Immaculate cleanliness ”
Really what struck me above all was how clean this property was. The staff were tireless in their service. I cannot speak highly enough of their diligence and friendliness. It's everything it claims to be and more. The location is very good with a free bike to get you into the actual thick of it. If you're looking to be in town this isn't for you it's a twenty minute walk or 5 minute ride. However if you're looking for a little slice of luxury with some of the friendliest staff we've encountered this is the place for you. 5 stars, 6 if I could give them.

Amazing - Highly reccomend ”
Enjoyed a great couple of days at the Lodge. The room was briliant and the staff exceptional - very helpful. We were provided with the opportunity to make breakfast and there were snacks and drinks provided. The propery also provided free bikes to explore the town.

Agoda failed to notify me that Krunkao Traveller Lodge, formerly Casa Ayutthaya, was sold about 4 months ago and moved to a different location. I was in a quandry when I arrived at the old site of the hotel and learned that the hotel was sold and that my pre-paid hotel reservations would not be honored. After much effort, I was able to locate Krungkao Lodge which is located outside of the city and away from restaurants.

Transferred us without notice”
When we got to the hotel, she transferred us to her sisters hotel because hers was full. She didn’t give us notice beforehand and her sisters hotel was a lot less nice than hers. We had read reviews to make sure the hotel was nice and clean, and this one definitely wasn’t. On top of that, none of them spoke English and they laughed in our face when we told them we weren’t happy. We also had to complain to get the two single beds we asked for. Eventually they gave us a room with two single beds. The only positive point of the hotel was that this one was closer to downtown and the ruins.

Очень понравилось размещение, все чисто, красиво. Есть кухня, зона, где можно попить чай. Холодильник. Хозяйка очень милая женщина, все рассказала, показала. Район правда немного затопило, но это не сказывается на отеле.
