Great staff and great value for money. ”
Staff could not have been more helpful. I made a mistake with my booking and they dealt with it perfectly. The breakfast is basic Thai style but you eat overlooking the river. Don’t book if you are expecting modern luxury but if you want rustic value for money that is close to all that Ayutthaya has to offer then this is the place.

Really good value for money, with an authentic feel to it. Very helpful staff. Only downside was the breakfast, with very little options. But overall worth being a bit away from the city centre.

It has small a entrance and can easily missed. The cleanliness is ok. Staff are good. There is no refrigerator in the room. There are few power outlet but placed too high and far from mirror (not quite convenient if you have a hair dryer.) The power strip look kinda sketchy.

We stayed at triple beds room and it is the only unit with partial river view. Overall this place is worth for the cost and the location is good.

-Next to the river - you can feed fish -Away from city and if you like resort kind of environment then this is the place -The room was like a boat house

Room dark and scruffy, no wifi, breakfast is cold rice soup, communal area/bar area looks like it's been bombed, wooden floors with protruding nails, the whole hotel(?) looks a complete dump. What a mess!

Don’t book. Very dirty (!), cockroaches, ants and a rat in the drain. ”
Very dirty with old used cigarettes under the bed, old dust and hair. The madrass you cannot call a madras and the hut/walls you can see through. We saw cockroaches, ants and a rat in the drain. The breakfast included is rice, egg, boiled sausages and toasted bread. The cofee is instant. No milk. We chose to eat elsewhere.

The place is old, good for traveler want to experience Thailand... in a low level way. Internet was not working and hard to find plug to charge up the gears.

Experience Simple Thai lodging ”
We had a great experience staying there. We back packed through Thailand with our 11 and 13 year old on a budget and it made our experience even better. That said, the lodging was simple and down to earth, no fancy stuff, just true Thai architecture and great Thai hospitality. Again, if your looking for a high class experience, this not for you and family, BUT if you want a simple true on the road Thai experience, then this is for you. My two boys had a blast staying there, it humbled them, which is worth more than gold as a parent so they can take with them in there memories. I would stay again.

Cockroaches!!”
If you like cockroaches crawling over your bed during the night, then this is the place for you! BIG ones, too! I killed several and sprayed the room liberally with Baygon before bed but they still found a way onto the bed with us. Had to leave first thing in the morning. Fortunately, the receptionist refunded our money for the remainder of our planned stay.

The place is in the center of the city so it is very easy to go anywhere from here. We were unfortunately there when a group of Chinese came that they often run up and down the raft laughing, talking loud and making big noise at night. Sink and mirror in the toilet are too high, hanger's broken. And I found the receptionist rarely smile. Still, the price is good enough to stay.

Right on the river, good breakfast. Room was quaint, we really enjoyed it. Not much of a view from the room but you can sit on the chairs and tables on the riverside and eat and drink and watch the river boats and barges go by
