One night only”

We stayed 1 night in Junior suite but there is no cloth cabinets in the room and nothing to hang clothes in bathroom. we also found few baby spiders on our bed. Had to ask them to fill up some empty dishes and not much variety. Not good value for money paid for Junior Suite Room. Also isolated area from restaurants outside of the resort. Good thing: friendly staff and closed to Mae Khong River and Pha Taem.

Magnificent Location”

Located right on the river, this family run resort is ideally placed for many of the local attractions.

Comfortable and affordable”

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable. And the dining area is very homely. However, the food is slow to serve. The location is prime. There room is small but comfortable.

Resort for Thai people”

When I stayed here, there was a party of local companies' employee. So it was rather noisy but I suppose that it might be usually very quiet.

Waste money”

The food was so horrible to eat even simply fried rice with the kids , I did not enjoyed at all , very nasty food ! No convenience store at all in that area , not really good to waste money with , I did talk with the manager at the front desk about how horrible the food was , of course she was ignored and said sorry... Spending 2200 THB for food which is nobody could eat or enjoy here pretty crazy .... Never go back

Not worth my money and time”

It's quite far from the main road and the road is not that good. Reception asked me about the hotel booking number but why didn't they just look at my name instead because I didn't prepare any and other hotels didn't ask me, so it took long time to check-in. Room is very small but the price is quite expensive compared to other hotels in similar type. Finally, the dinner we ordered was not that good, some menu was out of order. Anyway, you can get a good view of Mekong river and the breakfast was okay for me.

Very good view and nice resort ”

I'm really like this resort and it's very very nice view. I was happy with this resort. We would like to vote be 8.5 score or 4 stars hotel.

Quiet, comfortable but not good use of view”

This was a quiet 2 days in an area on the Mekong out of the way of anything else. We have our own car, so getting there is easy, but bear in mind it is a LONG way away from Khong Jiam (around half hour at least). The Suites face sideways to the River, which means you really don't get the best view of the River like you do when facing on at other establishments in the same area.

Enjoy view of Maekhong river from this little hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Not luxury but has all necessary equipment. Very friendly staff provide very good service. Good value for money.

Secluded with Beautiful Surroundings”

From Khong Chiam there signs every 500metres directing the way, however the signs say "White Meranti Resort", not Kayom House. Google Maps was also useful in directing me there. The room I was in was fine - compact, but nice. I would have liked the option of one of the suites closer to the river, but they weren't available through Agoda.

Good Price, Close to Mekong river, nice people”

We stayed in one of the cabins, located close to the Mekong river, so the view was good. Staff very good and friendly. We ordered food, no menu but my Thia wife asked for some Thai food and all the food tasted great. Little things , like no Mirror in Bathroom, no Internet, Bathroom needed to be a bit more clean, looks like they just finished construction, only supplied bath towels, no hand or face towels. Staff great for advise on what to do and where to go for dinner or site seeing, lots of help. We look forward on seeing them again.

Really appreciate about the location of this place. It such a nice view that surround with river view and mountain view. It such a good place for take some rest. Also have a good food and nice staff as well. Let's try if you have a chance to visit this province. It suit for the money that you pay. I love it.

Very nice clean room, excellent service”

I have booked a single room, but upon arrival easily upgraded to a bungalow. The room was very nice and clean, the food in the restaurant delicious. There are many activities available around, the only issue I had is the lack of WIFI.

Tis hotel has very good view. The location close to many attactio like Pha Tam. A lot of acctrction nearby. The price is very cheap. Food is very good and not so expensive. The staff is very kind and friendly. Should go.

Sehr gutes Essen, die Superiorzimmer sind schlicht aber sehr stylish. Das Bett ist gut, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank tun ihren Dienst. Die Anlage ist sehr neu. Der Ausblick auf den Mekong von der Restaurantterasse aus ist super. Einzige Wermutstropfen: die internetverbindung über WiFi ist nicht die stabilste. Das Personal außer den Inhabernn spricht kein Englisch. Man sollte ein eigenes Fahrzeug mitbringen, mit dem Tuk-Tuk von Khong Chiam fährt man eine Dreiviertel Stunde...
