Not too bad for a cheap motel in NY”

I stayed there as my friend lives nearby. Frankly speaking, I don't expect much for U.S. motels. It's clean basically but I choose a room on the ground floor which almost has no windows then quite bad. Recommend not to choose rooms on the ground floor, no worries about heavy luggage, it has a lift. The breakfast is quite good which you can make your own waffles and is generally good for anyone needs to have something to fill up stomach before going out. Offer parking space for guests which is really good.

I won't be back here. Was too far from the airport, $45 taxi. A/C was stuck on, so it became too cold in the room. We would unplug it until it was too hot, then plug it back in for a bit. Initially the tv didn't work, had sound but no picture. We had to continuously turn it on and off for it to finally work. Breakfast which was included was mediocre at best. Just no selection other thwn brwad, jam and cereal..We would have been upset if we paid for it, I can tell you that.

Our stay was really nice. I would stay here again. The staff was nice and spoke well. The room was clean, comfortable, and well lit.

Horrible!”

I will never stay at this hotel again. I am not the type of person to complain but I have to this time. First, when I got off of my flight I was told prior that the hotel had a shuttle service, from this sight, as a matter of fact. They didn't so I had to pay for a taxi/car service both to and from the airport and back. My last night there, I was awakened by kids screaming and playing in the hall and banging doors at 1:27a. I called the front desk and the guy at the counter did contact the parents of the kids and it was still and not noise and then AGAIN at 2a the same thing, kids running and playing and slamming doors in the hall and this time there were also adults in the mix. I AGAIN called the front desk and the guy at the desk, again, contacted the adults and it ended up being still, after I threatened to call the police. I don't want to make it sound like the staff was bad because they weren't but they need to get a better hold of the people staying at the hotel and tell them at check-in that they need to be quiet when it gets late, out of respect for others staying in the hotel.

It was handy, clean & convenient to stay at Hotel Q. Some issues with our booking when we arrived at the hotel but the man at the front desk sorted it out.

A bit far but overall the area is nice”

Only I think I feel disappointed...i asked front desk help me to call the taxi to airport but it was not a taxi.....and the driver charged me $25....it was talking about 5 mins driving to the airport. How come he could charge me $25...i think it is unreasonable high.....

Close to airport and clean room”

I did not expect much from an airport hotel, but I found this hotel not bad if you need to stay close to LGA. There are many restaurants nearby, though i did not have time to try out. It cost me about $25 to taxi to LGA. Generally, it is not bad.

Met our expectations”

this is our 2nd time staying here, through agoda. the room, was a bit small, but the 2 queen sized beds were comfortable. the blankets are quite thin, so we had to request for additional. there is both wired & wireless internet in the room.

Above average value with free car park”

we had a problem with agoda's payment to this hotel, while checking in, and that took a while to resolve. hope agoda will fix this problem for other travellers. the location is good for me as i am visiting a friend who lives in woodside. neighbourhood is nothing much, but a quick 10-15 minutes walk you will be near to queens mall, subways, etc. the free car park is a big plus for this city, but is only 10 lots and is full most of the time. the rooms are a bit tight if you have a few big bags. there is no space under the beds for bags. there is no safe deposit inside the room, nor at the front desk.

Fell below expectation”

we stayed 1 night, it fell below our expectations. we emailed earlier, asking the manager to give us a quiet room, but had to settle for a room on the ground floor, next to the reception counter (noise) & facing the main road (traffic). it also took a long time checking in, as they faced issues with the agoda voucher and payment, not what i wanted after a 16 hours flight! the only redeeming factor is the pretty clean bathroom.
