Нормальный отель, но цена слегка завышена”

Нормальный гестхаус. Заказывал сингл, но поселили в большой номер с окном и 2 кроватями — 2-спалка и полуторка. Мотивируя тем, что сингл занят. Я был только рад — в этом номере большое окно. В 1-местном окон не предполагается, свет только от ламп накаливания — грустное зрелище. Интернет в этом номере на (4 этаже) едва добивал, так что подключился к соседнему — от кафешки Bee-чего-то-там. И второй косяк — при выезде почему-то хотели взять деньги за какую-то прачечную. Я спрашивал у них за день до выезда — где можно постирать — сказали, что у них нет. Я так и не понял за что они хотели взять доплату. В итоге они посовещавшись на своем языке отстали и я благополучно улетел из Сайгона.

No elevator, don't stay here if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise. the rest are fine. Many restaurants around. Bus stop right outside on the main road.

Good hotel in District 1. The hotel prefers to accept cash. On card they charge 5% surcharge. Good staff. Lot of nearby eating places.

Don't expect much”

I had to stay here for a night since I arrive a day earlier than my friend. It was so-so, don't expect much, walls are too thin. You can hear people outside plus the fact that it's difficult to find. T

friendly and clean”

good location,. friendly stuff, hot shower and clean seats, air conditioner works in perfect, descent free wifi and delicious free breakfast with 17usd for a night was enough worthy for me. Would llke to stay that hostel next time too. thank you.

Demanded more money than booking rate”

Morning staff was rude,. Received a knock on our door saying they would not honor the rate we booked through Agoda for the second night of our stay. We were told to to cancel the reservation and pay a much higher price or leave, even though I was on the way to the hospital for a procedure. Also, upon check out, same staff member brought down the towel from our room and asked me to explain a small smudge on it. He made such a big deal about it, I asked if I needed to wash. Talk about harassing and embarrassing! Extremely happy with Agoda and how they resolved the situation with the reservation. However, I have never been been embarrassed and threatened to be kicked out of a hotel before and we have traveled throughout 30 countries.

Good staff and nice overall”

Main reason we didn’t like the place in the end was the amount of noise we had in the room during the night. But the staff were cute and helped us with a lot of things.

The room is comfortable and its clean with strong water pressure for bath. The location is near to the main street (Pham Ngu Lao Street) with lot bars and bistro. Although it is near to the main street, it is quiet in the night time. The staff is friendly and able to communicate in English fluently.

Great Location”

1 min walk to club area, 10 min walk to Malaysia Street. The accommodation is under upgrading during our stay 3rd Nov - 6 Nov 2018, unfortunately we have not been informed by the hotel. During day time, it was very noisy and dusty with construction works. We cannot enjoy our stay at the lobby at all and we can hear the drilling works from our room at level 2. The room is very big and looks new after upgrading. We have to go to other hotel 50 meter away to have our breakfast. On 1st night, I am back to the hotel at 1am, but the door was locked, I have to wait for about 15min, after I am asking my friend to go to the lobby asking the receptionist to open the door. He found receptionist was sleeping. In my opinion they shouldn't locked the door, in case of emergency there is no way out without the key.

They got friendly, helpful and english able speaking staffs there is always ready to help for any enquiries. Room is comfortable and clean. Located in an alley slightly away from noisy bar street.

Our room faced pub street it's too noisy, every night I need wearing plug ears to sleep.

Overall, very satisfied”

If you don't like steps, don't book here! No lift. We are okay with steps but still were on the top floor. The breakfast basic and is a good compliment to staying here. The water ran hot, clean overall. The city in general is noisy but really that is just how HCM is and I noticed that everything strangley anf almost simultaneously gets quiet around 1 -130am. I found the staff accomadating to our needs even when we asked for a Chu Chi tunnel booking at 11pm! They called and got it set up right at 7 the next day. and who I believe is the manager very helpful and enjoyable to chat with. All and all what I look for was in this place - good value for money, good location, free breakfast so I don't get hAngry, good customer service. The wifi sucked but honestly I have found this to be the situation all around Vietnam so far. The solution has been to go use wifi whike at a more secluded cafe, etc. Even at a more expensive resort I am at now for 3 days the wifi has been shit. I'd rebook!

Great place to stay”

Is in walkong distance of almost everywhere and surrounded by bars, restaurants and markets but still the rooms are very quiet. Has a fridge, aircon and a fantastic shower and is very clean. The staff/ owner are very friendly and helpful.
