I found one maid and asked her how to make T.V work I turn on T.V and confuse with 2 remote nothing on sceen. her answer don't know I'm asked is there are anyone can help me to make it work. her answer don't know. Her answer are Don't know for all question! she said another guest can watch T.V by their own SO I should try by my own. She told me to call owner to ask how to make T.V. work I'm asked for owner's phone number then I can call she told me to find on Agoda Website. she did not care anything! I am guest and I need help she said to me that I'm "moron"

Great for a long stay in Surin”

Excellent accommodation especially if you are looking for a long term stay or just want something nicer than a hotel. Highly recommended, owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Aircon on both rooms would make it perfect”

This place would be perfect in the cool season. There's a huge room with an extra convertible bed, a nicely equipped kitchen, a TV, and all the rest, and an attached small bedroom and bath. Only the bedroom has aircon. There is no elevator. The German owner took care of us very nicely. The apartment was serviced daily. I know not putting in aircon in the big room saves significant money and allows them to charge a lower price, but I would gladly have paid more for such a nice room if it were cool. We used to stay at the Martina, but this place is a much better bargain. If it's cool season or even rainy season, we will want to stay at GIB again. Very nice.

Fully furnished rooms”

What really stood about about this condo-type accommodation was that the room had basically a full kitchen with a gas range, ample air conditioning, parking, and well-cleaned rooms. Didn't have much interaction with staff, but it was short and friendly. Would recommend if you have a car, as it was kind of apart from everything.

Great place”

We had a great time staying there. The place looks new, the room was clean and the staff was very caring. Fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a very good bedroom with king-size bed. The location is good, too. I recommend GIB's apartment before any of the hotels in town.

Das Appartement und Personal sind sehr für eine Reise nach Surin zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und bei Abwesenheit auch per E-Mail zu erreichen. WLAN im gesamten Bereich. Sprachen: Thai, Englisch und Deutsch.
