Отель нам понравился с первых минут прибывания в нем. От аэропорта примерно 15 минут езды на такси. Номер чистый и уютный с открывающимся видом с небольшого балкона на Сайгон. Завтрак в формате шведский стол нам понравился. Все как обычно, с небольшим акцентом в сторону азиатской кухни. Присутствует несколько видов сыров и рыбы. Понравилась свежая выпечка и мороженое. Уборка ежедневная, в первой половине дня.

Despite been given another type of room for my first night, I was compensated with two pool tickets by the staff. :-) The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The beds are super comfortable! Friendly and polite staff. Everyone’s willing to help you and meet your needs! The pool is absolutely incredible. You feel like you’re on holidays the minute you walk in. :-D I’ll be back. :-) thank you for a great stay!

This was great value for a five star hotel, and has the best swimming pool in the city. The gym was also very well equipped, the room was large and spacious and all the food we ordered from the room service menu was excellent. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The only let down was the coffee at breakfast. There was one pot of (terrible) pre made coffee which wasn’t refilled whilst we were there. The food selection was okay but in a five star hotel I would at least expect to be able to order a fresh coffee at breakfast. Otherwise everything was perfect!

This place is just amazing, the staff is very helpful and everything is so luxurious. We were a bit sceptical at first seeing no reviews on this hotel considering how big it is, but we're so grateful that we decided to stay here. Our flight left late in evening, so they also allowed late check-out for free and after that chill in the pool area. The breakfast was superb, the best I've ever tried and the selection was just enormous. And the infinity pool - so cool! Definitely will recommend to everyone if you are looking for 5 star experience.

An almost perfect stay, superb! ”
Very satisfied with all the amenities. The infinity pool of course is the highlight of this staycation. It is not crowded with good food/drinks to order. Staff are all polite and willing to assist when needed. Internet access is slow or no connection, depends on where you're at, but I didn't mind coz it's my offline time-data is ready for emergency purposes. Overall experience was awesome and most likely go back whenever. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel looks really nice, very clean, very classy decor. Check-in took a while ("system is down") but after about 20 minutes I finally got checked in. They offered to take my bags up but I said I was fine taking them, get to the 15th floor and my key won't work. So drug my bags back down to get the key working. This was a running theme, as my key stopped working every day that I was there. also, the locks on the balcony doors did not work, and with another room's balcony connected to mine, I did not like that. Also, all the light controls are by the door. So to turn on or off the lights I had to go to the door every time, not a huge deal but kind of annoying. However, the pool is amazing, and it has the best gym I've ever seen in a hotel. Located in a very busy area, but lots of restaurants and street food vendors within a quick walk.

Good rooftop pool but needs to improve some.”
Overall, I enjoyed staying for a one day city escape. Good to see a welcome sweet tray at my room. However, there was 1 thing I want La Vela to improve. I couldn't get hot shower water until I finished my shower and finally got the hot water when I started brushing me teeth. It could be better if they let guests know to wait until they get hot water.

Couple Staycation ”
Exceeded our expectation for a 5- star hotel in terms of their pool, friendly staff, welcome food and drinks, and dinner buffet. We did not intend to have dinner there but when we saw the array of choices especially seafoods then we decided to have a go. It was excellent! Our room was quite small compared to other hotels we've been to but it was clean and the toilet and bath was great. Internet connection is sometimes unstable. The drinks in the Sky Bar is quite pricey because of the amazing ambiance of the rooftop.
