Amazing”

This place was gorgeous. The staff was super friendly and they had some of the best food I’ve had in Asia at a hotel. I’d even say they have the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever had, period. When I return to Phuket I will being staying here again.

nice hotel but not good air”

I give 8 for this hotel.We had a two bed room villa.Everything was wonderful ,the swimming pool ,the living room ,the site ,breakfast but the air.Our villa is near by a big restaurant.They start work at 7am and finnish at 12pm. We inhaled strong cooking smelling the whore day lived there .Maybe it is not matter for others,but I 'm very sensitive to bad smelling .For such a nice hotel ,the bad air drop the grade.

Private Infinity Pool, Seaview, Bath Tub”

The room is great with infinity seaview even from bathtub. There are only 11 Villas in this resort and you hardly see people walking around the resort as there are no public pool and other facility apart from gym room. The breakfast is ok with ala-carte selection. The privacy is not so as the villa beside and upstairs still can see you. Was a bit upset that they didn't provide what i request for decoration and birthday cake as they promise.

EVERYTHING IS AWESOME”

Location : super convenient, many shops and nice restaurant around. We save a lot on TukTuk fees because it's needless if you are stay here. Staff : Everyone is so helpful and friendly, especially thanks to the manager Ms.Joy who helped to arrange a delicious chocolate cake his to my husband on his birthday even she was being informed at last minute. So I have read some reviews about the menu prices and the food quality at the restaurant at Impiana Private Villas.. I have visited some decent resorts and some upper end resorts around the region-and on the 2nd night of our stay, we dined at the restaurant. I must say that the chef and the service team us excellent. we arrived and requested to dine on the grass to enjoy the legendary Andaman sunset (which by the way is best viewed from the restaurant at Impiana Private Villas or their private villas itself) - the service team was quick to set up our table on the grass and we were relaxing as the sun quietly set. We ordered the Carbonara and steak - and both the dishes was excellent. The starter we ordered was also fantastic - smoked salmon salad. The prices are on the high side but it's the privacy you get. next door at a popular restaurant but it's crowded and with the low ceiling it cant be relaxing to dine. I would recommend travellers with the budget to dine at the restaurant at Impiana Private Villas. if anything you get probably one of the best UNOBSTRUCTED view of the sunset over Andaman Sea. very good facility and location”

This is very good location as you see Kata Noi beach. Sunset is amazingly beutiful. Really recommend to go at dry season. Staff may be not as good as location and facility. I requested a taxi service, but ended up not to come without any alternative option. I luckily met a flight time, but this was unexpected as this really looks 5-star at appearance.

The most exotic and beautiful resorts in Phuket”

The resort has full facilities, friendly staff, very big & stylish room. One of the best is their private pool in room, they provide great panoramic view to guests. We can also see the nice sea view from our bathroom when shower. However. there are quite limited parking lot for guests who have car.

Awesome view!”

The villa trully understands honeymooners. It has a stunning infinite pool with a view of the ocean on a hill. We were upgraded to the top villa and it has a livinf + dining room, bedroom with a sofa and big bathroom. You really feel at ease and comfort right away when you arrive. My only regret is we didnt stay more in the room.

Great Luxury Beach Resort”

This hotel is located in front of the sea, all the room has own private pool. The room is very huge and uses high quality room amenities. The staffs are very friendly and willing to help you for anything. Highly recommended.

Excellent & Superb!”

Its a superb experience! love this hotel to the max! Quiet & hotel with privacy with very limited guests. We got free shuttle from Impiana Patong to Kata Noi. The hospitality is really good! Very romantic hotel!

