Грязь!!! Везде! Желтое постельное белье. Серые не простиранные полотенца. Паутина. Стены все в пятнах и жирных отпечатках рук. В холодильнике остатки еды. Сильный неприятный запах из шкафа под раковиной. Жаль фотографии не дает агода прикрепить. Переулок на котором находится этот "отель" симпатии не вызывает. И если вы все же соберетесь , то учтите что тут АВТО ЗАСЕЛЕНИЕ. И нужно заранее писать в мессенджеры по номерам указанным в письме после бронирования, чтобы получить инструкцию. Я этого не знал, и приехав из аэропорта вечером без сим карты просто стоял у закрытой двери , пока мне не помогли интернетом проходящие мимо люди.

Worth money. New exp”
This is the first time we spent at this kind of homestay. There’s no receptionist staff at all. But there’s online service who are really supportive and approachable. At first we quite struggled to open the door but we can ask for support immediately. We enjoyed this experience because we had good memories with each other, exploring things together.

Cozy and modern apartment room”
The room is cozy and modernly designed, equipped with necessary room amenities as well as kitchenware. The customer support is fluent in english and always very accommodating which made guest feel really comfortable, however if you are looking for big spacious room, then honestly this may not be your choice, however the room is still good enough with decent room size

Good modern room in district 1”
The serviced apartment is located strategically in district 1 and generally it provide very easy access to major spots in district 1, 3, 4. The room is modern, stylish, clean and cozy, and kitchen setup really worth words of praise

Not the best experience I had”
I booked the room for 3 nights. After check-in, my first impression was the room was not as large as the pictures on app. It was a different much smaller room. I noticed that the room was not cleaned properly as there were empty bottles from previous guests that were still there in the bed corner and under the curtains :( big disappointment. Another thing was that there were lots of fire ants on the stairs and they all crawled up to the room door but no staff noticed anything. I had to contact Support line to have them ask the staffs to check and bring pesticide to spray. Also drinking water was never refilled despite me staying for 3 nights.

Worst experience ever.”
The doorway was uneasy to get in and very confusing. The room was smelly due to the wet floor (wooden floor) and was very dirty. The TV was working but there were like 900+ channels and the remote was broken. No wifi password was attached in the Check-in Instruction mail. Tried to call for support for half an hour (the other line went from "Not picking up" to "Number you have dialed not available". Toilet was dirty and truly dark. The room (502) was on 5th floor (Elevator only takes you to 4th floor and you have to walk up 1 more stair). I had to leave the place immediately. (I still paid in full) Never coming back again.

customer service is the worst”
The property is poorly managed! i arrived to the facility to find out i need a code to enter the facility! no one there to answer my question, called the number listed on the door of the facility, no one answer! When there are issues arise, no one is there to take care is the issue. There only plus about this facility is it located in the district 1 , convenient for everything, other than that i well not recommend it to anyone else!

NEVER EVER”
I can’t believe how fake those reviews are ! Either that, or they had not enough time to clean the room. It was absolutely disgusting - I never met such poor hygienic conditions. Hair everywhere, dirty surfaces, ants crawling around, the toilet was still dirty after someone else used it. The list goes on… I would NEVER EVER recommend this hotel ! How dare they even consider it so offer a „clean cozy room“. We moved after the first night - trust me I stayed in a lot of hostels ect and had never this kind of accommodation.

Really bad services”
Me and my friend spend 3 nights in this accomodation and these are what i got: 1. On the 2nd day, 1 of the staff bumped into our room without knocking and then leave without apologize or say anything 2. The fan got really dirty which the dirt stuck on the cover of the fan. i got photos to prove this. 3. One of the staff throw away 2 of my nintendo switch games (nearly $200) in the trash bin without keeping it in the counter and Cozrum does nothing for us.

Tiny ants all over”
The place was overall acceptable clean, but we had a problem with tiny ants in the apartment. If you left some food or soda on the table for more than 10 min the thing was covered in ants, and they ended up in our bed and in our luggage. The location wasn’t great either. We had to walk about 30 min into the city to get breakfast and so on.

A good and safe place for staying in Ho Chi Minh City. Very nice staf to assist you during the stay. Room is exactly as in description and fully equipped to stay ( mini kitchen, fridge, iron, hair dryer, hot water in shower and kitchen)

Good option for staying somewhere like home”
During my visit to HCMC I got sick so I really needed a shelter. This place was good enough! Everything needed in the kitchen (kettle, pan, microwave, pot and other staff). All the deliveries had come just in 15 minutes and two shops were nearby. Beside that the WiFi was good, aircon worked perfect. Staff was really helpful and as we extended we had cleaning. Cons are: not perfectly clean, several ants came when I left some crumbs in kitchen zone, weak sound insulation (you could hear elevator beeping) but quiet in any other occasions, small room. It was good for me but if you're in vacation I would advise a place closer to most of touristic locations.

Hotel was not what picture showed”
Pictures are maybe from the first day they opened. Smells bad, not clean. Not anything like pictures. No tv. Would not recommend.
