Прекрасный отель хоть и находится не в центре . Тихое и уединенное место где можно по настоящему отдохнуть от суеты. Была бы возможность, я бы там пожил с годик. Персоналу спасибо , два раза останавливались в этом отеле и только приятные впечатления . Скоро снова посетим вас)

Останавливались в конце декабря 2024 на пару ночей. Замечательное место. Номер с видом на океан. Хорошее обслуживание, шикарная природа. Очень тихо. Правда бассейн не работал, не знаю почему. Видно, что номера не новые, но чистые. В город выезжали на такси или потом сообразили на автобусе 21а, так дольше, но дешевле. В отличие от распиаренных отелей в центре, здесь очень тихо и комфортно. Однозначно рекомендую.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, with a nice surrounding area, kids playground and so on. Nice and friendly staff. Great view from terrace that is present in every room. The only downside is that it's quite far away from everything. If you need a convenience store, groceries or a pharmacy - you're out of luck. The closest shopping is in casinos (pure headache to navigate those monsters) and even to go there you need to wait for a transfer bus. So, good for a reclusive retreat with a family, but bring everything necessary witg yourself.

Останавливались на 4 ночи в начале мая.Отель расположен вдали от городской суеты,в красивом живописном месте.Территория отеля очень ухоженная,вся утопает в зелени и цветах.На территории и в отели чисто.Но сам отель уже уставший.Добраться до города можно или на автобусе 21а(остановка у входа в отель),на такси или трансфером из отеля до Grand Lisboa(отель-казино).На ресепшене служащие с хорошим знанием английского и есть менеджер,говорящая по-русски.Хороший вариант,чтобы совместить и городской и пляжный отдых.

Hotel is rather old, but very clean with a lot of activities for kids and spacious rooms with balconies. Breakfast can be compared to one in 5 star hotels. Will be back!

Пожалуй один из лучших семейных вариантов в Макао. Отзыв о Grand Coloane Resort Macau Отзыв написан 6 дней назад В отеле чисто, убирают хорошо и большие номера, что по меркам Макао и Гонконга редкость . Персонал очень отзывчивый, чутко реагирует на все просьбы. Парни с консьерж сервиса равно как и все работники ресепшена не просто выполняют свою работу, а делают всё чтоб чувствовали себя на отдыхе комфортно. Справляли день рождения ребенка, еще до прилета заказывали торт Ella Huang (Director of rooms) держала вопрос на контроле. Так же хочется отметить отзывчивых работников бассейна в общем, а в частности Catarina. Отдыхали здесь третий раз, недалек и четвертый.
Cудя по всему, отель по-настоящему имел статус пятизвездочного лет 10 назад, и с тех пор медленно приходит в упадок. Ключевое здесь "медленно", т.е. в нем до сих пор можно вполне приятно и комфортно жить, особенно людям, не искушенным в роскоши (это был наш вариант, в Макао путешествовали on budget после зимовки в Тае). Как ни странно, на наши даты этот "пятизвездочный" оказался самым выгодным предложением при наших вводных - размещение втроем с ребенком на нормальных кроватях (стараемся никогда и нигде не брать приставные - неудобно и не стоит своих денег). В Westin оооочень удобные и широкие кровати, после многих других мест в ЮВА - полный кайф. Номер чистый, хотя, конечно не новый (равно как и отель в целом - см выше). Хорошо, что персонал практически весь очень приветливый, хорошо говорят по-английски, что, как я понимаю, не так уж и часто встретишь в Китае / Макао. Пожалуй, единственное, что не понравилось - в номерах интернет платный (120 патаков = около 500 рублей в день), что в наше время, по меньшей мере, странно (особенно для "пятизвездочного" отеля). Еще минус в том, что еда в отеле и прилегающих ресторанах (Fernandos, Miramar) очень дорогая (видимо, полагается по пятизвездочному статусу), в Miramar лишь едва перекусили на 200 патаков. Хотя если позволяет кошелек - там вполне приятно. Советы: 1) В публичных зонах (лобби и т.д.) интернет совершенно free of charge. Хитрость в том, что если подключиться в лобби или другой публичной зоне (через браузер выбираешь complimentary access) - вуаля, он продолжает бесплатно работать и в номере (причем сигнал берет от "платной" сети!). I came to celebrate my mom's birthday. The hotel upgraded the room and decorated the beds with flowers and balloons, and served with free cake. Thank you so much! The balcony is big and has a good ocean view. We have also tried the indoor swimming pool and sauna room, which are quite good. However, there was a problem with the hot water in the shower, which was not solved properly even after the repair. Also, I remembered that I had ordered the room with breakfast, but probably Agoda changed the option when I paid. Therefore, I added the breakfast buffet when I checked in. But it tasted just fine and was not worth $160 each. Besides, the beach nearby was dirty. (as some comments mentioned) The hotel may collaborate with local government, schools, or NGSs to clean the edge of the beach in front of the hotel, which can help promote the hotel as well.

