Good bang for the buck. No frills hotel, older property but fairly well kept. ”
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The housekeeper turns the bed down everyday and refreshes the towels. Don't expect complete updates throughout as this is an older property, but has that old school charm. The open atrium/ lobby/indoor pool area is very relaxing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. On the hour shuttle to and from the airport is convenient and the drivers are very curtious. This is the second time I have stayed at DFW Airport and Conference Center.

Budget accommodation”
Close to restaurants, shopping etc. This is a low budget property which is huge. Staffing is kept to a minimum and that is primarily how they keep high volume and low rates. If you're after luxury this isn't your kind of place; if you want a clean room with good amenities then you'll be fine with this.

I have zero complaints on the room, simply due to the great rate I was able to get it for last minute, compared to everywhere else. Do not expect or demand a 5 star hotel a budget. A few notes: I traveled alone, without a vehicle. The employee checking me in was very pleasant and informative, it was clear he knew what he was doing and enjoyed doing it. The bathroom looks very nice as if it were recently remodeled. Very impressed. It really stood out compared to the rest of the room, almost like I were in different hotels. The rest of the room was pretty standard of an older hotel, needing restorations and remodeling done- which looked like they were in the process of doing. I was on the fourth floor and checked out before midnight, so I'm not sure about overnight noise, but I did notice many of the room doors, including mine, had to be slammed shut. If I am in the area again, I'd stay here if the rate were comparable, but I wouldn't pay much more for the room I had as it was.

Quick Weekend Getaway”
The hotel wasn’t the most updated but it offered a spacious accommodation for the price. It was definitely worth the money. I had an issue with the door lock and AC and the issues were rectified immediately. Rooms could be cleaner but it passed the standard and there was privacy.

Best cheapest hotel!!!”
This hotel from the outside looks like every basic cheap hotel. The common areas like the hallways are very dirty BUT the rooms are EXTREMELY clean!!! First impression isn’t what you get in the room. Very safe location as well.

If your looking for an inexpensive room. This is your place. But you DO get what you pay for. That said. I keep coming back So it isn't all that bad.

The personal needs training,have no manners to deal with costumers,very poor customers service and made feel very bad I ask for help and was denaided.

It’s alright”
It’s dirty and a lot of crack heads hanging around but affordable. Hence the dirty and crack heads. I told the front desk that the room they gave me wasn’t cleaned and he said “really!?”. Smelled so bad and the floors were filthy.

This place has seen better days. I am not picky as I just was looking for a cheap room for a few nights. It was probably a nice place a few decades ago. Spend the extra $10-20 and get a nicer place. This place is super sketch.

Old, dumpy, great location, parking great de”
The facility looks to be an OLD holidome. It does not seem clean. Lots of defects in doors, furniture, floors. Hot tub was cold. Pool was great. Bed was comfortable, awful pillows. 1st room- AC did not work. Sent repaiman, but never told us it was not repaired. Finally asked to be moved. New room had no towels, was able to get towels from old room. Airport shuttle was late leaving @ 5 AM. There response to this was be patient. Did not seem overly concerned about customers needs. It is a good place to park car for DFW.

A Bit Confused!”
They always ask for a Hundred Dollar Deposit, even if you booked a room in person. This confused me why they're doing it. I never had such experience before. Once they took it from your account, they say 'it will take 3-5 business days'; not in a week it's refunded. I really demand honest assessment from the hotel management why they're doing this. Thanks.

Broken sink”
Even though this hotel is strategically located near DFW Airport, as soon as I got there I could notice it was totally left to rot. The hallway carpets were smelly of tobacco and alcohol, the elevator didn't work, and there was stuff left in the hallways. As I got into the room, it looked nice, good bed, big TV. However, the couches were stained and old. I didn't dare to sit on them. I went to brush my teeth and wash my hands, and the sink was clotted. When the maintenance guy finally appeared, he told me the sink was broken and couldn't be used. What?!!! Overall, I had a good sleep (I stayed only for the night), but I sure won't go back.
