Friendly staff, clean rooms, stocked kitchens”

Tucked just off the street in a smaller alley, our stay here for one week was pleasant! Many nearby amenities, restaurants, stores, and streets to walk around for shopping and exploring. Laundromat just around the corner outside. No complaints, would stay here again!

Too small, not clean”

First time I come, poor reciptionest service, very small room. The room is not really clean enough, the floor is ok, but I can see the spider web in the corner and air conditioner. Besides, I hate cockroaches!!

Bad experience ”

I paid and booked a two-bedroom apartment two months before, but when we arrived the staff said he will give me two separated rooms, I told him I booked a two-bedroom apartment, not two rooms. At first he said he didn't get my email confirm (which he did have the confirmation), and he didn't tell me why he can't give me the apartment I booked. After around 10mins, he admitted that the apartment I booked was not available now, he gave it to others. We have no other option, only accepted to stay in two separated rooms. The two rooms is located at the ground floor, next to the reception and staff bath room , it is so noisy in the morning and you can hear clearly when somebody is walking or waiting the lift or talking. Rooms are clean and big. But no hot water at night, no room service. The experience is bad, overall it is not a good choice.

New place next to the crowded Bui Vien street The rooms are clean, some have windows in front of a wall and really dark. Difficult to know the difference between kind and prices of rooms. The staff is okay but not really professional. Look like not really into hospitality mood. A little bit expensive for what it is The small soup place in front of the hotel is hotly recommended

It was good. Took the studio apartment, Comes with a kitchen and a dining area, so was able to do some cooking. The whole room is clean and feels very new and comfortable. Our room was made only once for the total stay of 4nights, on the 2nd night. At night, the shower hot water is not hot. Overall is a good stay, the price is good.

Great stay”

Slightly out of the way, a couple of blocks down from the backpacker hub but great place to stay if you want kitchen facilities. A ‘studio’ still has a separate bedroom which has aircon, and overall the apartment is very spacious and light. Wifi was very good, and the shower was probably the best of our entire trip. Kitchen is equipped with two induction hob rings, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, and a rice cooker, as well as basic kitchenware and crockery, and a dining table for two. There’s also an iron, a hairdryer and basic toiletries. The only disappointment we faced was that it wasn’t spotlessly clean, and lacked some basics like washing up liquid and salt. It’s also a reasonable walk to the nearest supermarket.

Great location for an apartment in Saigon”

Kelly apartments have everything (kitchen, balcony, etc.) plus are close to Bui Vien st - 1 minute direct walk through the back alley. They have good monthly rates which would be ideal if staying longer. But i still thought it was cheap for 2 nights. Great pho bo across the street so you don't have to go far for breakfast or dinner.

Friendly staff, brilliant apartment with separate bedroom, kitchen with pots pans utensils fridge and freezer, bathroom with brilliant shower! Washing machine. Brand new, clean, complimentary toiletries. Only thing that was annoying was the building work that started every day at 8:00am and that they put a shutter down at 11pm so if you come back to your room later you have to ring a bell for them to open it otherwise definitely recommend to stay here price was good too!

When we check in to apartment,there were no kitchenwares as they said on the Agoda. We had to ask them to supply some bowls, pots and pans. Locaton is ok not really near to Ben Thanh Market or central city (it takes 20mins walking). They did not makeup our room and the bedroom was smelly when we first came in. It is also annoyed if room next to you or upstairs move chairs or table you also hear that. This is the only thing I really dont like. Overall Kelly is ok to stay for couple days.

The room I got was a Studio, it was quite spacious with 1 bedroom & a mini kitchen area. The place was clean with comfy bed, however other than that, it leaves much to be desired. They didn't clean the room even once for the whole 3 nights I was there. On the 2nd day, I asked them to clean my room, they said they will do it the next day but it never happened, until I checked out. They also didn't have a hairdryer although it was stated in the website. And my bathroom easily gets flooded during showers due to clogged drainage. As for the location, it's very near to the backpackers street (Phạm Ngũ Lão Street) but in a quiet corner, which is great. However it's around 10-15 mins walk to Ben Thahn market. I don't think I will stay here again the next time, or anywhere near to the backpackers street or Ben Thahn market because they're too touristy. I would try other areas, perhaps nearer to Pasteur Street.

I will agree the room is quite big even if I chose the smallest one but horrible to smell sweat from the pillow and blanket. This hotel is no longer my option for even 1 day in hcm.

The location is just a 5 minutes walk to ben thanh market with many places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable with a small kitchen. The staffs were friendly too.