This hotel has great views from every room, weather it faces the ocean or the beach. Unless there is an event on the beach or golfcourse (do inquire in advance), the location is quiet and peaceful. There are no shops or restaurants nearby other than Miramar, but the hotel will gladly help you call a taxi. Highly recommended to visit nearby Coloane village. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating to our requests. The rooms are kept very clean. Though the building is showing its age, the staff generally keep it in good condition. Have stayed here twice, and would gladly book again for a quiet getaway in Macao.

I came here to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. We came on a Saturday, in one night we needed to change room THREE TIMES!! and on the SECOND NIGHT, we had to change once again because of the air conditioner(AC). A TOTAL OF 4 ROOM CHANGE! We’ve kept the AC at 16°C because it was REALLY HOT, few hours after, the room tempt was still at 25°C. This happened to us in all the rooms we stayed at. (Seems like theyre AC are old) They changed our room 4X by the time we left and honestly it wasn’t any better, but we got tired of packing our stuff and moving rooms, and they gave us a fan. THE WHOLE TIME THEY COULDVE GIVEN US A FAN??!! Aside from the AC problem, we had a bad experience with a staff on our first day as well. (This isn’t our first time in this resort because we’ve always loved the service until this trip) After checking in and dropping our stuff, we went to the lobby and tried to ask if they could call a taxi for us(we come here every year and they were always able to help us book one), the front desk were busy and asked us to ask the doorman , so we asked him if he could book a cab for us and he was really rude and said “ You have to wait!” No explanations or whatever. We were patient and waited and tried to understand why he was being passive aggressive and we shrugged it off. After a couple of minutes of waiting since there really wasn’t any taxi, we asked him and tell him politely that we’ve always asked the staffs to call a taxi instead of waiting and that would it be possible to call one for us(since the app needed a Macau phone number and we didn’t have one), instead he yelled at us about a “shift change” happening right now and no taxis are available, in my opinion, he could’ve said this to us without yelling because how could we have known that right?We waited for a bit more time and eventually asked the front desk and they were able to call a taxi for us. On the same night, we called that our AC isn’t working, they same guy picked us up from the room to bring us to our new room, after being brought to our room, we found out that it was a connecting room and we were worried for our safety and the walls were so thin so we would just be able to hear people in the other room so we asked to bring us to another room, he yelled at us and said that were none available but we asked him to double check with the front desk first before he says no. After calling, the front desk said there were a few more available and we had to go one floor down. He mumbled smth in Tagalog something about us “being annoying/demanding” but truth to be told, before we agreed to a room change we already said no to connecting rooms. Anywayz, I used to speak so highly of this resort but seems like the service has gone down and so did their ACs(lol). I don’t see us coming back soon(or ever). We came here to relax and enjoy our anniversary before coming back to our crazy schedule of working but it seems like it would’ve been better for us to stay at home. Also no compensation was offered to us or even anything complementary after all 4 rooms has a broken AC. One last thing, we were told we will get an anniversary cake when we checked in but we didn’t receive it. (Not really a big deal for us since we didn’t really expect it to actually come, but quite disappointing that they can’t give what they said they’ll be giving.)

Great value for money and very friendly and helpful staff! The place is really beautiful. I love that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy areas and that it has beach front view. But I must also mention that the staff are awesome! We arrived late at night and were greeted by a Filipina with a warm welcome. I took a shower when we got to the room and promptly discovered the shower stall was not draining. My son called the receptionist and they immediately sent someone up to take care of it. It took about 30 minutes but when he was done he asked to allow a few more for house keeping to come up and clean the stall. We all run in to issues but I like how they handled this because they took care of it immediately and we were finally able to shower and rest. Their WiFi is awesome. High speed and strong signal anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is awesome, too! It’s a great selection of food every morning with comfortable tables and chairs. They have free sauna, jacuzzi, table games, play area and the doorman can help you call a taxi. It was a great stay. My children and I were very comfortable and felt safe here. I very much recommend this place.

