Great location. Value for money”

Was great stay, with car parking, very close to city cbd. Very good value for the price and location. Hotel itself a bit old, but price says all. Breakfast is served next door hotel. Pretty good. Dinner there was yammy as well.

Good value great location... very nice large clean swimming pool and sun area at rear of property... room and bathroom clean... nice crisp clean sheets... only thing is I have stayed here a few times now and each time the kettle in each room is filthy!! Scale and great hunks of scum floating around.. even after I clean it out more gunk comes out.. please please scale and clean kettles and or replace them with cheap clean Kmart ones...apart from that great place to stay 😀👍

Fast check in. Room Is rather simple but clean and spacious

Didn't change towels”

We stayed here 3 nights and we wanted our towels to be changed so we left them on the floor. All they did was put these towels on the rack without letting us know. They were still wet when we got back. Very unprofessional shouldn't need to ask for clean towels and cleaning staff should know it is a health hazard to pick up something wet off the ground and reuse it.

Good value great location great pool”

Good value great location great pool.. pool is really good on hot day- huge and very clean. Rooms a bit run down and yes bed is firm and curtains frayed but the sheets and rooms and bathrooms very clean. Great location opposite park and close to city and private hospitals. Parking available on site but free parking on street as long as you remember to move it in am (1hr or 2 hr from 0800am)

The Hotel was good and very comfortabe. the only thing we did not like was we requested for our room to be made which they did very poorly. Did not fixed the beds right.

friendly staff. close to eating spots. big rooms that are very clean. nice swimming pool. close to shopping. we stay here everytime we stop in adelaide. good parking but you pay which is new because parking was included in the room before.

Good location and affordable”

Good location for us in proximity to St Andrews Hospital. Rooms were nice size and beds comfortable. Drawback was having the shower over the bath as I had foot surgery and was unable to hang my leg over the bath because of the shower frame. Also, both nights we heard people talking till the early hours of the morning. Not very soundproof. Bonus was parking for small fee

Definitely will come back”

I forgot to bring my ID, but they were very helpful. I feel welcomed, taken care of. Staff are genuinely friendly without being over the top. Magazines and newspapers are abundantly provided. In room Breakfast is value for money. Room is spacious and looking out to park, with high ceiling and common balcony. Parking is free and plenty of eateries around. Very small grievance is the old and noisy elevator, but it's nothing compared to great staff!

Comfortable stay at Chifley's”

I had a 2 night stay at the Chifley's. It was a convenient location. There are places to eat food around the hotel. At a 10 minute walk - there is a tram service which is free to bring you to the city which is 3 stops away.

Good hotel when your in for business”

I have stayed hear a number of times when I am in town for business. The hotel is old but the rooms are large clean and have everything you need. They do a cold breakfast in this hotel but they are linked with the hotel next door and they do a hot breakfast there that can be charged to your room. This also goes for room service it comes from the hotel next door. Over all if it is just a quiet night in watching TV or doing some work, this hotel is fine, good value for money.

Quiet location in central city”

We don't worry about late checked-in though we arrived at 11pm because the reception operates 24-hours. We booked a deluxe room at special price below A$100 which we found it's cheap. The most surprise was we're finally being updated to stay in a suite. It's unexpected and we glad for the arrangement.

Nice and friendly”

the room is large with a large bed and another living room separated from the bedroom. walking distance from the free tram which is easy access to the city central When we reached there, it's before the hotel check-in time and the room is not ready yet.but the staff is very friendly and try to get the room ready for us asap

Great location, value for money”

I have stayed at this hotel before, I like it as it is easy to get to from the airport, they have free parking on site, you are in walking distance to the center of the city where there is a number of restaurants cafes bars and fast food joints to sort you out for dinner. I don't mind the breakfast here but if you want a hot breakfast you can get this from the hotel next door as it is owned by the same chain. This hotel is getting on a bit, the left is old and it looks like it needs a good makeover, in saying this the rooms a large clean and very comfy. I will stay again.
