Отель небольшой, да он не новый, да это не 5 звезд, но по соотношению цена-качество очень хорошее предложение. Никаких тараканов и тд не видел. Единственный минус - нет лифта.

был в этом отеле уже пятый раз. отличное сочетание цена-качество. отлично расположен, близко море, рынки, магазины, Бангла. тихо, каждый день меняется бельё, очень приветливый хозяин англичанин.

проживал в отеле с 2.02.2012 по 15.02.2012. хотя первоначально планировал остановиться только на 5 дней. покорил персонал и чистота в номерах. очень понравилось отношение персонала к гостям. любое обращение не ставалось без внимания. расположение отеля- лучше не придумаешь. тихое место рядом с пляжем и торговым центром. в семи метрах расположен ресторан с достойной кухней на любой вкус и приемлемыми ценами.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи, что узнать, что же такое Патонг. До этого жили на Кароне. Отель не плохой за свои деньги - чисто, убирают каждый день. Немного шумный кондей был, но не критично. Бесплатный WiFi. Рядом куча кафешек, массажных салонов. В общем чтоб переночевать да вещи кинуть - отличное место.

Симпатичное место с приятной атмосферой. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Удобное расположение - рядом с пляжем и рынком, недалеко от самого центра и Бангла роад. Плохо что нет завтрака (ну за эти деньги - и неудивительно), но рядом есть неплохой и недорогой ресторанчик. Если у Вас багаж - не берите этажи выше 2-го или 3-го. Лестница очень узкая и крутая - тащить наверх багаж в +36 - удовольствие сомнительное. Кондиционер, горячая вода в душе, удобное растположение, низкая цена - несомненные плюсы. Но ряд минусов могут заставить Вас поискать место получше, особенно если Вы готовы заплатить чуть побольше.

This hotel is pretty budget. I stayed before and it was only $21 per night so I searched for it again. It was peak time so it was $37.... But for $37 I think you will find better value in patong. The bathroom is the rooms worst feature. Other than that the rooms are quite comfortable. The toilet is in the shower area and there's nothing to stop the water from flooding the bathroom floor, you use all the mats and towels you can to get your feet dry enough to walk around the room! No lift so luggage is a pain to get to higher floors as staircase is narrow. I recommend it for solo travelers with back packs who are just in town to party! There is no fee to bring unregistered guests into the hotel which is a bonus. There are plenty of bars and restuarant and massage places within 20m of the hotel and there is a family mart right next door for your convenience needs!

I got room at 3rd floor, the staff bring my bags upstairs and also follow up my problems very fast. They also responsive in my request to arrange my pick up at airport after my flight got late and delayed. And I can leave my baggages after my staying when I take 1 night excursion to phi phi island. They can arrange transport and affordable tours. Very practical and safe. It just 3-5 minute walk to Patong beach.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and the owner is around most of the time and takes the time to greet you. They have a small bar and a pool table, and coffee and tea is provided in the morning. Only downside was that they couldn't book an airport transfer for the time we requested, so we ended up going across the street where they booked it without problem for the time we wanted.

Booked 5 rooms online for my friends on a stag do. The staff are very friendly and the owner is a British guy so no issues with language, having said the the Thai staff who man the desk most of the time are extremely friendly and speak very good English. The desk is manned 24/7 which is peace of mind for security and more than willing to help, even if it was to fill our water guns for the Songkran carnage! The hotel is as you would expect for the price range, clean rooms with fresh sheets, however there is no food etc served by the hotel itself. Not really an issue though due to the vast amount of local restaurants. My only issue was with the heat of the Supreme room on the 5th floor which was extremely hot even with the AC on and the fact it had an internal door so can hear the adjacent rooms going ons. Not really an issue though as in the great location you will be out most of the time in Patong. Although that is a different story altogether...

ok budget for a stop over but phuket wasn't for me...hotel had no lift so carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs was a huge problem...no window in room. stains on bed clothes and had to sleep ontop of the bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tatum. The price was a wonderful value for the superb location (5 minutes walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Bangla Road) on a slightly less trafficked side street. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly fine and the extra bed we had requested was in its place and ready to go. We met the owner/manager and he was a delight as well. All in all I have nothing but great things to say about Tatum Mansion, and as soon as I get back to Phuket I will be staying there again!

The hotel is fair, quite close to the sea and night life but not noisy if you want to sleep. I had ine of the best rooms, but I didn't see any difference with normal double rooms I've been in other places. Staff is friendly and soeaks good english, although I had the impression that a couple of times they were trying to rip me off (a tour for 2500 Baht and going with taxi to phuket town for 300 Baht, I asked them if there was a bus and they said no, then I got a bus for 30 Baht just 5 minutes walk outside the hotel)
