You have excellent customer service from your main entrance security to your front desk, room service, and restaurant employees. They are pleasant and kind. Your food is great too. But not that much choices during our buffet breakfast maybe due to the pandemic. The room is clean, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. One thing though that i would want you to improve on is the swimming pool. We took underwater video shots and the water and the swimming pool floor was not that clean. Over all i’m just happy you guys opened, my husband and i enjoyed our mini vacation. 🙂

The hotel staff are very friendly and hospitable. They go an extra mile to make sure that you will enjoy the stay. The lap pool is sparking clean and beautifully designed. The food spread in the buffet table is really delicious. The rooms are huge and well appointed. Definitely a luxurious stay!

WORTH THE STAY”
This hotel definitely lives up to it’s 5-star rating. Never had any problems while staying at this establishment. From check-in to check-out, the services are awesome and the staffs are very warm and welcoming. I have been to different hotels in the vicinity but this one has a modern touch which sets it apart from the others. Special shoutout to Reuel Isip who is very helpful and made our stay worth it. Food is very good also despite the limits that the pandemic imposes. Do not hesitate to book at this hotel. Definitely worth every penny you spend. 👍🏻

This one will not disappoint because it's new, complete facilities (including a great big pool). The room is spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is good. If you need a taxi, you just ask the staff to get you one and it will arrive shortly. Great staff, excellent service.

Best hotel in Davao!!”
I’m so thankful that the Marco Polo closed so that I needed to look for another hotel to stay in when in Davao. The Dusit is a spectacular property, with an amazing staff, excellent food, terrific workout facilities and the spa had the best massages I’ve ever had! The bed was very comfortable & the rain head shower was amazing...phenomenal water pressure! I was also amazed that they put fresh sheets on the bed every single day. Bottom line is that this will always be my first choice of hotels to stay in when I’m in Davao. I’m a Diamond with Hilton and an Ambassador with Bonvoy-Marriott, but this experience was so exceptional that I’ll be looking at staying at Dusit properties first anytime I’m in a city where they have hotels.

Everything was great. Breakfast was amazing! Room was nice. The only thing I would recommend is : Better attention to checking in guests with welcome drinks, a few guests were overlooked when I was there. Small thing but makes an impact! Second thing is, it would be nice if no shoes are allowed arround the pool area. It just didn't look nice when people walk around the pools with shoes on.

It was a nice overnight stay. Staff followed proper Covid protocols, except that there were a group of guests who chose otherwise. Breakfast was great (their pastries are good). Facilities are generally clean. Easy check-in and out.

AN OASIS FROM DAVAO’S TRAFFIC ”
Check-in was a breeze. It is normally during check in and check out that a hotel screws up its reputation. I was impressed with the speed and service that the front desk gave me. I felt welcomed like a previous guest albeit it was my first time. Check out was also quick. I can only suggest that issuance of an official receipt should be automatic. The room was ample and the bathroom was even more spacious. And what I thought was very special was the fire extinguisher in the room. I do not remember any hotel in my recent trips that had a big fire extinguisher inside the room. It was placed behind a stand aesthetically built for the purpose. That sends a very special message to the guest - your comfort and safety are important to us.

Thank you for upgrading our room, we were able to use the Presidential Suite! Rooms are very prestine; we also got to use the swimming pool! We love the variety in the breakfast spread! I would also like to mention that Benjarong Restaurant offers authentic thai food, which is really extra!!! What I regret not experiencing is the SPA. We will surely go back to experience it soonest!!

checked in group of high school classmates batch 1985 of 5, booked 3 rooms. we had an awesome overnite bonding time.from foods, pool and staff services. everyone is nice and i love the uniform in the reception it makes me feel im back in Thailand. Overwhelmingly happy with our 1st time in D2. The front desk was more than happy to welcome us. The restaurant staff were always "smiles" and ready to assist. From the cozy room, to Siam Lounge, to the Benjarong, everything is perfect!! The hotel staff were polite, presentable, and professional 😍 we took advantage of their promo.
