Favorite in Patong Phuket ”

Nice hotel tucked down the Soi 1/2 block from Banglia Rd .and all the action. Big quiet room with big window and king bed. Great friendly staff. Older TV, but mine was good and the nice ones right before the complete switch to flat screens. New owner but same great hotel.

Cool place for exploring Bangla”

Really good price, and actually really quiet for where it is! Not the nicest rooms but definitely worth it for the money. Hotel staff really friendly, allowed late check out, guests, everything. Really mellow place even for how close to the craziness it is.

Changed owner's recently, used to be called Rico's hotel, restaurant downstairs has reopened and if u stay at hotel u get 25% discount off the bill, food is nice and very reasonably priced, will definitely go back, thank you

This hotel is recently reopened under new management. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good for a hotel of this price level. The attached restaurant is just reopen and shows that more than the hotel, but they seem to be trying hard to get it together.

Right in the heart of the bars ”

Well located off a side street from the bars / walking street , not too loud if your coming in late BUT a near by very loud music bar may spoil an early night if you have a front room . Value for money would stay again if in Patong .

Another nice stay at Ricos”

Have been here before, will arrive. Location in soi Bangla is excellent. No too loud music or anything disturbing, for us anyway. Just few steps to the action =) Staff is nice. Everything went again as expected!

Great location, spacious room”

Stayed 3 nights here with friends. Located right in the middle of Bangla Road, we would've expected the hotel area to be very loud & noisy, but no. It was quite and nice. Got upgraded to a family room, so our room was very spacious. The downside was the bathroom tiles. They were sharp and rough, I dont know why they even use them. We had a late check in, so we had to drag our bags as no vehicles are allowed to enter the road at night. Room was clean. Iron and hair dryer were provided upon request. A lot of entertainment & restaurants nearby. Good wifi. Friendly staffs, able to converse in basic English. The clubs will be closed and stalls selling souvenirs & clothing will fill the street during daytime. A recommended hotel if you're into fun & happening night life.

Location location location ”

Best location in soi Bangla. No facilities at hotel ie no pool no room service but hey who cares when you are 20 metres walk from tiger bar side entrance. Staff here are wonderful and they are happy to help you enjoy your stay. Rooms are old but the beds are big! Loved it here.

Great value for a great little hotel”

Rico's is the only place I know of which is right in the centre of the nightlife district and walking distance from the beach, but for a very reasonable price you also get a good, comfortable room, friendly staff and you can sleep well as well as party. You don't get a pool and all the add-ons of a 4 or 5 star hotel, but for a 3 star it is very good.

Not a family area if it’s your first time.This is a nonstop party area with all the noise.Patong Beach and Bangla Rd is where all the craziness happens so beware.Lots of eating spots as well as shopping.

Caution!!”

The electricity in the hotel is terrible. Some of the items that we pluged in were burned. There is danger of getting electric shock. Not enough light in the room. The window is also small so not enough day light. The Air condition wasn't so good and worked slowly. The shower is terrible. The hot water is not stable and sometimes you can be burned. The shower floor is old and disgusting to stand on it. There is also a small butterflies there. The place is also working with the police and if you are gonna bring someone that they don't like they will call them.

The hotel was just taking over buy a new owner a few days before we arrived he was friendly and helpful as ware the rest of the stuff the locative is a few minute walk to the beach and the bars a clubs are at your doorstep not great if your planing a quiet night in my room was clean there was a few thing like the shower going hot and cold randomly but it didn’t bother me and the tv is dated but I didn’t watch it at all not shores it worked, The WiFi was not great but the the new owner is getting Fiber put not shore how long that will take but lucky for the next lot of visitors also the holt just opens there own restaurant witch the thi food was amazing and so cheep I think I’ve covered everything I had a great time and the hotel definitely woth the money by I didn’t pay a lot as I booked it early and saved Thanks

I had a great time staying at the hotel, its location is the best part plus the staff was also very helping and accommodating. I would seriously recommend all the party lovers who wish to stay in the most lit place of Phuket to stay there. Good value for money too.

Best place to stay if you want to be smacked in the middle of all the fun next to Patong beach. Great staff & so much food around the area. When I say this is in the middle of everything I mean just that. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Very good, you can bring friends to your room without paying extra, they clean the room later than other hotels so you have time to sleep a bit extra after bangla road, and The stuff is very friendly. One more thing is that it's super close to bangla road but you can barly hear the music from the hotel which is perfect if you have to sleep early before a trip or something.

Perfect experience”

I was skeptical at first but we had a great time here! The location is undoubtedly what you pay for, right at the heart of bangla road. We were very impressed with the staff who was kind enough to help us with bike rent, laundry, luggage storing on our last day and even helping out with bringing masseuses to our room. You can bring girls to your room, no need to pay any extra charges (strictly no ladyboys) as long as they show their ID at the reception. I'll stay here again if I were to visit Patong in the future.
