Service were meticulous and A stay away from the hustle environment”

We stayed 3 nights on the 40th floor of 1 Bedroom Executive Suite which was located on the same floor as the Executive Lounge. There are quite a bit of hiccup with the stay but all services provided were meticulous from everyone we met. Breakfast spread on the ground floor were alot more compare to the Executive Lounge especially the egg station. Nevertheless, the whole day food and drinks in the Executive Lounge were very good. SPA were good, do look for the therapist named MAY. Room service were fast. No pillow menu. Bed were fine. Small area for the swimming pool, there are baby pool as well. Gym equipment are good. 2 minutes walk to ThongLor BTS Station and one station away from Emporium. Nearby had many cafes and restaurants. A stay away from the hustle environment.

5 star international standard, professional ”

Staffs: very friendly, professional and helpful, very polite and quick to act on any issues. Room: fairly clean, nice bathtub would be better if bath salt provided like Sheraton in Bali. Breakfast buffet: Marriott never disappoint me, great quality and good varieties of local and international food options. Amazing rooftop bar,must visit 360 deg view of Bangkok Location only 3mins walk to BTS very good location, there’s plenty of local & Japanese food and massage around the hotel. Highly recommended. The only thing I would like to give feedback on is the mattress/mattress topper in our room, perhaps they need to change it. Overall we enjoy the stay and would comeback again. Location is very convenient.

Fantastic hotel terrible location. If you want to stay inside the hotel and use the amenities it’s very good. If you want to find bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel there aren’t any. Outside the hotel is just one big building site and the surrounding are has very little in the way of amenities.

Good location and very close to BTS”

Good hotel and close to BTS. The food served in the lobby cafe are not very tasty, ordered margarita pizza and pad thai, both taste horrible. housekeeping did not clean up and made the bed for the last night we staying. Didn't eat breakfast because it was not included when booking but I felt that mind be a good thing.

Great location, restaurants, and rooftop bar”

We enjoyed a 'staycation' at the Marriott and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable room; lovely spa experience; delicious dinner; and a nightcap at the rooftop bar. A great place we'll definitely stay at again!

VERY NICE HOTEL

Clean, friendly but room is never ready”

We went around 2 or 3PM to check-in, but the rooms were still cleaning that we had to wait for an hour to get in. We planned to go around the city, but because of the late check-in, we were only able to go out at night. Other than that, the room was clean and staffs were friendly.

Superb hotel”

The room interior is cosy yet luxurious. Love the bathtub and marble tiles. The bed is to die for. Super comfortable. Though the housekeeping could be improved as my hairdryer and iron/ironing board were still left uncoiled and not stowed away. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Great for business or leisure.

Nice stay with a couple of hickups.”

Very nice location, close to BTS and another transport facilities. We had issues with check in. Our room was not not ready until 4:45pm We didn’t expect this from Marriott as a 5 star chain. Staff were apologetic but couldn’t do anything else.

Excellent”

It was my husband's birthday. Wasnt expecting the staffs to make any special arrangements but they exceed my expectations! They decorated the room and even send a birthday cake! Very nice gesture of them. Staffs are very polite. Breakfast was very good. Location is very near to Thonglor station, just 2 mins walk from the hotel. View was great from the bathtub. Room interior is modern and classy. Will definitely stay here again!

I visit this hotel regularly and always enjoy the warm welcome and generally very comfortable facilities. Room for improvement: Elevators are always in the wrong place, and there's a huge amount of plastic waste. Let's keep it getting better!

Very good customer service and clean room ”

We like their customer service. very polite and felt welcomed. The room was very spacious and decent. Breakfast was great too. The location is convenient and near to mall, shops/restaurants and Bts. We would like to go back again for next visit.

Good location. Close to BTS. Good noodle restaurant and massage facility outside the hotel on the right hand side. There is a well known mango sticky rice shop also on the right hand side of the hotel. Thanks to all the friendly hotel staffs from managers to the bell boys. We had a good 3 night stay. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location”

Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Thonglor BTS. Excellent spa and roof top bar. Room service is prompt. Staffs are friendly and very professional. The only thing i can think of to improve is better pillows!

It‘s Marriott”

I had only one night stay there, it was very nice...couldn’t use the pool since it was heavy raining, but pool looks super...The Octave Rooftop Bar is vey nice and the hotel is next to the BTS Thong Lo (3-5 mins. walking distance)...all over, i would stay there again!

Nice hotel; getting more expensive”

I stay regularly here and continue to enjoy the location and warm hospitality. As usual, the elevator situation is problematic and doesn't seem to improve. I do note that the prices are creeping up, which reduces the hotel's attractiveness somewhat, but overall it's a good place to stay for work or leisure.

The top bar which I was so looking forward to turned out very disappointing I could not get a seat every time I thought I had a seat there said sorry it’s reserved, it maid me very angry and there did not care ,and secondly the tv choices my god the worst ever you really have to that out movie channel that’s a laugh 😂 very very poor standered I’ve been to many hotels round the and this was the worst choice tv 📺
