide bucicle and water. Little bit remote location, but not so faf! Highly reccomends to all budget travelers! Rooms are small but nice and clean!

Comfortable, Good Service”
Advantage Clean room and comfortable. Refrig and water heater are provided Good service and friendly staff. Wifi is provided and excellently signal Disadvantage The entrance is very narrow and small (one way). There is a small parking area.

Great owner! Relaxing atmosphere”
Only a 40 baht tuktuk from anywhere in town, it is a bit away from the main attractions (not walking distance) but the tuktuk there/back is cheap. The owner is amazing. So helpful, calling transportation for us and even offering to have her son drive us into town. The guesthouse is small, super cute, and very quiet. Exactly what we were looking for as a break from our sometimes stressful lives in Bangkok. I would 100% stay here again (and probably will) but may check out Banbua 2 (the other property).

I was relocated to a different "branch" for logisitical reasons but my room was quickly made ready for me; the new site quite far off the main traveller's hub; I do recommend renting a bike or scooter since the distances are deceptively large in this city.

Great guest house with even better owner”
Fantastic guest house with a amazing owner who invited us to his New Year's Eve party and even drove us to the bus when we left the only negative was its a little bit out of town but provided us with bikes so we could get into town (15 mins) but if you want peace and somewhere to base yourself you won't find anywhere better

Cozy Place with Wonderful Staff”
I travelled here with a friend of mine, and at first we were a little nervous about being so far away from the major sights, like the historical park. However, the staff here, a lovely family, was so friendly and accommodating they frequently drove us into the city when they were heading that way. The rooms were also lovely, and overall it was a great experience. -Liz and Cat

die Besitzerin ist super nett und bemüht. ihr Sohn hat uns extra die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder bereit gemacht. die Zimmer waren sehr schön und einladend. es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt den wir sehr genossen haben.

Agoda vermischt Ban Bua House 1 und Ban Bua House 2 Wir waren im Ban Bua house 2, nicht 1! War aber viel besser so, die 1 ist segr weit ausserhalb.

Bien mais un peu "rustique"”
Endroit calme en dehors de la ville, chambres propres et rustiques. Le proprietaire est tres sympa, tre serviable et parle un peu anglais. Pas de boisson ni nourriture, le 7 11 est a 1km mais le proprietaire peut y aller et il y a des restaurants a 5-600 m. Il y a des velos pour se rendre en ville. Convient plutot a des personnes jeunes sans enfants. Ne convient pas vraiment pour ceux qui cherchent le confort et les amusements.

Accueil extra de la proprio! ”
D'abord il est essentiel de reserver au Baan Bua 2, puisque le House 1 est vraiment dans la campagne profonde. La gentille nous a d'emblee offet d'aller a sa house 2, tout pres de petits restos locaux delicieux. Il est aussi possible de louer des velos et de commander a boire et a manger et de profiter ainsi de la terrasse au bord de la riviere. La proprio est d'une gentillesse incroyable!

周边设施不算方便但旅店安静舒适”
大城的岛外是靠近边缘地带，旅店周边有几座寺庙颇为安静，但周边设置不太完整，需要骑自行车10分钟左右到达吃饭和购物的地方。原本预定的房间是风扇房，因为住宿的客人不多，店家便安排了另一家有热水器、带空调的别致房间给我，店主人一家三口都十分nice，知道我肚子出现给了不少建议我。ban bua house还有第二家，离市区较近，旅店更大，在河畔能欣赏对岸的寺庙和游船，后来我提议搬到那里，店主也悉心安排，开车接送到house 2.假如要预订旅店house 2会是更好的选择，对面是历史公园，离食街也只有几分钟路程，非常方便。

ใกล้ตัวเมืองดีครับ”
ห้องน้ำน้ำไหลแรงไหลเบาเป็นช่วงๆ แอร์เย็นมากก ห้องสวยดี แต่มีแมลงสาบวิ่งเล่นอยู่ในห้อง โดนรวมถือว่าดีครับคุ้ม พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก

ที่พักเป็นไม้ ดูค่อนข้างน่ากลัว เข้าพักบ้านใหญ่ เจอแมลงสาบจึงขอย้าย เจ้าของให้ย้ายไปพัก 2 ห้องข้างบนแทน (ดูแลอย่างดี ขอโทษขอโพยใหญ่) บรรยากาศเงียบสงบดี ทางเข้าแคบ เป็นซอยเข้าไปลึกพอสมควร เหมาะกับการขับรถมาเท่านั้น
