Generally ok place”

Jintakarn is a comfortable stay, but nothing spectacular. It's located between the city centre and the airport, so it's not exactly close to central city area nor that close to airport. Might as well stay near the city centre, as travel to airport takes just that little bit longer. Generally ok, but will stay more towards the city centre next time.

Situated a taxi ride from the airport, the modern hotel still required a good walk/taxi into the true centre...late night walking can be quite dangerous, as we found, and taxis MUST be utilised. hotel rooms were very small but very clean, one downside was the absence of room window, which did provide for late sleeping, but very little natural daylight. Udon is a very busy place and quite expansive with nightlife area, large shopping malls, and the usual thai midiad of eating facilities.

New, spotlessly clean, comfortable and affordable”

Stayed for one night, wanted to be near the airport. Was about 20 minutes away. The manager drove me out to the airport for a minimal charge of a 100 baht (taxi wanted 200-300 for the same ride). The room had adequate internet, new facilities, satellite TV (but with limited channels in English. The bathroom was large, with a nice shower. The staff was very attentive, although English skills were limited. The Central Mall is about a 15 minute walk, or a few minutes by tuk-tuk, as are other attractions. Overall,you can't beat the price for what you get. It's an excellent lodging, well worth a few nights if you want to be centrally located in Udon and also close enough to the airport so as to get there within 20 minutes. It's located on the first street past Rajabaht University (if the university is on your right side as you pass. Then it's about 150 yards down the street on Jin Takarm Soi, on your right side)

I like the twin bed spacious clean quiet room ”

I was happy with the twin bed room I was in and glad that I was given a helpful lift to the monastery from the manager"s wife who happened to go about the same way to her school because I did not know any registered taxi driver.

Very clean and comfortable budget hotel. There are many street food stalls along the main road outside the hotel, so no problem with food in the night.

Good hotel with friendly staff, partially under development but still a great stay. Quiet during the night with easy access to main streets. Overall a very comfortable hotel offering good value for money. Highly recommended!

This hotel provides great value for money. Located in a quiet neighborhood, seems to be more used by locals as it is just around the corner from Rajabhat university. Water pressure in the shower isn't great and temperature goes up and down on its own, seems to be a consequence of nearby construction work. Laundry service is really cheap and efficient, they usually deliver on the same day.

I stayed here for one night passing through. The room was well-maintained and clean. The owner is friendly, helpful, and speaks decent English. Many hotels the budget price range don't have all the basic properly covered, but this room was a pleasant surprise that had everything I hope to see while travelling.

I liked it the first time I stayed here, so I stayed again during my return trip. Like the first time, everything was clean and well-maintained, and like before, the owner was very helpful and responsive to small requests, like having an adapter for my laptop, laundry service, restaurant and nightlife tips. All with a friendly manner and a smile.

Bright & clean”

Jintakarm Home Place is nice, clean and bright the staff are helpful and friendly. There are many local food stalls and resturants. There is building work being done next door but did not disturb at all. It is close to airport if you have a late or early flight. Agree a price with tuk tuk before leave if going in to town. We will be staying again.

stayed here for 7 days and have to say it is great, apart from the first night when we had an issue with mosquitos, but spoke to them the next day and they fixed it in no time. the hotel is brand new, the rooms are very modern and clean, and there are restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops within 5 minutes walking distance, still located on a quiet street.
