Мы прилетели в Валенсию в районе 12 ночи, добрались до отеля. Нас встретили прекрасно, покормили, хотя кухня была уже закрыта. но в наличии были салат, хамон, вино. Обязательно остановимся в этом отеле еще раз

Good location expensive hotel”

Overpriced hotel, with great personell and services. Amazing breakfast. Good location, very close to city and lost of good restaurants around. Book top floors with street windows. Spacy rooms. Beautiful architecture.

Staff, location, fantastic. Very disappointed with room. Had to change as first room no window in room and no privacy in bathroom. Second room very very small. Meal in hotel mediocre.

Brief stay buy very satisfactory”

Great location. Near the old town, shopping centre and beautiful parks. Modern, clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant staff, who will try their best to accommodate individual dietary requests and gave me handpicked flowers on my birthday. The hotel has a very nice spa, small gym and pool. The double deulux room was very spacious with a private courtyard. The bathroom was stocked with good supplies of toiletries and had a great shower/bath. No problems whilst there. Would recommend.

Friendly staff, spa disappointing, great location”

Overall a great hotel, we would recommend this hotel and stay there again. The spa wasn't the greatest - had a massage which made up for the lacklustre spa facilities.

Surprising for a 5 star hotel”

Would not classify this hotel as 5 star. Issues with the toilet in our room. Not overly big rooms, staff were friendly enough. Location was great. However standards comparable to other 5 star hotels were a lot lower.

Very good, great location to explore the city from. Great service. Only gripe may be lack of tea making in room.

Our stay was really enjoyable. The hotel is in a perfect location, really easy to walk to all areas of the City. The room was a good size, with good facilities but could do with more light and some kind of tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and when the bar closed -- at midnight! They found someone to serve us. We absolutely loved Valencia, will definitely go back and would probably use the hotel again.

When I finally found the hotel it was pleasant, atmospheric and had a friendly staff. I was pleased to be given a double room after booking a single. Some reviews mentioned how small the single room was and I was expecting that. I never ate there, preferred to utilise the many, many places within walking distance. One minus point ..... No one mentioned the €50+ charge for parking the car, this should be highlighted! All in all though, it's a great location to see a fantastic city.

There were more facilities than we needed to use but everything we did use was more than satisfactory.

Staff on front desk were extremely helpful, very friendly and gave us advice on where to go, what to see, etc. Staff all spoke very good English.

don't woth a 5 stars”

good location but not the best. ordinary building, getting off the taxi i thought it was an appartment. comparativly i stayed in the westin, far cheaper wich is a really 5 stars hotel with a big garden and a wonderfull pool. very expensive even with agoda price.

Hip hotel”

Great hotel. Modern, chic design that still manages to feel warm. Good location close to old town and the metro but far enough away to feel quiet and relaxed. I'd definitely stay here again and would consider other hotels owned by the hospes group. The one negative is the limited selection of snacks in the mini bar and a very average room service menu.

Vriendelijk personeel wat goed Engels spreekt en verstaat. Snelle, duidelihke incheck procedure. Mooi hotel met nette goed onderhouden kamer. Er is echt nagedacht over het design. Vooral fijn, eindelijk een hotel met genoeg stop contacten op een makkelijk bereikbare plaats voor je telefoon, smart watch en ipad/laptop. Sterk wifi signaal met goede snelheid. Geen gedoe met gratis langzaam en betaald sneller waar je vervolgens achteraan moet om van alles te regelen. De kamer heeft een stille airco/verwarming. En voor lange mensen niet onbelangrijk het dekbed is lang genoeg. Parkeerplaats voor auto in de buurt en voor een redelijke prijs. De metro is verder weg evenals het oude centrum. Maar dat kan gezien de rust ook weer als een voordeel gezien worden. Goed ontbijt. Echt een aanrader in Valencia.

Prima hotel op een leuke locatie”

Het hotel licht op loopafstand van de oude stad. De bushalte is voor de deur om trips te maken naar andere delen van Valencia zoals bv het strand. Het hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk. Alleen als je vraagt naar of iets leuk is, is het antwoord altijd "Nice". De kamers zijn prima ingericht en het badkamergedeelte is van alle gemak voorzien.
