A nice & worthy place to stay in Quy Nhon”
A nice & cozy room with full of amenities, including TV, shower and A/C. No hairdryer but you may always ask the hosts for one. The hosts were super nice and gave us many tips on travelling and eating around. The room is on the 4th floor, which was a little bit tiring for my lady to climb every time. But good thing is it's so close to the beach (just like 100m away), and many good restaurants & coffee shops nearby. The motorbikes are ready for rent. In short, a great place to stay and I definitely will stay here again should I come back to Quy Nhon. Cheers!

Great place to stay, best place to commune”
The homestay take us just a few step to the public beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have scooter rental but you need to book in advance at weekend. Laundry is not available here but staff is willing to show you the laundry service near that area which is cheaper. The room is small a bit, but still leave us with comfortable atmosphere.

Outstanding hospitality and great value rooms”
The rooms are fairly small but clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom is compact as well but if you’ve travelled Vietnam on a budget I’m sure you’ve had worse! Overall I would say this hotel is above average for its category and the staff make the experience here even better! Thank you to Minh especially for being so lovely and helpful. Would stay again!

Cosy place nearby the beach and many great local eateries”
Stayed here for 2 nights and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly, helpful and chatty. I got a motorbike accident and Nhan helped me with the first aid. He's such a polite and gentle boy. Cobe Homestay is lucky to have him as an employee. The room is nice and fully furnished with air conditioner, fan, TV, and fridge. The place is walkable to the beach and many local eateries. Make sure you ask the staff for their suggestions. Highly recommended! If I return to Quy Nhon I will definitely stay here again.

Good experience”
I had a good time here with my gangs. The staffs were extremely nice and helpful. In addition, this property is next to the beach as well as the city center so it was really convenience to get anything necessary.

Super helpful staff”
The gentleman at the front desk was was super helpful. He spoke limited English but went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will definitely come back the next time I am in the city.

A Homestay great”
This is first time i rest at this homestay. Homestay very near sea about 2 minute walking. Many restaurant neat it and you can eat very full. Hospital, Police station also beside it. Staff very kindly and they can help you anything you need. I will comeback this homestay next time when i come quy nhon again.

Good location, room is nice & clean”
+ friendly & helpful staff, near to the beach & restaurant, room is clean. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights but we changes the plan at last minute. So we just stay for 2 nights only and ask if we could get a little refunds for it (we informed hotel & agoda just 1 day before and we did check in already). But the hotel was too nice and they agreed to give us the full refund for 2 rooms. Thanks so much. - The room is quite small & there is no elevator.

Pros: good value for mobey. Staff were very welcoming and helped us with booking transport. It was a comfy and cosy room. Cons: After choosing this homestay as it says it has a 24 hour check in we arrived at 1am after a long bus journey and had received instructions to ring when we had arrived so they could let us in. We don't have any minutes left on our phone so that was difficult There was also no bedsheets which I'm sure was a mistake but at 1 am we weren't going to go back down and ask for them so we slept in our bedliners which was fine.

Great location, very young staff”
We had higher expectations for Cobe Homestay Quy Nhon because of the ratings we've read, however our review is different than those praising this place. The staff that run this Homestay are very young, barely out of their teens. Our room was clean and the building is tucked away in a quiet area of town, however most of the noise in this building comes from the young staff members. They wake up at 6am and play loud music in the morning and throughout the day and giggle, talk, and sing at the top of their lungs carelessly. During our 3 day stay we found it difficult to relax because of this. The young staff are very friendly and helpful however our the lack of rest doesn't compensate for their pleasantness especially after a 5 hour early morning trip from our previous location to Quy Nhon. I wish I didn't have to write a negative review based on the age of the staff however after 3 days of the same noise it's what stood out instead of the close proximity of this hotel to the beach.

Very small and cramped rooms. Some with no windows at all. No breakfast (but kitchen available) with filtered water. Noisy. Nice rooftop terrace. Friendly staff who make an effort to speak English. Able to organise motorbike hire. Food, shops, banh mi and most essentials close by.

Honestly, the best experience as far as accommodation goes in Vietnam. The owners are welcoming, helpful and attentive to the customers needs. I'm proud to say that the accommodation experiencesm made my stay in Quy Nhon so much better. A 10/10 for me.
