Holiday stop over”

upon our arrival into Dallas our check in was efficient and friendly, however after getting into our room to find n toiletries, some of the lights didn't work and then when we tried to call housekeeping the phone didn't work either. Anyway all that aside we enjoyed our stay but the hotel is need of major repairs.

Nothing to complain about the stay. Was upgraded to queen suite Cityview. The room was clean and very classic.

My stay was most enjoyable especially as the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Dallas.

Cute boutique style hotel”

Had a pleasant stay. Was able to bring my dog and there was a nice park right in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, but my room was small. The design of the hotel is cute with yellow and blue colors. Nice restaurants are closely so I didn't pay for the free breakfast.

Nice hotel with friendly staff conveniently located. I must have been lucky to get a two room suite but am not sure what the standard rooms are like.Breakfast is not great at all but in line with expectations of US hotels of this standard. But plenty of restaurants nearby! As a busy business traveler I would stay there definitely again!

Cheerful decor, great staff, clean and convenient”

We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay again. The Indigo is very clean, well appointed and convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. And, best of all, it is extremely reasonably priced!

Big, clean, comfy room, ok location”

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was nice and lovely. Liked the shuttle to and from downtown, you'll just need to tip the driver $5. First night we didn't know the area very well and thought there was nothing convenient (restaurants etc) near us and the staff didn't really direct us either but I guess they weren't sure what we were looking for. The next day did a tour to Fort Worth and our fabulous tour guide drove past some areas near us and recommended some great bars and restaurants...it was then that we found out there were indeed some walking distance eateries nearby but not much though. Overall we did enjoy our stay here as it was comfortable and clean.

Nice downtown hotel”

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night for business and I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. THe rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The hotel service is good, friendly people, checking in and checking out was easy and they even arranged a taxi to Westlake on a Sunday. I did not use any restaurant facilities except for breakfast, which was very good. The location of the hotel is great, near some tourist attractions like the JFK museum and memorial.

I really liked this hotel. The beds were so fluffy and comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food. Free wifi. I loved the bright, unique decor. It was an all-around good experience.