The hotel is old but well-maintained, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel has a kid playroom and free art workshop (2 sessions per day) for kids everyday so it is very kid friendly. The beach is 5 minute away (but will have to walk a further 10 minute to get to the main beach area for better sands and spots to seat and play) The hotel has also arranged a small cake for our bday celebration which was very helpful. However, not very convenient to get in and out of the hotel especially at night because the free shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa only runs 4 times a day，so will have to take the bus or take taxi (we have 5 persons and hence need the big taxi for 6 and those are really hard to call). The bus stop is just right outside the hotel so that's quite convenient. Also, the taxi ride from the resort to most of the casinos in Taipa is only around 10 to 15 minutes so it was not far at all. Overall, exceptional money for value.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful country park area right next to the beach, which has stunning sunrise and sunset. You can reach Miramar restaurant with 2 mins' walk and Fernando in roughly 10 mins walking on the beach. Taxi ride to Cotai takes less than 10 mins and there are also hotel shuttles. The hotel rooms are very spacious. They all have a huge balcony either facing the South China Sea or the Hac Sa beach. The bathrooms are big and fully equipped. The beds are also very comfortable! I also recommend taking their breakfast buffet, which I think is delicious and a good value for money. If you are not in tight schedule to visit Cotai or the Macau peninsula, I would also recommend spending an afternoon at their swimming pool. It is spacious and has a colonial vibe that gives you a taste of an old-style Portuguese holiday. This is already my fourth stay in this hotel and I have to say I leave this place fully satisfied every time!

Myself wife and son spent 3D2N. Stayed in 2 connected rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean. The resort seems semi furbished recently. Still has a rustic feel to it. Everything works, no hassles. Gym is pretty good. They have both indoor and outdoors pools. Bfast was decent. If room was not booked with bfast then one has to book in advance the night before to get discounted rate, else pay a higher walk in rate. We forgot a couple of times and paid higher. I hope they can scrap this inconvenience. There are two restaurants. One is Japanese, which we tried and found below average. The other one is chinese which we didnt try. Besides that the resort is great. They have a shuttle bus to Venetian every 30 mins. There is a bus stop outside the resort where public buses ply by, 6 dollars a trip. Taxis are scant. Ride hailing apps are not available in Macau. So better download the public bus app. There are plenty of eating options nearby, local and portugese. Beach is walkable. It is clean. If you are in a mood for a relaxed and less crowded stay and seeking nature rather than luxury then this resort is the one to go for.

My husband and I visited Macau and stayed at this beautiful property. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean with amazing views. The hotel has good public transport connectivity to the central area with all casinos. We also enjoyed good Indian food at the hotel. Having said that, I would NOT recommend Indian passport holders to visit Macau. My husband and I travel a lot and have multiple valid visas. However, we were stopped during the immigration from Macau to Hongkong. When we enquired why we were stopped for an interview, the officials had NO valid reason. Having visited 10+ countries in the last 2 years, must say this was the worst experience we have encountered.

Additionally, the outdoor swimming pools were fantastic, with an abundance of sunbeds, chairs, and tables available. It was a pleasure to relax and soak up the sun in such a picturesque setting. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also well-maintained, providing a soothing experience, and the well-equipped gym room catered to our fitness needs. One area where the resort fell short was the Pool Bar. The staff seemed overwhelmed with orders from guests, resulting in slower service and potential delays. This could be an area for improvement to ensure a more enjoyable and efficient experience for guests. On a positive note, the check-out process was remarkably quick and hassle-free, allowing us to depart without any delays or inconveniences. While the location of the resort is a bit far from the city, the hotel offers assistance in booking taxis, which was helpful in mitigating the distance factor.

1. Issue during check-in When I arrived, there were two reception counters open. One was staffed by a Chinese receptionist (a man), and the other by a foreign receptionist (a woman). I was queuing at the foreign receptionist's counter when a guest approached her, mentioning that his room key was not functioning. It was my turn to register, but the woman left to assist the guest with his room key without handing me over to another receptionist. I noticed several front office staff in the office and wondered why they couldn't handle the room key issue while the remaining staff just sat inside the office. The woman left me alone at the counter. In the end, I had to queue at the other counter, which was attended by the Chinese receptionist, to proceed with the check-in. 2In the evening, my friends and I decided to order room service. When the food arrived, I paid cash to the F&B staff, but unfortunately, the staff member did not have small change (only large notes). I was informed that it would take some time to get change. When the staff member returned, I told him to keep the small change as a tip. He seemed to be in a rush and, when I handed him the tip, he turned his back and walked away without saying thank you. 3. I requested additional bottles of mineral water while ordering room service. It took more than 45 minutes for them to arrive. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door along with the F&B staff member mentioned above (after changing my money), and he handed me the bottles. He literally just passed them to me rudely without checking if I managed to hold them. As a result, all the bottles fell to the floor, and I had to pick them up one by one and place them in the room. This staff member just turned his back and walked away! What kind of service is this? Am I paying to stay in a hotel and be treated like this? 4. The cleanliness of the room needs to improve. My friend was bitten by bed bugs and had many red patches on her legs. We also smelled a strong cockroach odor in the vanity area. I hope the team can pay extra attention to this matter. 5. My room did not include breakfast, so we decided to add the buffet breakfast for the next day. During breakfast, I requested to change the cutlery because I accidentally dropped mine on the floor. A foreign lady from the F&B staff was very helpful, quickly replacing my cutlery and asking if I needed further assistance. However, later, I requested additional napkins and a clean spoon. This time, a Chinese F&B staff member approached my table. After hearing my request, he literally told me to go to the food counter and get them myself before walking away. I was shocked by this response. This was the first time I experienced having to get my own cutlery while trying to enjoy my meal. What are the waiters working for if not to satisfy customer needs? To be honest, I have traveled to many 5-star hotels around the world, and this was my worst experience at a property. I had a good impression of Macau before checking into this property, but after my stay, that image is no longer positive. I will not recommend anyone to come to this property as it doesn't treat the customer well.

