Great location only 10-15 min walk to night market and shops. Restaurants close by. Clean comfortable room. The breakfast was simple but delicious - chicken and rice soup and powdered coffee/chocolate and tea bags. Good value

The Gym room is 200b but it definitely worth it. The rooms includes breakfast in the morning. The hotel location is near the night market which is great place the taste various foods by night.

The Dee Prom is the standard Thai business (2 star) hotel. Big rooms, but aging furniture and bathrooms. Breakfast was a mixture of basic Thai & western foods. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Lots of parking available. And several restaurants within 100m walking distance. I would strongly recommend Hiroki Sushi & Sweets, across the road from Dee Prom. It offers a full menu of all types of Japanese entrees and desserts. Tickled Pink is another good choice (ice creams) across the street from Dee Prom. There are also a few Thai restaurants & bakeries close by. Overall... a nice stay at Dee Prom, & I'd stay there again if in Chaiyaphum.

Basic cheap clean hotel.”
Clean room. Bathroom with minimal products and floor slippery when wet. Breakfast poor and again very minimal (no butter for toast, no fresh milk, no fruit juice etc.), but hey. What do you expect for price? Location less than 10 minute walk to ‘Night Bazaar’ and to only bar (The 1 Bar) located more or less opposite Bazaar entrance.

Pros: 1.The location is near the walking street within a 10-min walking distance. 2.Breakfast is served in a variety style of food. 3.A lot of parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. Cautions: 1.No conditioner is provided. Only shampoo and bath gel are given.

Pro clean bathrooms and rooms. Bredfast good but needs to be kept warm with electric steam table or already Sternos. I understand the cost but you need to do to prevent food poisoning or illness.

We looked for a good Hotel in the center. Aswe read all the reviews, we thought that is ok. The location is good. The hotel is old and furnitures are old. Ok some they renovated. The breakfast is so poor, I never see that in my 55 years of traveling. Rice soup was water with rice and a little taste, even no meat inside. Toast bread with jam only no butter, no nothing. Coffee from powder, even no Tea!!!!!!!! No other choice. So we go to Amazon and other restaurant for breakfast. The room never was cleaned, towel never changed!!!! Internet is so slow, you can sleep between downloading. This Hotel never again!!!!!

The Dee Ptom in downtown Chaiyaphum is an old renovated hotel. It has a beautiful reception area and the rooms are fine except the very slippery tiles in the bathroom and the high step into the bathroom. On the room door there is an official note that restaurants are at your service. In reality is it is closed. The minimal breakfast has no choice e.g. either you eat Kao Tom or nothing. Not even eggs.are offered. Neither the closure of the restaurant nor the mini mini breakfast are mentioned on the website. Agreed after the pandemy everywhere in Thailand is a staff shortage, but at least saying "restaurant temporarily closed" would

All ok for the price except that room was advertised with breakfast included. However the small buffet in the lobby was offering just only boiled rice, plus coffee and tea. Extremely disappointing, not a hotel breakfast, a hospital breakfast at best. Agoda and other online booking sites should pay more attention to these details, request more seriousness from their associates, double-check on some claims especially the breakfast claims that are often deceptive.

Great Value”
A low cost but very nice spacious room with ample amenities including free WiFi, a refrigerator, adequate toiletries and comfortable bed. The free breakfast was somewhat mediocre with limited selection, but overall the Dee Prom is an excellent choice for staying in Chaiyaphum, Thailand.

Basic hotel. Only for Thai people not an international hotel. No milk at breakfast. All food cold because they can't be bothered to put burner under food. Butter rancid because not kept cold. No staff
