Excellent, comfortable hotel with fantastic views and facilities.”
We stumbled upon this hotel on the start of our hike out of Sapa. It is well located at the end of the main strip of restaurants and just before the hiking route ticket office and turn off into the rice terraces where most day hikes from Sapa begin. The hotel is brand new and very modern. The facilities are great and the rooms are spacious. The views from the valley facing rooms are incredible and I suspect amongst the best in town. The buffet breakfast was a delicious and varied mix of Vietnamese and Western options and kept us full until dinner. The free afternoon tea upon returning from a day hike is a nice touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great chat with the owner and general manager at afternoon tea. The pool and gym are great but the hot tub is a little old fashioned and needs to be turned on by the lifeguard from another room and was a bit colder than a normal hot tub. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

Worth Every Dollar (:”
We stayed for 3D2N and would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a great stay in SAPA. We booked a mountain view hotel room and it was clean, spacious, comfortable and the view was Breath Taking! The toilet comes with a bathtub that is separate from the shower area. The rain shower pressure was good and the water can be adjusted to a good temperature. The staff was not only friendly but always helpful and polite. They attended to our every need. The breakfast was good. One of the morning breakfast was buffet and the other was Ala carte which you could order as much as you want. The location of the hotel was great with two lobbies, one at level 1 and the other at level 15. The level 15 lobby has access to many good restaurants that are just a walking distance away. Overall, a great stay and it was worth every dollar spent. Enjoy!

One of the Finest Place in Sapa”
Normally never expect such hotel at Hill Station where you are in down town but with an excellent view. Hotel have two entrance which was bit confusing when I entered the hotel but once go to reception, I found this is must stay place. Very nicely decorated & spacious rooms. Every penny is worth. Excellent staff. I must appreciate them. Personally some incidence happened with me & hotel staff took the best possible care. Really thankful for them. Breakfast big spread but they took good care by offering great spread of vegetarian dishes for our small group. Restaurant have good food options. Coffee shop has excellent view of the valley. Overall great experience & next trip sure will stay there.

Modern hotel with stylish and comfortable accommodations” The hotel is fairly new having been open only 2 months. Accommodations are very comfortable, clean and modern styling of warm wood tones and exposed concrete. The balcony view to the mountain was excellent and was great to sit and watch the sunrise and activities at Muong Hoa view. The architects put together a thoughtful design and the operators were attentive to details. The staff was quite attentive and the breakfast was delicious, serving western style and asian style breakfasts with local Sapa specialties. Staff was very accommodating and sought feedback on how to improve their operations . I'd highly recommend and would return for my next visit.

Stayed 3 nites in this hotel and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is brand new. The rooms are very nice and have a good size.The BF buffet was very good . The staff amazing and soo helpful. Incredible, one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Pay a little extra for the valley view and sit and watch the clouds roll up the valley then recede, I could sit there all day. Modern, clean , tidy and has everything you need. A hidden gem. Let’s get it out of the way. I have an issue with water pressure. For me, as stupid as it seems it can make or break a hotel stay. This hotel is exceptional for hot high pressure water! I want to stay forever!

Great hotel with breathtaking view! ”
We were very happy with our stay. We had a room with a bathtub and view on the mountain. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The only thing that is a pity is that there is a lot of construction going on in Sapa. So, you also see that partly when you look outside and of course it gives a lot of noise. It didn't bother us when we were in our room. The room is clean and the staff is super friendly. The interior of the hotel is clean, modern and neat. We tried to go to the pool, but we were forced to go back to our room as the pool was packed with families. The pool was quite small and with so many people in there, there was not an option to relax at the pool. The hot tub was out of order. The type of guest that comes to this hotel, do not always pay attention to the other guests. They can be noisy with being loudly on facetime in the dining room, getting drunk and they don't pay attention to their children who scream and run around. We found this disturbing behavior for in a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was pretty good, they have some western options and great coffee! The dinner options were very disappointing. Unless you want to have the typical Vietnamese food, but you can get that in any restaurant. There is not a lot for vegetarians and there were hardly to none Western options (which is logic as there are not a lot of Western tourists now).

Nice Hotel with Great View”
This is one of the major hotels located in Sapa Town with great view of the valley. Unfortunately during the trip we went to Sapa, it was foggy throughout Sapa. However, the hotel is located slightly off beaten path but within walking distance to the town center, which can be easily accessible from the 15th floor at the back of the hotel and Sapa town center is 5-minute walk away. Friendly staffs assisted us during the checking-in & out of the stay and the facilities are cool. Breakfast provided was sufficient with local Vietnamese meals & western continental breakfast, pretty impressive of the selection available. Should check out on the warm swimming pool & jacuzzi available at the hotel which is something special in the cold town like Sapa.

1st time to stay here with family, I booked family room -clean- large room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Foods order to room or at the restaurant are perfect and reasonable fee. Breakfast very nice. I love this , feeling comfortable. Highly recommend to stay here and enjoy foods at the hotel, can buy the ticket to Fanxipang right at the hotel

Room is very clean and have private balcony. From balcony, We have view of Muong Hoa valley with rice fields and Hoang Lien Son mountains. It take only few minutes by walk to center of Sapa. All staffs are friendly and ready to help. We have happy time here. We surely will stay in KK Sapa hotel next time.

Excellent hotel with reasonable price”
Hotel room and facilities are new and very clean. KK is located pretty close to Sapa center, the Church and they have amazing breakfast. I booked Delux Valley View King room and the view from my balcony was gorgeous. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to KK or recommend it to my friends.

We were so happy with our stay at KK Sapa that we decided to extend by another 2 nights. The room with a view on the valley is fantastic, very spacious, big balcony. Hotel was clean, good breakfast and facilities. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel, great value for money. From the facilities to the food and staff, the location, all amazing. The staff are really helpful and professional, especially Hang from the Reception, she went out of her way to arrange a mountain view room for us. It’s 10minutes walk to the center, close to all the attractions. Buffet breakfast is good too and they change the food selections slightly everyday Make sure you book a room with mountain view.