Absolutely fantastic”

My wife and I stayed at the Imiana Private suites over New Year. we travel a reasonable amount so we have some comparisons. These Villas were absolutely superb, fantastic and wonderful, and the staff first class. We felt that we ere almost on a deserted island however just over the hill was shopping and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. And food was very good and very reasonably prices. We have stayed in some othe resorts and we felt trapped, but not here. We had a magnificient view out to sea, a large plung pool, huge bathroom with bath and shower facing out to sea. It was so complete we stayed longer in our room/ pool then we have ever stayed anywhere else. I have never done this but I would give these villas 10 out of 10 - and I am a hard judge. Highly recommended.

wow, what a place, an amazing large room with your own private infinity pool only 20 meters away and overlooking the indian ocean and kata beach. the room was very clean and the staff were very efficient. we travel a lot and this was probably the nicest (yet most expensive) room we've stayed in

Great Hotel Stay at Impiana Private Villa”

Prior to arriving at Phuket, I emailed the hotel on getting to the hotel from the airport, the staff was able to respond very promptly with the different options. And upon arrival at the hotel, we were granted early check in and not only that we were given an upgrade of the room type that we have booked. This a very kind gesture from the hotel, and we truly enjoyed our stay very much. The staff provided good services as well, was able to provide the information needed on our requests in getting around. The hotel is situated within walking distance white sandy Kata Noi beach which is really nice as well. The thai and western food menu offered by the hotel is great too and food are delicious. This hotel is highly recommended!

Nice boutique hotel”

great view of the bay on the hill. good big rooms. private pool in our room too small to swim, more a plunge pool. but pools in the larger rooms are longer we could see. no beach access, on a cliff, so have to walk down the road for beach. good service as not many rooms in the complex. drinks good, food ok. great happy hour at 6pm.

Resort with great sea view”

Except the great sea view, not much facilities, the hotel has too many steps which is not suitable for older travellers. Except for a female staff who is hospitable, the rest of the staff do not smile or possess the right service oriented mindset u expect from a resort of this price range.

Will not recommend”

While the view is beautiful, you don't get the value for your money. This resort is expensive and you expect better customer service. Food takes too long, expensive, always forget something you ordered and just average taste. The gym's equipments are falling apart. Staff in reception not friendly and welcoming since the time we arrived. If we had not paid in full yet we would have transferred to another resort nearby. Will not recommend and will not come back.

Need to change staff”

We arrived in hotel around 15:40, and they let us wait till 17:10 for check in👎🏻 second thing: we are forget our things in the room and the hotel didn’t back it to us. Third thing: they are give gift to us (cosmetics) then take it back😅 really poor service for 5 stars👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Area need improve”

The internal call spoiled on the check in day. Initially we want book breakfast dining in the room, but nobody pick up the call even when we used own hp to dial villa reception number. This shouldn’t be happened as the villas charged premium price, they should provide premium service as well. Besides, the sea view is awesome, incomparable.

10th anniversary”

We were there for celebrating our 10th anniversary. It was such a nice surprise that our villa was upgraded to the most expensive one at the hotel and there was an anniversary cake in our refrigerator as a present. We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and private villa with the wonderful seaview and sunset. We got the biggest and highest villa with the biggest private swimming pool and we enjoyed swimming there many times per day. Good breakfast and friendly staffs. Excellent service. Most of the staffs there speak well English. It takes about 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the beautiful beach. We will stay here if we go to Phuket again.

view and accomodation”

other than the view, the rest is horrible!! the furnitures are old, rooms cant be locked, half the stuff are not working. I was there to celebrate my birthday but wasn't even given a cake. staff were quite friendly, food was ok but the room was bad! view was excellent

Intimate Resort”

Near perfection. The staff service was impeccable. Really friendly and helpful. The only thing I might have been disappointed was the maintenance of the room. The floorboards are a bit worn out, probably from the all the water. Also the sliding doors need to be waterproof better. It's loose and it was raining the time I was there. Half of the room was flooded with rain water. The wind was blowing so hard that the doors were banging loudly, I was afraid that the door might break half way through. Other than that, it is beautiful resort. Very intimate, the staff went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Will definitely come back again.
