Very welcoming stay with a location ”
The hotel is pretty new and the interior design is soho style , rooms are very clean, staffs are efficient and friendly. We come to 頭城 for surfing and it was great holiday, the hotel definitely adds more points on our trip. The parking is convenient, the breakfast is superb, will for sure to come again

Best place to stay in Toucheng!”
My boyfriend and I loved this hotel. Great location, clean, and friendly staff. We had dinner in the hotel one night, better than I expected. The chicken salad, BBQ wings and duck wraps hit the spot. The breakfast was a typical Taiwanese breakfast, but didn't disappoint. We will definitely stay there again.

A great hotel in the heart of Toucheng”
A great HOTEL in the heart of Toucheng, Yilan. The location is what sold me to stay here, it is on a main street and a close walk to many shops and restaurants. If you are coming by train all the better as it is literally a straight shot from the Toucheng train station, about 10-15 min walking. The Hotel is very new thus it is very clean, the staff was really friendly offering up suggestion to near by attractions and places to eat. I drove on this occasion and there was convenient free covered parking right under the hotel. Would definitely stay here again in fact I'm planning another trip as I type this! Very good bang for buck hotel! Highly recommended!

Good but could use some improvements”
This is my 4th time staying at this Hotel even though I have a home nearby. I was taking my parents and cousin to visit Yilan and wanted to have them stay closer to downtown Toucheng. Lounge is situated right on the main street and it's a close walk to everything including the train station if you are coming by train. I previously rated this hotel a 5 star and only gave the hotel a 4 star on this stay. One area where I had a critique on is the parking situation, although convenient that they have a parking lot on site underground the entrance has an automatic gate. On this stay the weather was really bad and I had to get out of the car and have someone on the inside of the hotel open the barrier so I could drive down. On previous occasions it would recognize my license plate and I would be able to go in and out without having to honk my horn or worse get out and let them know to open it. Even the next day after checking it the delayed process was not ideal, and this was after filling out the check in paperwork that had my license on it so the gate would recognize and open! Another issue I have is that the toilet and shower don't have a door so that separates it, not a problem if you are by yourself but for anyone sharing a room that may be an issue. Other than those issues everything was as expected as before.

Convenient for visit to Toucheng beaches”
The staff were welcoming and professional. The location is very convenient and free underground parking a necessary perk. The bed and pillows were a bit hard, and the walls not completely soundproofed. We appreciated the water dispenser on the first floor, and the ceramic mugs (not paper) provided for in-room coffee/tea

Right in the centre of Toucheng. 5mins to Railway Station, Macdonalds and 24hr convenience store. Lots of food around too.

Should say a lot that I have a home in Toucheng nearby the hotel and still choose to stay here sometimes. My place has only one bedroom so when I visit Toucheng with family or friends I stay or recommend them to stay at Lounge because it's so convenient and really is a great value for dollar. Plenty of parking and a great breakfast buffet with a nice patio with view. If you are coming by train there is no closer and convenient hotel then Hotel Lounge as it's quite literally a 5-10 min walk from the train station. Lots of nice places to eat all within a few blocks and if you are looking to get to the beach to surf or swim, the hotel is on the main road you can easily take a bus or hail a taxi to take a short ride to the beach or just walk there. I have stayed multiple times here and I'm sure I'll be visiting again real soon!

Hotel with a perfect location and has all the necessary ammenities for 2 night stay with young kids”
The location of the hotel was perfect, as it's on the main road, and there is convenience store just a min's walk away for late night necessities. Local food is just across the street, with the market style and famous stores with long history of the local delicacies. 5 min's drive from the famous surfing spots. The ammenities were basically well supplied with breakfast on the 6th floor, and car park in the basement (or park right into the motel type of rooms). Kids' facilities are well thought out as well, with Kids' playroom on the 2nd floor and also provide kiddie car rides on real road track around the motel (available from 11am to 2pm). We had two kids (aged 4 and 10), and they enjoyed them all! Definitely will consider this hotel again, for the price and ammenities, and best of all, location!
