Value for Money, big room”

No elevator and staff help us with the large luggage. The room and decor of the place is beyond our expectation as the facade of the building is old and our room is located in another building. Bathtub spring water dirty and seem like no filtration. Apart from this, everything else is excellent.

Room is spacious. We like it. Hotspring tub is big and water is warm. Nice. Located at another building. No daily housekeeping. Need to get things you need for next day from the reception across the road. Not an issue as will walk pass it everyday. There is a free hotspring footbath nearby. Very nice!

the kids had a good time in the huge bathtub. The room is well designed and functional. But privacy may be an issue, as curtains is fitted outside the toilet. Wld be better if it is a roller blind fitted inside the toilet, to give the user control over privacy. The counter staff are very helpful in giving tips on local activities to do. Under their recommendation, we took a local train to Fulong (福隆) and went on a biking trail - it was the best day in taiwan during this trip!

Handy location, well decorated room”

The inn was located near the heart of the town just ten minutes walk from the train station. There were all sorts of restaurants and shops around. Service and facility were basic but functional. The duplex apartment was well decorated and spacious for a family of four. It would be particularly suitable for family with children. We enjoyed very much the hot spring bath in the room.

Great location & comfortable rooms with private spring tub”

Stayed in a loft on 11th floor with a nice city view. Each floor has a big bed and TV. All the appliances in the room are working well. The private tub is quite big. Water temperature and pressure do not have problems. Very close to markets and restaurants.

Great place to stay in for a whole family. Host arranged 2 connecting rooms for my whole family. Cleanliness can be further improved as the cushions from the sofa has an unpleasant smell. Toilet is quite inconvenient because of the glass door they used. There were curtains but not very useful, a tinted glass would do the job. Location is awesome as it is walkable from train station and very close-by to all the amenities and popular stores in Jiaosi. Highly-recommended!

Worth Every Single Cent”

One of the best Hotspring Inn in JiaoXi town. It is located in the center of JiaoXi. Public hotspring is just 100-300m away. At night, there is small market downstairs (Food, Snacks, Fruits). Highly recommended for couple who want to have own Cold & Hot Spring in the room. I really enjoyed the stay with my wife.

Location: it is a little bit away from the train and bus stations, about 10 to 15 minutes walk for both. it is situated near the numerous free public hot springs park. actual room/building is across the road from the check-in area. there are plenty of food nearby so don't worry of getting hungry in the middle of the night. MOS burger is just 5 minutes away (along with street food) Room: spacious and clean. there is a shower and tub, which hot water is supposedly natural hot spring water, although filtered and i think temperature has cooled to a more manageable level. Power points aplenty so you do not need to fight for power points. Staff: the staff were friendly and helpful, with recommendation of food and places to go. the staff even recommend us to take the taxi to go up the waterfalls nearby instead of walking or taking the bus as it was faster (she even gave us an estimated price)

The pictures lie”

This is my first review on a hotel, the reason I am writing is because the pictures are the complete opposite of what you will encounter on your stay. Yes, the room room is quite large, the bed is (surprisingly) very comfortable, and my view was nice. Unfortunately this is about all the good things I can say. I seriously doubt they have ever cleaned the bathroom since the pictures were taken. The view was nice, the problem is that you could barely see through the window with all the built up filth. The tub and lining of the bathroom (I wish I had took pictures) had mold (blackish green mold) all through the grout. The furniture (except the bed) was probably acquired via garbage picking. This being said, am not a picky traveler. I have stayed in some pretty questionable places in my travels, I was expecting that though and the cost of those places reflected it. This hotel is not the case. I understand that the pictures hotels show are more than what you can expect, but this place was nasty. I do NOT recommend it. For the price, you can find better in the area.

Great Lodging”

Check-in late on the day of arrival. the owner inform that i booked the room on a low block without elevator then shifted my group to a residence block with elevator, the room was amazing nice and great with in room hotspring pool and balcony. Seem reasonably maintained, had the room with upper and lower deck. Believed any traveller wouldnt give any complain to this lodging. I will come back to stay again.

Stayed in their loft room, and i must say the place was lovely. Location is not too bad depending which place you are coming from. Quite close to the train station. Slightly far from the bus station(by walk). Quite a number of eateries nearby. All in all, a good stay!

New clean room with in room hot spring tub”

They have 2 buildings. The 2nd building does not have lift. Do consider if you have old folks as there is a need to climb stairs. Inn is relatively easy to find. But just note that the road to the inn is not the smooth type. Room is very new which is good. In room hotspring tub also v good. As for breakfast, it is actually voucher for Mos Burger. If you dun fancy it, can get room without the breakfast.

This hotspring inn located at convenient township area. The room is big with nice decoration and cleanliness. The hot-spring tub is big enough for housing two person. There are walking distance and very convenience for us to shop and eat.
