Отличный отель”
Великолепно себя чувствовали в этом отеле,несмотря на наши проблемы с английским языком, персонал делал все возможное, чтобы мы чувствовали себя комфортно. По нашей просьбе были приобретены ЖД билеты, заказана экскурсия и трансфер до вокзала, все сделано по высшему разряду. А когда встречают у порога с прохладительными напитками в жару вдвойне приятно. Поезд был поздно вечером, утром перед выездом на экскурсию сдали номер, когда вечером вернулись за багажом, который не стоит у ресепшен на проходе,как в других отелях, а имеется специальная комната, нам предложили принять душ, обеспечили всем необходимым и конечно предложили напитки все без дополнительной оплаты. Отличный отель! Спасибо персоналу за такую работу!

Великолепно”
Отличный отель. На ресепшене предлагают бесплатные фрукты и напитки. Номера чистые. Персонал дружелюбный. Расположен в самом центре туристического района. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Можно воспользоваться бассейном в отеле по соседству. Единственный минус- цены на слуги завышены. Покупать трансферы и арендовать мотобайки лучше в турфирме, которая находится в соседнем здании.

В общем отель хороший за свои деньги. Были некоторые нюансы такие как: при заселении почему-то забирают паспорта,в номере вода была теплой не сильно горячей,а вообщем все устроило.

A great hotel in middle of Hue”
I was staying at Hong Tien Ruby just for one night. Checked in late and left the other day around 10.30 am. Unfortunately I missed the breakfast. That's why I am not able to give a complete review. What I know and have seen is that the family-run hotel comes with nice and modern rooms, is in good operating conditions and the property is very clean. The English speaking owners are very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated on a small backyard street and the surrounding area is quiet. The only problem I have (but I have it almost everywhere) is, that the mattress is way to soft for me.... But that is a personal thing and has nothing to do with an objective rating... →→→ Since I consider the quality of the rooms and the service as very good, this hotel gets the highest possible rating from me.... ←←←

Excellent hotel in a central location”
The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable the reception staff very friendly and helpful, and there were many choices available for the breakfast each day. Everything served was very fresh.For convenience, we would have preferred that daily bottled water was included in the price, instead of being extra, but the price was reasonable. They were helpful in booking some tours and tickets but recommend that you should double check arrangements with them as the tour companies do not always provide what they promise (not the hotel's fault, but better to be certain!)

Worth the Search”
A small hotel located down an alley off a main street. And that is good because it is quieter. One of the cleanest I have stayed in SEA in that price range. Everything worked including excellent Wifi. Good to order breakfast with excellent coffee. Onsite motorbike rental. In room lock box. "Mr An" and staff "Tuyen"and "Nhung"are outstanding hosts. As a positive suggestion: Would be nice to have a shelf in shower stall, I believe rm 102?

Great hotel, fantastic service, good price”
Great hotel for an economic price. The room is clean. Breakfast is good, you can choose whatever you want from the menu. You get a welcome coffee and food plate when you check in. Staff is friendly and speaks mostly english. They help you to arrange a driver to visit the tombs and the pagoda, and also helps you with ticket reservation.

Great Hotel .”
Our second stay at the Hong Thieñ Ruby and nothing has changed it is still one of the best hotels in Vietnam. Such a nice place to stay . The rooms are clean and spacious . The staff make you feel like one of the family aways friendly and helpful . It is situated down a laneway so no road noise . Close to everything you need. Also the breakfast plentiful and delicious.

It has been the best place we were, Tan and An, they have received and treated us all the time with the excellence they have, I will not forget it. We have served exquisite breakfasts, and how much we would like. They also have good excursions, the room is impeccable, cleanliness, comfort, location, everything perfect. Thank you!!

Friendly staff”
I came into the hotel soaked and tired from my motorcycle ride, and the staff was so friendly to present some hot tea and fruit to welcome me inside. Room was small and clean, and I'm happy that the shower had glass with plenty of hot water. The hotel is a little hard to find because it's located in an alleyway, but it's near tons of great restaurants and a gym.

Clean and Cosy! Very friendly and helpful staff”
We arrived after riding the hai van pass at ruby hotel. We get a welcome drink and could go to our room for taking a shower. The room is very cosy and clean and everything was just awesome! We would highly recommend the hotel for staying in Hue.

Wonderful place to stay ”
Really near the restaurant zone, staff exceptional really helpful and kind. The breakfast is very full and good . The staff can help you to find excursions, laundry service is available , the rooms are clean and comfortable. I extended an extra night because it’s really nice.

A great stay!”
Clean rooms, safe, excellent location - right in the heart of the walking streets which are closed off to traffic on weekend evenings. Breakfast is cooked to order and the staff are brilliant with strong grasp of English and happy to converse.

We loved our stay here! The host is very accommodating and goes the extra mile! The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great! We could walk to all the major sites of Hue! The breakfast was also very good.

Clean hotel with wonderful staff”
The staff is so nice and speak great English. When we arrived early from our sleeper bus we were offered a beverage and even breakfast. The breakfast here is wonderful. They offered us some tour options and transport options to our next destination but with no pressure to buy from them at all. We did do one of the tours and booked transport to Hoi An. The morning we arrived we went to the citadel and when we came back our room was ready. Great location, clean and quiet and the shower was nice. My only complaint would be the bed as I could feel the springs in the mattress but still not the most uncomfortable bed I’ve had in Vietnam. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect for us”
Took us a while to find it as it’s tucked down an alleyway but it keeps you away from the noise of the town centre which is minutes away. It’s quiet but a perfect location if you’re after bars, restaurants etc. We rented decent bikes from the hotel and cycled to the major tourist sites. Breakfast, WiFi, laundry and AC all good. Staff really friendly and helpful as well, spoke good English.

The loveliest ladies - can’t do enough to help you”
Such a lovely stay , really nice room and the ladies working there just can’t do enough for you ! Especially the owner , she gives lots of recommendations and helps book taxis etc aswell as always giving you sweets or lychees at the end of a hot day ! Can’t recommend enough
