В целом всё хорошо. Единственный минус - нет шкафов и полочек для того чтоб разложить вещи. В остальном все ок. Очень вкусный Массаман в кафе внизу.

Все супер, близко к пляжу, новые номера . Минус только в том, что нет своего ресторана (только завтраки, и они скромные). Все остальное - отлично !

Номера новые, бассейн с доступом из номера чистый, можно использовать 24 часа. Бассейн общий только до 19.00. Брали номер с выходом к бассейну. Поставьте, пожта, в него что-то на чем сушить купальники. Ну куда ж их деть после бассейна🤷🏼♀️ Завтраки скудные - яичница, сосиски, что-то тайское, карри, рис - и так каждый день. К концу карантина появились мюсли. Убираются в номерах так себе. Персонал улыбчивый (обожаю тайцев), но душный жесть просто (но это минус к стандартам отеля). Бокалы в номера не дают, не положено. Берите пластиковые стаканы (это при условии, что они заботятся о природе и не ставят пластиковые бутыли с водой в номер…). После 21,00 не наливают, не положено. Но это ок, коронавирусные правила. Депозит на номер не берут, не положено. Вечно приходится платить за чай/кофе сразу, хотя можно ж упростить жизнь всем. Ночной админ не смогла вызвать нам такси, чтобы отвезти ребенка в госпиталь, пришлось самим разруливать. Не смогли так же поменять нам дату второго теста, хотя они это должны уметь делать. Пляж оч чистый, красивый в 5 минутах ходьбы. Из ресторанов вокруг - Sea almond. Соотношение Цена - качество отличное. Переночевать одну ночь - сойдет. Жить в нем неделю карантина - так себе идея.

Cleanliness is a 10 10 10”
For our stay, cleanliness is our first priority and Kokotel is as our expectation. Room is fresh and cleaning. No stinky smell from pillows or stained in bedsheet. Bathroom is new, shower gel smell good. Location is in a walking distance to the beach. And I love the idea of glass bottle instead of a plastic water bottle to reduce the use of plastic.

The hotel is located very close to the airport and just a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean and has great facilities. The rooftop infinity pool has beautiful views and is a great way to spend a hot afternoon.

Repeat visit to this hotel . Staff at check in helpful and friendly, cleanliness of rooms and facilities very good, better compared to last time. Daily housekeeping 👍 bed and pillows oh so comfy. Bathroom with great rain shower and shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand lotion nice quality. Safe in the room. Big Pool on roof with plenty of sunbeds and wonderful views towards sea and trees. Breakfast not that much to choose from I suppose but more than adequate. If only some of the main dishes were kept hot/warm! Coffee ordered at reception is nice. Very short walk to shops, eateries and beach and soon the 7/11 will be reopened, always handy😉 There is a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee/milk/sugar provided. Free fresh water you get from the water station in corridor. Will be back here, competitive pricing for a great quality hotel/room

Relaxing place to stay..”
Kokotel has all what I need in the room, water dispenser in each floor, clean linens, very close to Phuket airport and restaurants near the beach. It has a nice rooftop pool. It is just far from the city center and the elevator had a problem but they were so prompt in fixing it. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Very new, clean, super comfy bed and great staffs”
We travel as a group of 4, my parents really enjoyed the beds and swim pool. Coffee and the hotel’s cafe was really good! Staffs were helpful and friendly. Closed to the beach only few mins walking and 5 mins only to the airport. Very convenient.

Clean bedroom & relaxed atmosphere”
The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. It was better than I expected. The hotel and environment has a relaxed atmosphere. The beach is just around the corner. There are some restaurants and bars at the beach within a 5 minute walk.

Clean, Quite, Great value for money”
This place is such good value for money. everything is brand new, great shower ( which is rare in thailand) Amazing King sized bed. Fast Wifi, Good Coffee in the cafe. Massive pool. Free Water from the coolers on each level, saving on plastic. The staff are so nice and polite. The hotel is brand new and isnt really occupied, so get an empty hotel in a great location while you can!

Very friendly and clean hotel space. i loved the interior design and the hosts were very friendly. Very near to the beach and lovely meals less than five minutes away. I went as a solo traveller and was only supposed to spend three days which i extended for another 4! The hotel hasn't been open for long (i think about 6 months) so everything is brand spanking new. I would suggest getting the rooms that do not include the private pool though. It is cheaper, less noise as those rooms are near the reception, there is more sunlight and the rooftop pool is more popular to take a dip in! i hope you enjoy your stay as much as i did!

Best deal ever, very new hotel with cool staff”
This was the best deal we got during the trip. Hotel is super new, staff super helpful, incredible cleanliness, close to the beach, and the price was absolutely unbeatable. Some reviewers mention smell from bathroom, we had two different room, no smell detected. Beach and restaraunts are 5 min walk away. Super large TVs with about 50 channels. The only nitpick I can come up with is doors sometimes won’t shut properly and start beeping. Can’t tell anything about pool on the roof, but people use it judging by wet elevator floor

Rooms and toilet was v clean (v,v important travelling with kids). The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Really enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back.

Nice Rooms for 4 persons”
I booked this room for 4 people. The room comes with 2 twin beds side by side with a bunk bed with another 2 twin beds. All beds were comfortable and good size for grown adults. The hotel welcomed us with coconut juice refreshment at check in and they were organized and clean. The only issues were there were baby ants in the room and the continental breakfast had a lot of fruit flies flying in and around the fruits. Other than that the price is reasonable and the rooms are really nice.