3 stayed 3 nights with teens and a 3 year old. It’s a bit old, but really comfortable. Lots of things to do, we barely left the resort. Table tennis, billiards, pools, games room. We loved it. Great breakfast. Only downside is that the food and drinks were more expensive than I expected. And nowhere cheaper in walking distance. Otherwise, it was excellent.

Everything in the hotel is cozy, comfortable, and accommodating. The hotel crew works fast for your requests. Even the bathrooms inside the rooms and the toilets in the lobby is very clean. Aside from that, the price is budget-friendly for 3 rooms for a low price. This is the hotel we'll surely come back to or recommend it to others!

The Grand Coloane is a great resort hotel. The room and the bathroom are very clean and spacious. The balcony for each room is superb, and it offers a beautiful sea view. My husband and I enjoy relaxing on the balcony and having snacks and wine. I am especially impressed with the food in the Chinese restaurant. The manager from the front desk who helped me to get the taxi to the pier is especially helpful and efficient. I truly appreciate his service. I have stayed in Grand Coloane Hotel on several occasions, and I have enjoyed my stays thoroughly. I am thankful to all the staff who are so dedicated to making the hotel a lovely place to stay.

Not all the facilities were completely new or 100%. However, the room and other facilities were very good for the price. Large balcony, bathtub and shower. Outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym available. Lots of pool toys and other sports equipment free to borrow. With a confirmed booking, you can use the club facilities befor check in time if you arrive early. If you want to do the touristy things in Macau, this location isn't convenient, but if you want a relaxing resort experience, it is very good. The beach outside is not great for swimming, not very clean water or sand, but still ok to sit at and relax. The water is shallow a far way out. Our alacarte dishes for dinner were all very good and we got a 15% discount by paying with a Visa card. Dinner buffet is not available on weekdays.

Super nice and cozy place, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and breathtaking waterfront view! I have to commend the Filipino staff (Hancey, Lorie, Bien, JR) and also Lina - they are all very helpful and accommodating. Location wise, walking distance to Hac Sa Beach and there’s also a bus stop (you have to ride Bus No. 15 or 21) for you to be able to travel across Coloane and Cotai Strip/ Taipa. You can also get to Macau (if you are taking Bus No. 21). The amenities are awesome though was unable to try due to time constraints (but will do so when I return).

Its an good hotel like they used to be back in days. Large rooms, good service, beach view, good facilities. Accessible for public transportation as well, however they have a good transport desk. You can stay with your kids and family here for a few weeks

If you want to find a hotel to get away from the bustling city, it is the one I would highly recommend. We went with our two older daughters and we loved the facilities there. With both indoor and outdoor pools, gym room, table tennis, football patch and snooker facilities, my two daughters never get bored. The room is spacious and clean with big sea view balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I previously read some comments saying the hotel is a bit tired and old, I didn’t feel it at all. The cleanliness in such a big resort is impeccable. Will definitely revisit again!

Extremely beautiful place and a quiet getaway from the hustle bustle of Macao. Rooms are spacious, clean, courteous staff, diverse breakfast spread, beautiful recreational facilities, pool, beach, what else can you ask for on a holiday. Even though location is slightly far, it's convenient to commute with public bus, free shuttle and taxis. Highly recommended!

