Выбрали данный отель для того чтобы помыться после аэропорта, планировали провести там не более часа. Нормально помыться не удалось, так как горячей воды нет, только кранчик с теплой водой. Так как очень вымотались, пришлось возвращаться чтобы немного поспать, так вот этот отель даже не подходит под категорию"переночевать", очень сыро внутри, всю ночь слушали адское караоке от соседей, спать очень тяжёло в таком микроклимате комнаты. Не советую!

Не дорогой отель, удобство и качество”

Мне нравится останавливаться в этом отеле из многих причин: 1. Доступность. Находится не на оживленной улице и в окнах слышен только звук птиц. 2. Бюджетно. Стоимость номера не велика, а за эти деньги дают ещё полотенца. 3. Простота. Если Вы требовательны к мелочам то Вам не понравится этот отель. Из минусов можно отметить следующее: 1. Дом деревянный - поэтому есть слышимость соседей 2. Иногда не работает wi-fi 3. Если оставишь еду на видном месте, то набегут муравьи.

Отель для ярых курильщиков сигарет”

Стены в отеле деревянные, с щелями. Когда кто-то курит в зоне для курения - пахнет во всех комнатах! Не просто попахивает, а ужасно воняет. Когда кто-то говорит в соседней комнате или под окнами - тоже все прекрасно слышно. Просыпаться будете от каждого соседского будильника, ощущение, что они звонят у вас около уха.

В комнате на первом этаже, с окнами во двор было очень шумно: стиральная машинка всю ночь гудела прям под окном, соседи сверху говорли всю вторую ночь, а так как стены очень тонкие, то ночью слышимость высокая, такое ощущение, что звуки внешние все у тебя в комнате.. Третью ночь орали коты:0 поспать так и не удалось:( также, не удалось и голову помыть - нет горячей воды, вообще!!!! А в январе не так уж и жарко. В остальном все на четверочку;)

Один минус - отсутствие горячей воды;( я переночевала в отеле только одну ночь, у меня был транзит через Бангкок. Расположенный в тихом переулке, отель находится в пешей доступности от популярных у туристов мест - Каосан роад, парк, пристань, Королевский дворец, храмы ...комнаты и уборные очень чистые. Персонал приветлив и не назойлив;))) . Однако, долгое пребывание в отеле неудобно из-за отсутствия горячей воды, голову не помыть;((((

Был первые 3 дня, дешевый номер, сравнительно тихо, без кондиционера, душ на первом этаже, не было пастельного белья, только покрывало. Можно выбрать для экономии. Близко к центру, к памятникам. Тараканов-муравьев не было. Простой чистый номер для ночевки.

Its a good place for a good price. Just in the dry season it might a bit be to hot.

Cheap, good location”

Good value for money. Unfortunately we got room with windows at entrance gate to guest house and reception and common garden, so there was very loudly till midnight and sometimes longer, an we had to hide our windows because everyone could see into inside our room.

Excellent location”

I like this place because it is located quite near Khaosan road, but not too close so you can stay away from the crazy noise of this busy street. Also, it took us only 15 minutes to walk from our hostel to Grand Palace. There is no BTS train nearby; however, if you travel from Don Muang Airport, you can take Shuttle Bus or Bus 59 to Khaosan road, then walk around 10 minutes, pretty convenient. No matter how late you reach Bangkok, streets around this hostel is always lively; there is nothing to be afraid. Minus points are that the room is really bad smelling and staff didn't appear friendly at all.

low budget stay”

its great for low budget stay but dont expect much from it. staff were ok but made no effort in getting to know you. i stayed 7 nights & the room was never clean nor made the bed, though not that it bothered me as i was out during the day everyday. in spite all that, it worked for what i needed & met my budget. its convenient & at good location, wish it wasnt shared toilet & showersroom though

Hot, stuffy noisy rooms & terrible staff”

It started off badly at check-in. The room wasn't ready and they lied about what time we could check in so that was very inconvenient. Also, the staff acted like we were bothering them anytime we approached the desk and even avoided us a couple of times! The house itself is nice since it's all made of wood BUT it keeps the heat in and feels like a sauna. You can also hear everything that moves or other people's conversations. Our room was above one of the toilets. I think there's probably better guest houses in the area.

clean cozy quiet little place”

It was ok nice and quiet about a km from the noise and chaos of KHAO san road.Perhaps a bit to far as it turned out.I was stopped by the police walking back there 1 night.They tried to shake me down of cos even though was just walking along minding my own business.I moved out of there after that realising i was quite vulnerable to marauding police walking along that road late at nite.If your a person who is not into a few late night beers then it would probably be fine.Rooms were quiet basic but good for the money.privacy and quiet was nice

near khaosan road, walking need 10minute,easy take local bus to other palaces such as china town,grand palace,chacutak market and mochit bus terminal (go to chiangmai and north area),friendly staff and good value of money.

I don't quite understand all the negative reviews. I had a lovely stay here. Great neighborhood, right next door to a very small monastery. Far enough away from the Khoa San lameness. Excellent value for Bangkok. I can't comment on the shared bathroom facilities because I had my own but they seemed pretty kept to me and I had no complaints about mine. My only gripes were the musty smell of the place, probably because it's an old wood structure (teak?)and also the noise in the morning from other guests, I was adjacent to the shared baths and there is no real insulation.

A hostel, not a hotel!”

This is a cheap end hostel, not a hotel. Located down a small alleyway, which made it hard to find. The staff had no customer service skills & you could hear people as the building was made from wood. The rooms have low ceilings so felt claustrophobic.

Unfriendly staff and dirty bathroom”

The guesthouse's location is ideal for tourists who want to stay away from the noise of Kao San road, however the bathroom and the toilet are one and it is very small, smelly and dirty. So it is not recommended for long stay. Just one night is enough, i am not going back here.

An ok stay”

We enjoyed our time here, had a nice hammock on the balcony which was cool. The room was small and was quite hot at night. Close enough to the town (Khao San Road) maybe 5-10mins walk but far enough out to avoid all the noise from the bars etc. Staff were helpful but we had to pay for hot water for noodles etc...we felt small perks like this should be included in the price of £8 a night. Wifi good. Overall a good stay, we would recommend but for the price you could probably find somewhere nicer with better facilities.

worst experience ever AVOID!!!”

We arrived late (12:30 in the night) because of our flight, after Knocking the door a few times a young girl opened, we gently asked to check in and showed our reservation details while we were standing outside. she answered that the check in is not possible room not available anymore and asked us to go away trying to shut the door in our faces, even when everything was already paid and there's not any information regarding late check in policies (it wasn't that late anyway)... luckily a couple of guest arrived then and we could sneak I'm and discuss further, she call the owner (I guess) and after 30 minutes of waiting and her really rude behaviour we we are asked to go to the hostel next door where a guy was waiting for us and gave us a room. at least we could sleep but I would avoid this place at any cost
