Its great for a night stop over and the all you can eat buffet in the evening was very good. However there is no bar and no facilities of real note outside of the complex. If you are travelling with children it would be great as the pool was full of kids so not really something adults can use. As a couple we would have liked to have been able to get a bottle of wine with dinner but surprisingly there didn't seem to be anything on offer after speaking with two different waitresses.

- there's no parking lot for motobikes, you park on the other side of the street, 6.000 VND/turn (in and out); for overnight parking: 20.000 VND/night. No privileges for guests in site - the whole place is like a family camping site for families so there're a lot of children. - There were buffet, it costs around 310.000 VND/adult. I thought there would be a discount of guests staying in the site but no. - Events only at weekends, end before 10pm, not interesting - For standard rooms: no breakfast, just swimming pool service, yet that lil pool is always filled with children under 10. I think the pool is also open to public use as I could see local residents bringing their kids in, it's not really a "resort" standard. - Except for room services, there's not really anything you can do here. Food is expensive and not impressive, go out to Tu Tri restaurant or Hoang Ty restaurant in about 5 minutes riding, same price but you'll get fresh sea food, excellent views by the river.

I work in HCMC and my family and I decided to take advantage of a long weekend and stay at what looked like a nice and peaceful place by the river. As I'd seen a review mentioning a lack of bike parking I messaged the hotel to check and was told that there was. On arrival we were waved away by security guards who seemed to indicate that we should go to somewhere on the other side of the road (the hotel is in a slightly remote location and there is no obvious additional parking plot for bikes). We went to check in, and parked close to reception after seeing that the car park (seemingly only for cars) was completely empty. The attendant at the desk was as rude and unhelpful as I've experienced . I think I annoyed him by daring to want to check in and was disturbing his phone time. We could not get past the empasse of us wondering why we could not park our bike in an empty car park. He got ruder and ruder. So, we left and cancelled the booking. Didn't and wouldn't stay a night.

Unfriendly staff, tiny pool, location disappointing, restaurant lying”

The gardens are great and beautiful, the restaurant has only very local food with a lot of organ meat, beef and pork or chicken with skin. Everything drenched in fat. Pool was not usable because it's open to the public. Usually 10-20 kids in the tiny pool so hotel guests may not be able to use it. We noticed twice that the room next to room was rented for 3 hours to an unmarried couple. We all know what that means. Have no problem with that but says something about the type of "resort". The view from deluxe bungalow is sad. Especially reception was rude. Waiter (restaurant manager) said he did not have the 2 cheapest bottles of wine but only the most expensive ones while the night before the waiter showed us the cheapest bottles. He obviously pretended he didn't have the cheap ones. Nobody drinks wine in Vietnam so i'm sure he just lied. Breakfast: noodles, bread with egg or bread with jam. No fruits, no vegetables, no cheese. Location is not natural, just a slum basically.

Disappointing stay”

The hotel does not follow their pocily written on the Agoda App ie requesting marriage certificate for a couple. We have to pay for the extra room for my wife as we could not present the certificate. Tom

Typical Vietnamese effort to earn good title”

Fair would be it. We actually booked 2 rooms, but 1 had issue with the water coming out of the fridge and one in which they forgot to leave us the coffee and such. It's Feb 15th, and it's oddly unoccupied; there might be around 20 rooms with people in at the time, and the roads and other utilities are covered in leaves. The pool is supposed to be covered in lights and open until 9pm, but by 7pm there was no light nor fountains as they include in their photos. The fishing pond and restaurant utilities seems abandoned because it wasnt their busy season. In sum, it's as if they did their best during the first year to gain the 4-star title and let it slide down since then. This phenomenon is commonly seen in Vietnam, like when a teacher has a "judgment" where other teachers observe and grade the teacher while every student is extremely nicer and more concentrated than usual. If you're looking for such an international level resort, just look for the newly built ones. don't put your hopes up for these "4-star" 2-star resorts.

Good place to rest after long trip”

Bungalows are excellent and loved the swimmingpool. Wifi not very strong. For the price I did expect breakfast but it was not included and the food is pretty expensive in the restaurant. Nearby there is a small Vietnames home restaurant where you can eat good Bo Kho soop. Far from the center but bus to Benh Tanh market goes every 15 minutes very nearby so perfect (only until 7pm). Downside: there was loud music from early morning, often karaoke and/or not very pleasing to the ear.
