The Roach Motel”

We reserved two rooms here for a party of five. Both rooms had a strong mildew smell, mold on the ceilings, roaches in the rooms and hallways, bathrooms with exposed bare wiring, outlets with cover plates falling off the walls, and filthy threadbare carpets The general appearance of the rooms and bathrooms were extremely dingy. Roach traps were everywhere. The facility was creepy because we were the only ones there. A worn out swimming pool was only half-full of water. We bailed out of a planned three day stay after the first night. Also be aware that, while it is in Baguio, it's up a long steep hill not serviced by public transit, so all travel to and from the facility requires calling a cab. It is also quite removed from the main attractions on the eastern side of Baguio. This facility has a lot of potential as a destination resort with good views and good range of athletic facilities if the owners only put money into fixing it up. As is, I would not recommend this place for anyone.

it's far from the city...but that's fine. The room is big but old and carpet smells bad somehow...the staff are not customer oriented and looks not happy serving their customers...

Fun in baguio”

No other place to breath the fresh air,the original pine scent and away from the noise and pollution of city life. Im from manila and why would i choose a vacation hotel near baguio city proper where the jammed pack traffic, pollution, noise and people abound. I could get those things FREE here in manila. Green Valley Country Club = realvacation

Away from the hustle & bustle”

Good for foreign travelers, up the hill past a guarded gate. If you are looking to get away from the crowds it's a great bargain.

Has a nice view but quite far from the city center”

Hotel is old. A lot of creeking sound from the room above. Far from the city center and located inside a gated subdivision. Either you wait for a cab or walk down the hill. What i enjoyed most was the view and the neighbourhood is pretty nice!

We are satisfied with our stay except the pool”

The room was clean except i saw a big cockroach inside the restroom. The food was good and my children together with my grandchildren enjoyed the amenities.

Green Valley Revisited”

Still enjoyable despite the lack of amenities such as telephone, ref, bidet and hot water for the lavatory. Breakfast was delicious but not so the other ala carte dishes. We were also unable to enjoy the sports facilities because our stay coincided with the BIR Luzon sportsfest. Internet connection was weak and erratic.

Not a bad place, but nothing special. Rooms are older and could use updating. But the rooms were clean. Staff was above average and really tried to please. The Hotel should tell guests that the pool is not open and that all of the amenities are quite expensive. The restaurant is nice, clean and a pleasant place to pass some time. Like an hour and a half waiting for a simple breakfast!! Since I have been living here in the Philippines for quite some time I am accoustomed to hearing "sorry sir, out of stock" but the restaurant could actually post there menu on a post it note, as everything seems to be out of stock!

Me and my kids were disappointed when we found out that the pool was not working, The hotel was old and looks lonely, nothing really great about the hotel.

My stay there was awesome! Helped me unwind and get away from stress and pressure. Also it is amazing that there's fogs in the morning which is very not common to other areas in Baguio.

the toilet exhaust fan needs to be repaired, cool temperature, breakfast food is ok, staff are well mannered and nice, room is well spaced and ventilated.

Good. The hotel is a bit old but comfortable. The location is far from the city center but if you want a nice view and weather, this is an ideal place. Love the view and the surroundings. It has table tennis, badminton and bowling.

Fun and relaxing vacation”

We stayed at Green Valley Baguio Hotel and Resort for an overnight stay in one of their Standard Rooms. Check-in and check was no problem, efficient staff and a free nice breakfast for 2 to go with it. Unlike in the city proper, Baguio Green Valley's weather is cool throughout the day with occasional fog that embraces the area. During our stay, a tropical storm "Vinta" passed by Baguio but we barely felt it because of the comfortable room we were in. We were sound asleep during the storm. Baguio Green Valley is a well recommended place to stay in Baguio for those who have their own transportation. I will surely come back to this place in the future. Thanks to Agoda, we had a pleasant stay in Baguio.