The location of the place is secluded, making it not easily accessible to touristy places. As a family of 7, it was a bit tricky for us to find taxis. However, the receptionist was happy to help us order two taxis to accommodate our family. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. In terms of the food, it was just average compared to other casino hotels in Macau. However, the hotel did provide a basic breakfast which was decent. The hotel itself has a classic charm to it, and the pool was a lot of fun with its obstacle courses for both kids and adults. Although, it would be great if they could replace the broken foams with new ones. My only complaint is regarding the tiles near the pool, which were extremely dangerous and slippery. It would be beneficial if the hotel could address this issue to ensure the safety of its guests. Additionally, while the nearby beach (Hac Sa)had a nice view, the surrounding area was quite unpleasant, with a lot of oil and dirt. Overall, the hotel had its positives with helpful staff, a fun pool, and a classic atmosphere. However, improvements can be made in terms of food quality, pool safety, and the cleanliness of the surrounding beach area.

We stayed at the Grand Coloane Resort for one night before CNY 2025 and would have liked to stay a few more days. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with large balconies overlooking the water. They are well appointed and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The outdoor pool was closed for the season, but the indoor pool, jacuzzi and game rooms were all staffed and available. The resort is walking distance to a beach and a beautiful coastal hiking trail. It is a little far from other things you might like to do in Macau, but if you just want to relax with family in the pool or near the beach - with day trips for sightseeing - it is a lovely stay.

I always love staying at Grand Coloane Resort. It is an older establishment, with large passageways and large open spaces, which I love. Even though there were many people staying at the resort, it never felt crowded. I had a bathroom with both shower and bath, and it was luxurious. A large bedroom overlooking the ocean and outdoor area (pools, etc.) below, on the 8th floor, with a large balcony. I asked for a quiet room. Ample lifts to accommodate many guests. I paid extra for breakfast - buffet style with many different options - simply delicious! Very much worthwhile - just go and enjoy! A beautiful place to stay as a solo traveler or to go with family or friends. Thanks, Grand Coloane, I will be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The ambiance and facilities were great, with a particular highlight being the stunning sea view from our room which made our stay even more special. The staff, mostly Filipinos, were amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, with Jackie standing out for her exceptional service. The only downside was the location, as it’s a bit far from the city, but if you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway, this hotel is definitely worth it!

If you're not into gambling and the casino life, then stay at Grand Coloane Resort. They have the cleanest, largest, and comfortable rooms. Not to mention, the facilities are amazing and the staff are the sweetest people. They literally helped us with everything which we appreciated alot. The hotel is in need of an update, had an ocean front room and all the carpets looked dirty and well worn on our floor. Bathroom excellent though. Bed very comfortable. Location is ok during day as you can walk everywhere but at nighttime hard to get a cab for a short trip to Fernando's for dinner as too dangerous to walk along beach in dark and no cabs will take you home so reliant on half hourly bus. They also have a “club facility” which means on public holidays and I assume weekends the pool area is full of paying members which is fine but had I known ahead i would not have gone over a holiday or weekend , as no sun beds and lots of children having fun as they should do. Just not something I was aware of and once again personally would have chosen to avoid. Also the long stay discount they gave me upon check in ( which was a lovely surprise) apparently can’t be used on weekends or public holidays as the room service attendant told me once we had retreated to our rooms as there were no sun beds to sit at. They also have an odd way of ordering by pool which seems a little inefficient. Qr order code linked to your table. It’s quite a slow process and one that numerous times the waiter or waitress came to tell us upon placing our order some 15 minutes earlier they didn’t have what we ordered. So they then have to go back to ( I assume the kitchen or bar ) and then get us our alternatives. A good idea in principal but not enough staff in our opinion to expedite orders. An initial order of 2 Budweisers took nearly 15 minutes and eventually changed to asahi and Tsing Tao. This was upon our arrival when we were only 2 of 6 persons around pool. The following day was a public holiday and even worse. Hence why we gave up and retreated to our room . Staff are very helpful and polite but just not enough working in the area of the pool.

Чудесное расположение отеля вдали от суеты Макао. Замечательно организаванные трансферы! Вежливый и внимательный персонал, на ресепшене - великолепный английский! Шведский стол разнообразный и можно подобрать на свой вкус. Прекрасная зона отдыха вокруг бассейна. Постель и матрасы удобные -спится сладко! Вид с балкона на море чудесный, на балконе -хоть танцуй, жалко только нет навеса на случай дождя. В номере не понравилось только ковровое покрытие - хоть и вычищенное, но очень старое, видавшее виды, и сразу представилось, сколько в нем скопилось всякой бяки - как то негигиенично и не хотелось ходить босиком! Было бы здорово его убрать и покрыть хотя бы плиткой. Пляж правда близко, но ... песок черный и от этого море мутное - не хотелось даже мочить ноги. До аэропорта 12 минут езды! В целом, пребыванием довольны!
