Very good location and lovely people”
Stayed for a few nights and the room and bathroom was spotless. We shared a bathroom with another room and never had an issue with being able to get into the bathroom. Although it was noisy around 9/10am when morning announcements (think might be related to the school nearby) that would go off. If you’re up and out early this would not be a problem. If you want a lie in bring earplugs! Staff was very helpful when booking trips and just general questions on Hanoi. Would recommend!

owner is not honest”
A day before my arrival, the owner sent me a message to tell that my room is downgraded, but I have to pay almost the same price. And if I am not happy with it, I could just cancel and go to another hotel. I was stunned to get such a message. So inconvenient that I have to hunt for another place to stay, at such a short notice.

Central homestay with helpful owner”
This very central homestay gives you an authentic living experience. Tucked away in a tiny side street, my window faced a wall, but I didn't mind. The room was cozy and had everything you could want for the affordable price. The helpful owner Nu can help you with anything and everything (tours, bus tickets, Hanoi recommendations) and answers REALLY fast on WhatsApp text or call!! She helped me get some great bus tickets for an awesome price to my next destination. I recommend this homestay!

Amazing homestay! ”
The best place we have stayed! The room is exactly like the photos, clean and spacious! The location is great on a quite backstreet by the cathedral/old town. The owners were so kind and helpful and also arranged tours including a 2 day trip to HaLong Bay ! Thank you

GREAT HOMESTAY. RECOMMENDED”
Clean, the owner Mrs Nu spoke English well. Breakfast was delicious. The room so clean, and comfortable, and it such a waste we only stay for one night. We got 4th floor room, bathroom was on the 3rd floor. So only that, and the stair. Pack light because the stair is too narrow. Everything is okay

Very good location, near to airport express bus no. 86. Staff is very friendly, mrs. speaks english good. You can choose from many trips they have at a good price. Value for money. You can't have many option to choose on breakfast, but it is good and enough for a beautiful morning before going to see the beauty of Halong Bay or Ninh Binh. We recomand this place!

Nous sommes arrivé un peu tard c'est un homme peu aimable qui nous a donner notre chambre. Sa femme est passé plus tard pour nous donner les infos et autre . Le petit dej est très light et la chambre est ok et les salles de bains petites et mal agencé. Pour le prix c'est correct
