Easy access to CBD, a bridge across to Milton Sunday Market, short walk to Harris Markets and Coles Supermarket at West End. Great view of the Brisbane River and mountains. Comfortable apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Near Southbank free bus stop.

Location was amazing, 5 minute walk to the museum. The room was mostly clean, previous person went crazy with tiny gold stars in every thing. Pool, spa and gym facilities were great.

Unable to find apartment because it’s named Crown Towers. No instruction on late check in. Unable to enter apartment because there were no keys. Nobody answer phone till 45mins later. Two of the three lifts not working. Waiting for lift is like waiting for a bus! Don’t be fooled by the balcony view in the pictures. My view was facing a wall!

Room and location was amazing. There was just a problem however when we arrived as we weren’t notified that check in was between a certain time so there was no one at reception to greet is. We weren’t the only ones in this situation. The security person on duty was able to locate our key however we still had major problems finding our carpark as we didn’t realise their were 2 x carparks. It was a real nightmare especially after travelling. I just can’t understand why someone from the apartments didn’t give us a quick call when we hadn’t showed up?? If it was for the security guard helping us we would have just had to leave.

Pros: convenient location in South Bank. Comfortable bedding. Fast Wifi. Good parking. Cons: not thoroughly clean, particularly floor tiles. Vent for aircon in one of the bedrooms was full of dust. Lacking basic condiments, such as salt & pepper. Would recommend a little laminated sheet as an FYI, such as when cleaning service is; what to do in event of early check out; who to contact if anything needed; how to operate bin, etc. All in all, our stay wasn’t bad at all. Particularly liked the convenient location.

The location is great and the apartment is super super cosy! So much so that we wish we can continue our stay there! Didnt get a chance to utilise the facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi and suana though.
