Posizione strategica con staff mooolto cordiale e premuroso ”

Albergo un poco datato con alcune camere (quelle che danno sulla strada) rumorosissime (dovuto dormire con tappi nelle orecchie)! Però alla richiesta di cambiare camera lo staff ha fatto di tutto per venirci incontro. In effetti il punto forte, oltre all’eccelente posizione è la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff e la possibilità di sorseggiare qualcosa di caldo (con dolcetti) tutto il giorno (tranne dalle 17 alle 20 quando viene offerto un buon aperitivo a base di vini e formaggi)!

Looked after from start to finish”

Crook the first greeting ad you walk through the door, the wonderful service within the restaurant, the comfy and clean beds and the efficient staff through out. A wonderful stay which I would highly recommend to all. Cheese a CD wine wad a lovely stay to evening on town and breakfast set you up for a day of site seeing.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Times Square ”

Comfortable small hotel”

Although it was my first New York, I could spend comfortably. Safety is also perfect as NYPD police officers come to use the toilet. The breakfast staff were also helpful and enjoyed fresh fruits, bread and delicious coffee. Especially boiled eggs are the best! I would like to visit there again someday.

Highly reccomended! Lovely hotel right in Times square but again away from the hustle and bustle . Lovely complimentary breakfast , the free vening cheese and wine buffet was a nice gesture and gave guests a chance to meet other guests staying at the hotel. Location is ideal fo midtown, downtown and uptown attractions! Lovely rooms and adequate size for NYC.Would defi ately reccomend to friends and family .

Times Square Show Traveler”

If you're going to NYC to see a show and need/want to stay in Times Square, then we definitely recommend the Casablanca. The staff was lovely and the location was very close to all of the shows on Broadway and walkable to all of the great restaurants in Hells Kitchen. Since rush hour is such an issue in NY, it made more sense for us to stay near our show and then just walk to where we wanted to go.

Amazing Service”

Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff here, from the reception staff to the room and breakfast staff. The owner even gave our group a lift in his private car when we were late for a boat trip down the Hudson River to ensure we met our schedule. The hotel was spotless, had a lovely atmosphere and the cheeses and wine served between 5.00pm and 7.00pm worked well after a busy day sightseeing. All staff were knowledgable and would most certainly recommend for visitors wanting to stay right in the centre of Times Square.

Exotic hotel with complimentary food and beverage”

Friendly staff, comfortable sitting lounger and beverages and snacks all day. The restaurant provides super quick room service with delicious Italian dishes. Ideal Times Square. Only minus is window overlooks nothing.

I tried finding a fault with this hotel but couldn't- I was there for a day but the staff made sure my stay was exceptional - I arrived early and they had my room ready. The continental breakfast was great and so was the wine and cheese reception. Loved the decor and comfort of the place . Definitely coming back . Big shoutout to the staff for being so caring and polite
