Animal abuse on this resort.”
This resort is part of an animal farm. They perform shows with wild animals. (Elephants, Tigers, crocodiles etc). We booked the bungalow with the intention that it was just a resort close to the floating market. Being part of a farm wasn’t mentioned on Agoda. The park is treating the animals poorly (we saw this happen). Please don’t go here for the sake of the animals. Don’t support this please!

Cozy and warm”
Accommodation, good atmosphere, convenient for families and children. Accommodation is a villa. But the shower room and shower were installed a little wrong. The bedroom above should have a staircase for walking in. The room should be more convenient.

Bad service, old resort, animal abused - I am so sad and will not recommend for anyone to come”
We picked this resort because we read some good reviews from the internet and found some interesting activities for children in the resort. Staying here for two nights with five rooms. (12adults and 5 children and 1 baby) Old rooms & facilities - toilets were stinky and have ANTS on bed. Two of our rooms had ANTS and they bit us and my baby (11months) at night. Lots of ants came during night time - THE REGISTRATION STAFF LADY TRYING TO BLAME ME BECAUSE I WAS BREASTFEEDING SO IT KIND OF SWEET AND ATTRACT THE ANTS. That was very ridiculous, I was staying at many hotels with my baby but never found any ants on bed. Lucky us, the hotel owner lady was good and responsible. We got a new room for the second day and got a refund for one room. Mostly the staff was okay but the registration desk staff has no service mind at all- only take care the foreigners. Breakfast was bad and the venue was on the opposite side of the main road. Not convenient at all. If you are hungry, Only frozen

If you want to have a elephant and Zoo event than ? Room dirty bathroom zink hanging out from bathroom wall, could not a shaking Aircond make it impossible to sleep.Breakfast One hot dog one egg one smal pice off haTransport with g golf cart to the other side off the camp. Wardroob door hanging and could not turn out the light...I could sleep 2 hours...Could not even lock the door to this dirty bungalow.. STOP SELLING THIS

I saw a flash sale and took the deal on this place without researching it. A lot of other people gave this place two stars, and I thought it would be fine for one night. Our bathroom was sprouting black mold all along the door. The front desk refused to give us the wifi password. At first the worker said she didn’t know the password, but when we asked her to call someone to check she then said her owner said the wifi would not reach us. We see the bars on our phones, but they just wouldn’t give us the password. That should be clearly stated that there is no wifi provided in the advertisement and not weird lies if that is the case. We speak fluent Thai, so there was nothing lost in translation. There is also no phone provided in your room, so you will have to walk to the front desk if you need anything. There was no toilet paper. There is a decorative facial tissue box provided outside the bathroom, and I thought perhaps they forgot to give us a roll of tp. No. When asked, I was given more facial tissues and told that is what they have. The staff were nice, but it seems like upper management didn’t give them much to work with. If you do end up still booking knowing this, watch out if you driving there yourself. Google maps has the wrong location and took us deep into the neighborhood. Fortunately we speak Thai and could ask for directions.

Chang Puak is a reasonably priced option, with decent rooms, in a quiet location. Possibly located a bit too far from the main drag for some.

Die Hütten sind relativ neu was sich auch in dem Erhaltungszustand wieder spiegelt. Das wird sich aber schnell ändern da es mit der Sauberkeit nicht zum Besten bestellt ist und das Personal absolut lustlos un desinteressiert ist. Sowohl beim Einchecken wie beim Auschecken mussten wir jeweils 10 Minuten auf einem Mitarbeiter warten. Auf unsere Frage nach dem Wifi- Passwort bekamen wir zur Antwort“ brauchen wir nicht - ist sowieso kaputt“ Das Frühstück ist mehr als mässig.

Hier ist noch Raum für Verbesserungen ”
Es handelt sich hier um eine kleine neue Bungalow-Anlage auf dem Gelände eines Elefanten-... nennen wir es Trainingscenter. Die Bungalows sind klein, mit landestypischem Bad/WC. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist schwierig da meistens niemand da ist und wenn man jemanden gefunden hat dann spricht und versteht der/diejenige nur Thai. Das Frühstück gibt es außerhalb der Bungalow-Anlage nach queren einer 4-spurigen Straße. Aber die beiden Varianten, die hier als Frühstück zur Auswahl stehen, lohnen den Weg kaum. Dafür kann man aber in der Anlage den Elefanten bei Frühstück und Baden zuschauen. Soweit ich das erkennen konnte, waren wir, 2 Paare in je einem Bungalow, auch die einzigen Gäste

ข้อดี ราคาสมเหตุสมผล ที่พักสวยงาม ดูดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ พนักงานเต็มใจให้บริการ เอาใจใส่ดี มีโปรโมชั่นเข้าชมช้างเผือกแคม์ที่อยู่ติดกันฟรี และมีส่วนลดให้ฟาร์มที่อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามด้วย ข้อติ ที่จอดรถแยกจากที่พัก เนื่องจากป้องกันเสียงรบกวนช้าง ถ้าที่พักอยู่ในสุดและมีสัมภาระเยอะอาจจะต้องขอรถกอล์ฟไปส่ง อาหารเช้าอยู่อีกฝั่งถนน นั่งรถกอล์ฟไปทาน

ห้องสะอาด อากาศดี ธรรมชาติ ด้านหลังเป้นคลอง ตื่นเข้ามีน้ำค้างลง ชั้นสองห้องพักดูดาว มีระเบียงนั่งคุยเล็ก ๆ ให้ ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ถนนเส้นหลักไม่หลงแน่นอน ห้องเล็กไปหน่อยแต่โดยรวม อุปกรณ์ครบครัน ขาดแค่ไดร์เป่าผม มีอาหารเช้าให้เป็นชุดให้เลือก อีกครั้งยังสามารถเข้าชมโชว์ต่าง ๆ ในรีสอร์ทฟรีอีกด้วย ถือว่าคุ้มค่าแนะนำเลยค่ะ
