Attitude on checking in maybe ok for young ones but not when you are over 75!!

Great stay”
Lovely part of Sydney at Rushcutters Bay & park. Edgecliff train station within walking distance, one station change to airport. Bus stops outside west to the city and east to Watsons Bay. Large room with sofa, table & chairs and kitchenette with eating counter & high stools. Well equipped. Breakfast restocked daily. Homey!

Basic clean accomodation in a perfect location”
We stayed in a small apartment with a queen bed, bunk beds and a functional kitchen area. It was perfect for our visit to Sydney, with public transport just a couple of mins walk away. There was also a small shopping arcade with an Aldi which was great to grab easy food for our children.

Clean family accommodation in a great location”
The stay here was super good. Three single beds and breakfast included in a great location. Parking was an issue but the people in the area were helpful with suggestions. Go for it!

Great location, friendly helpful staff”
We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, value for money and comes with a light breakfast. Walking distance to train station and bus stops. We were very comfortable and would love to stay again.

Hotel location is great. However, room and bathroom was not cleaned at all. We found peoples hair on bedspreads and quilt cover. Two towels left on the bed, one of them was not cleaned. Appeared to have marks on the towels. Bathroom was spacious however, again not cleaned properly. Hair all over the sink. Was unable to close the bedroom windows and bathroom window.

Good location to get around Eastern Suburbs. Right on New South Head Road, can be noisy. Pretty thin walls, can hear people in other rooms. Clean rooms, good price with breakfast included.

Close to City and Bondi Junction. Trains at Edgecliffe station and also cafes, Aldi and Coles. Fairly quiet, despite being on a busy road.

Fantastic location lovely staff”
So glad I found this place as had a horrible experience with Bayswater Boutique Lodge. Just perfect here with location, parking breakfast thrown in! Lovely staff Aircon in the room which has everything you need. Plus great value. It's not the Ritz but it is fantastic for the price . Probably why it's very popular.

No restaurants near by in the middle of nowhere really car park tiny breakfast very basic

Worth the money”
I spent 5 days and i really satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel.i checked under the bed but couldn’t find and dust below it.and not too far from Edgecliff station

Simple Hotel for your needs”
Everything was positive but the only downside was the a/c did heat up the room. Plus it made some strange noise. Otherwise good hotel.

Best place to stay near Sydney CBD if you require free parking”
We had a very comfortable stay and were pleasantly surprised that breakfast (milk, orange juice, cereals, slice bread, etc) was provided in the fridge for us. Parking was a bit difficult to maneuver since the space was tight but we were glad that we managed to even get a space. Staff was friendly and rules were explained clearly. I would definitely stay here again if I ever happen to visit Sydney again in the future. However, I am not sure what is the purpose of the staff requiring hotel guest to take a photocopy of the guest's credit card and drivers license. Credit card details are private and confidential. It is understandable if the hotel needs to pre-authorize transactions on the spot but not make a photocopy of the card details with the pin code on it.

This is an old motel, but tidied up and perfectly acceptable for its purpose. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff excellent. My credit card wasn't debited until the day before I stayed, and the price was great value given the location, and parking free (when available). It would be hard to fault, all round. Agoda is an excellent booking site.

Excellent value”
Great location just five minutes from train station and on a number of bus routes which are close to City, Kings X, Bondi. Good size room with couch. Clean and comfortable. No restaurant, bar or swimming pool, but facilities close by. DIY breakfast inc cereal, milk, bread and spreads, orange juice, toaster and microwave all provided. Great value for Sydney. Definitely stay again!
