Outstanding Service ”

Staying at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the hotel, every member of the staff took great care of us and went above and beyond with customer service. When we walked in, we were given a map of the town and Ha spent the next few minutes asking what we were interested in and gave us tips on different locations; she even helped us book a trip to see the waterfalls outside of town; she also helped schedule our bus transportation to Ninh Binh. We interacted with staff and Ha’s family during our stay and couldn’t be happier with our hotel choice. The room was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our stay. After the long bus ride to Sapa, as well as some long trekking days in the nearby towns, Heart of Sapa Hotel was exactly what we needed. Plus, the breakfast is made to order and is all you can eat!! Don’t hesitate on this hotel - book it!

World's Best Service and Comfiest Bed”

I literally cannot say enough good things about our experience at Heart of Sapa. Ms. Ha and her staff went above and beyond in every way to give us the most wonderful stay. They carried our bags, brought complimentary drinks to our room, arranged our transportation to and from Sapa at an excellent price (and at the last minute, since we had a sudden change of plans and decided to arrive in Sapa a day earlier). Ms. Ha is attentive, efficient, and so extremely kind. I mentioned it was my fiancé's birthday, and we returned from dinner that night to find a cake with candles and flower petals on our bed with a beautiful drawing from her daughter wishing him a happy birthday. Ms. Ha also arranged a wonderful trekking experience for us with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. At every moment of the stay, we felt so cared for and comfortable. The room itself was sparkling clean, and the bed was heavenly- the most comfortable bed I have ever found in Asia. You must stay at this amazing hotel!

Incredible Staff”

Ha and her staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and complete. The advice we were given allowed us to maximize our time and take in the many beautiful sites Sapa has to offer. The rooms were smallish, but clean and more than adequate. The breakfasts were fantastic! The young staff were so much fun to work with on their English skills. The location is perfect. The main shopping street and many popular restaurants were less than a five minute walk away. I would highly recommend everyone to stay at the Heart of Sapa.

Warmest and fantastic stay ”

Great experience staying in Heart of Sapa Hotel! We made a perfect decision to stay here and get the warmest care from the manager named Ms Ha! She made us the perfect stay in SaPa no matter my husband run the marathon or I went the private tour with excellent trekking around the local villages! Highly recommend any people from all over the world to stay in Heart of Sapa Hotel while going to Sapa!

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly welcomed. Throughout our stay the owner of the place and the staff took care of us for every smallest detail there was. In the end the owner allowed us to take a shower before a night's ride and made us sandwiches for the road. It was a very fun experience!

Helpful, efficient staff”

The location is 50 metres from one of the main restaurant streets. There were good views from my room and the place was very clean and well kept. The best feature was the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff; very useful for organising tours, transport or just about anything.

The hotel is located near the Main Street which made it not so noisy at night. It's near food places and bars! The owner and staff were hospitable and friendly. The owner spoke decent English and was very helpful. She gave us good restaurant recommendations and clear directions to places we want to go. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The weather was really cold when we stayed there but the heater was awesome! It made our stay really comfortable!

Excellent hotel with sincerely warm and loving staff ”

We stayed at the Heart of Sapa for five nights and had a wonderful experience from the second we walked inside. The hotel’s manager, who grew up in Sapa, was so, so kind, welcoming and helpful in every way and continued to be so throughout the rest of our time there. The rest of the staff was similarly kind, warm and attentive. They all helped us in so many ways throughout our stay, including: bringing our bags to our room, loaning u umbrellas, helping us get cabs and helping us find good restaurants, as well as, finally, allowing us to keep our bags at the hotel after check out. Additionally, we found our room very comfortable and enjoyed the hotel’s location in the middle of the city. Most of all, we particularly loved the included breakfast- which was delicious every morning! Everything about this hotel has a wonderfully quaint “bed and breakfast” feel. To the sensational manager and staff, thank you for making our time in Sapa so positive and extra memorable!!

Honest review of Heart of Sapa”

Location is good. Just behind a street with interesting shops and eateries. Staff is awesome! One of the best hotel I had stayed~ and it’s value for money! Perhaps only minus point is the water pressure at third storey. But we can live with that. ^^

Great hotel with excellent service ”

The hotel host/owner was amazing and went the extra mile to ensure we have a great time in sapa. Arranged the tour and busses to Hanoi for us. She even packed some food for us for the bus ride. The hotel was very clean and looked new as well. The only downside was it was on a local market lane but very close to the town centre

The owner is a saint! ”

The hotel is right in the centre within a 10 minute walk to everything in the town. We arrived from a night bus at 6am not having much sleep at all, we could not check into our room then and there but she assured us she would get us a room ASAP she set up a bed for my partner in the reception for a few hours so he could get some sleep. She managed to get a room for us at 9am which we were very grateful for. Comfy large bed lovely bathroom and lovely big windows. She arranged a trek for us for a great price and it was amazing upon leaving she supplied me with wellies water and sun cream she properly took care of us. When we arrived back from our overnight home stay trek, she got us to a room straight away sorted our laundry and brought up coffee. She also arranged our transport back to Hanoi. She is a saint that will do anything for you and is very friendly I saw her to be like this with all of the guests she goes out of her way and makes you feel most welcome. The all you can eat breakfast is great and she will keep offering you more.

Right in Sapa's center. The hotel's owner is very helpful when renting a bike for us, recommending restaurants. The room is really nice. The hotel is near construction works but we rarely heard noise. When we booked tickets for the cable car to Fansipan via the hotel receptionist, we received vouchers and we have to change it into plastic cards at the cable car station and it takes as long as (maybe longer than) buying plastic tickets directly in the station (although we paid the same). Overview, the hotel is really nice.

My girlfriend and I had a great 2 night stay at Heart of Sapa. Ha is the best! She organized a wonderful tour for us and had great recommendations for where to eat and visit. Hands down our best service experience to date. Our room was very new and spacious. No complaints.

Fantastic service and new modern facilities”

I thoroughly enjoy my stay here. Firstly, service here is top-notch. Mrs Ha, the manager, has a wealth of information and knowledge about Sapa (and even the neighbouring region like Ha Giang) regarding hikes/tours and can easily link you up directly with the right people (i.e. *good* guides and drivers). I had the activities of my four day stay all planned by her and easily saved 30-50% of the cost had I done it elsewhere. Staff here are very attentive to your needs and your situation (e.g. breakfast takeaways, providing bottled water, usage of shower facilities after checking out etc.) The hotel is clean and well kept. Toilets (my usual top criteria) is very nice and modern. I understand from Mrs Ha that the hotel is merely five and a half months old. Location is excellent. Just off the main street so you don't get much noise from traffic or bars and yet retain that accessibility. Situated along the Sapa market street which is a plus for me because you get a glimpse of local life just right out the door. Overall, an absolute steal for the price and would gladly come back if I wish to revisit the area. Thanks Mrs Ha for the memorable stay.

Heart of Sapa is a great place to stay in Sapa. Nice rooms good location... but specially amazing staff! Ha (the lady at reception desk) helped us a lot in order to enjoy Sapa and plan a good treeking. She doesnt try to sell you anything or charge you more... she is clear and nice and try to do her best for all the guests. She upgraded our room and organized an amazing treeking with homestay with a great local guide. Thanks a lot Ha!!

The hotel was easy to find and it is along a street where there are fruits, vegetable and meat were sold. Check in was smoothly done, with a fresh mango juice served as a welcome drink. We were upgraded to the top floor with a better room and better view. The lady was very considerate and helpful when she helped us to pack our breakfast as we were rushing for our tour. Would recommend!
