Nice and clean rooms”
Very nicely decorated. Value for money. Fuss free check in and check out with very personalized service right at door step. Even there's not much choice of breakfast, we are satisfied as it's suits young children and elderly too. Toilet drainage system needs attention as there's a foul smell from it. If not, it's be perfect.

One of the lowest price lodging in the area”
Everything was perfect except that the hot water for shower was only warm and not hot.

Great price/performance ”
This is not 5 stars hotel but rather service apartment. if you are looking for very good price/performance accommodation at Khao Yai, this is the place. Location is good. Still look new, room is clean, have little kitchen that you can do simple cook, mountain view, not full size pool. Breakfast is not that great (like bento box) but I can live with that. Recommend for those who need decent room for sleeping, shower, simple cook. You can not expect full service like 4-5 stars hotel at this price

This is new appartment, modern and clean. Location is near to Khao Yai National Park, about 10 minutes drive. Recommended to travelers who want to visit the National Park. Family Room is available for 4 to 6 people. The room was great, clean, look new. Breakfast is served in the room. The room rate is cheap. Kitchen set is provided, a balcony is also available. From the balcony you can enjoy great mountain view. The view is awesome!

Not a child-proof place. Lots of sharp cornors. The floor is very slippery, could be because of the floor cleaning solution. My 2 and a half bumped his head twice because he slipped and fell onto the sharp cornors of the bed and tables. My 68 year-old mom also slipped and fell down on the floor. The toilet bowl has a leaking valve, called the contact person but did not have it fixed during our stay. If you are not travelling with todlers or small kids, it should be consider a great place for the price.

Room is so cozy, clean and safe. No dining place, so have to go out for lunch and dinner. not far away form town so easy to access to other places.

Beautiful scenery and condo”
The view from balcony feels like you’re in a Valley. But do not expect the best staff/room service because it is not a hotel it’s a calm and quiet condo! Actually a private owns the room and has an agent to run it but he/she rents it out. Room key was with the security guy. Food will be provided in the morning, depending on the time you make an agreement with the tenant. Sadly, swimming was closed due to Covid-19 protocol 8/10 overall

Condo style property. Was allocated to room with mountain view. Love the swing in balcony. Very homely feel. Better check in before 6pm as Front desk only available till 6pm. Not sure why it stated check in time till 0.00hour. No phone provided in the room to contact front desk etc. So it’s not 24hour front desk service. Room was spacious with basic kitchen facilities but no cooking allow as they locked the cabinet for pot. Kids slept in living room while watching Netflix. Hotel close to majority of the attractions. We do not see any cafe or restaurant nearby in walking distance. So better dine out before return to hotel else pack your food back to hotel. Overall nice stay. 👍
