Good staff, good location for traveller to Bang Pa-In palace and Bang Pa-In industeial estate. It would be better if they could get rid of the ants and spiders in the toilet

really nice hotel ”
near the customer factory, with really friendly staff, and nice breakfast & coffee (extra fee),the bed and the pillow make me have a great night! if can provide the shampoo will be more better! a little bit inconvenient to buy some snake or drink, need to walk around 8mins to get the 7-11.

Industrial area. Bad location and bad accommodation”
Terrible vial smell outside the entrance of this property of dried fish. The Inn is based on all aspects by an industrial area and estate which is not indicated or disclosed in Agoda's property write up. I could not believe my eyes when we arrived here an industrial area are you kidding me! Agoda does not improve with its facts or description it simply gets worse, this is the fourth time I have been let down by Agoda. The coffee shop is closed until the 19th April. I asked the girl on reception where can we eat and or get coffee " she did not have a clue. The photos of the front of this property are totally different from the reality of how it really looks. The room we were given had dead insects on the bed and mosquitoes flying around. The sliding cabinet drawers were dirty (see my photos) The sliding French door leading to a small balcony does not lock, so anyone from the outside could enter. The toilet makes a high pitched whistling noise which is most disturbing when we were trying to sleep. I asked the cleaning girl for a bathroom mat or additional towel to be placed on the floor as the shower sprays out water all over the floor and is dangerous to walk on " she could not even oblige us. There were ants all over the refrigerator and other parts of our room. There is no lift for luggage and no one to help us. I would have never chosen this hotel if I would have known about the real facts and location. Under the section of "overview on Agoda's website a place for " fun and relaxation! In an industrial area what rubbish is that! There is nothing to do around here and no restaurants within easy reach. There is no car park and no security to watch over our car. We were awoken in the morning by children shouting from there balconies and the inner hallways of this Inn. The nearest historic attraction which what we came here for are a round trip of 70Km away as we experienced.

Fantastic Hotel for couples and business travelers alike.”
A nice B&B feel with absolutely stellar staff. My fiance and I were in dire need of a place for my last day of work. We also had a party to attend in the evening, so we needed something close enough to the party to song taew back to the hotel. I was very surprised at how nice the room was for the price. The deluxe rooms on the 5th floor were a bit of a chore to get to with woman packed bags and no elevator, but one of the adorable staff helped me lug the 25kg bag of 5 flights of stairs and insisted on taking it herself the last flight. After help with the rest of the bags and introducing us to the room she vehemently refused a tip no matter how hard we tried. My only niggles are the lack of elevator which is only a problem if you have heavy bags, and a very minor whine about parking in the mud in front of the building. We will definitely stay here again.

Best Hotel Around”
This is the best Hotel In Ayutthaya & Bang Pa In, good rooms, friendly staff & cleaners, wifi is good, balcony is large and the TV has a good selection of english & thai channels. There is a nice coffee shop downstairs too. Stayed here many times and would recommend to all.

Best Hotel In Ayutthaya/Bang Pa In”
Great relaxing place to stay and very good value for the price, the hotel is very quite and relaxing on an evening and has a nice coffee shop downstairs, the hotel is very secure and the staff are great, the room is always spotless clean, the wifi is very fast and the balcony is great to relax on. I have stayed here many times in the past and have just booked 3 weeks stay thats how much I like it, I have stayed at most of the other places in Ayutthaya and Bang Pa In Place is by far the best, 10/10

Nice Hotesl, Great Staff”
Stay here all the time when I work in Bang Pa In. Very modern and clean hotel which is great to relax in. It also has a coffee shop at the entrance, the staff are all very nice and friendly ladies.

Comfortable environment. I think location only stops an advance to 3 star. Staff enjoy each others company, that is felt in the warm atmosphere.
