Charge for parking ”
Well in this point I don't feel a good in this part because if you are paying for the service of a room why do you have to pay for parking your own car...I think in this policy not make sense to pay extra, is no fair.

Good for a single night stay”
Hotel was in varying stages of disrepair when I stayed. Hallways where the rooms are located are very dark and poorly lit. The room itself, though, was spacious, simple and clean.

They should have a pool, gym and hot breakfast available. Or at the very least have items to cook hot breakfast if the rooms have kitchens.

ESA-NYC stay”
Hotel was decent. Rooms were nice and decent size. Although there was a working kitchenette, there was no coffee maker or supplies/utensils to make coffee or tea. Hotel lobby was extremely small and there was no place to sit or refreshments available. Breakfast was free but there was barely any breakfast. Just Coffee/tea and few granola bars. This hotel is very convenient for airports but a bit far from the main city and attractions. Also no easy access to NY subway.

Just stay away as much as you can”
This has been definitely the worst hotel experienced I've ever had in my life. Room was dark and dirty I had to pay for parking because the charge you, and there was no breakfast at 845am!! That's something I will never forget. The place looks dark and smell like it hasn't been clean for weeks. Hey managers of Extended of America Hotel, i personally won't visit any of your hotel anymore and will make sure any of my family members and friends too!

Would stay here again”
The property is located near a shopping center, has spacious rooms with kitchenette, perfect for business or pleasure. It's not geared towards the 5-star luxury guest, but perfectly comfortable and enjoyable!

A beautiful new hotel ”
A very clean, new, relaxing hotel/motel. My wife keeps saying how she likes it here. Everything is is working order and appears brand new. The staff I dealt with was very helpful.

Not safe ”
Upon checking in (single small female here) I was given keys to a room that had people in it when I entered. I proceeded to get new keys to a different room. About an hour later, while napping in bed, a strange man barged into my room with a look of utter confusion and panic (as did I panic) and he said the front desk had given him these keys to this room. Later that evening coming home, neither of our keys worked to get back in our room. When going downstairs they did not even ID or ask for a name to print new keys. We were so uneasy leaving our stuff in that room all day and double locked our room at night. These are basic security assurances any hotel anywhere should provide.
