Бронировали этот отель через Агоду, дешево, как перевалочный пункт по пути на Краби, и поэтому брали номер Стандарт, т.к. призывали вечером и убивали рано утром. Номерок подуставший, но чтобы переночевать ночь вполне. Заселение прошло за 3 минуты. Отличный ресторан прямо на берегу моря. Дешево, очень вкусно и очень приятная обстановка, что еще нужно после долгой дороги.

Перевалочный пункт по дороге на юг”

+ Отличный ресторан, хороший дизайн комнаты, удобное расположение на берегу в заливе, подходит как перевалочный пункт на юг. - долго не могли уснуть, трещал кондиционер, проснулись в 5 утра от петухов орущих под окнами. Менеджмент тупой, есть такие моменты, которые спускают отель ниже плинтуса. 1). душевая лейка и её крепление, уставшие нереально, нормально принимать душ в комнате 203 у вас не получится, надо держать его в руках, постоянно. 2). недостаточно места куда банально повесть одежду (подчеркиваю, не чемодан, а тупо в чем приехал и полотенца) 3). Трескатня в кондиционере 4). В лампе прикроватной нет лампочки 5). Нет розеток в нужных местах, зато они есть в абсолютно не нужных НИКОМУ. В общем все эти моменты они не значительные и не дороги в устранении, на инвестиции в 1000-2000 бат за комнату, и тогда отель мог бы быть уверенные 3 звезды, а так непонятный тайский май пен рай. Кстати грязное постельное белье - тюки лежали прямо на входе, на ресепшн и так до вечера. Ноу коментс

good place”

I book a room only one day in advance before driving down south and stop here for a night. Hotel is located on the beach road, easy to find. There is a seaside restaurant opposite to hotel. Food is delicious with reasonable price. I'll come back again if I have a chance.

Great hotel”

Ladawan Boutique Hotel is a very nice hotel with a very good price tag. The area has excellent seafood beach side restaurants. Its great to hire a motorbike and ride around looking out at the lovely views across the ocean. While I stayed at the Ladawan they were currently constructing/renovating a very nice dining area on the beach which will be lovely once it is built. The negative side was the beach right across from the Ladawan, it was full of rubbish and was not suitable for swimming. There are much cleaner beaches in the area for swimming. It was sad to see all the rubbish, I even saw several babies nappies/diapers. Would be an excellent place if the beach was cleaned and taken care of

Hotel past its heyday”

Seemed like the room was not occupied for a long long time. When we use the cattle to boil water, thousands of ants appear from where they made their nest. There was even a water supply interruptionin the morning when we are in the midst of brushing our teeth, which is totally unacceptable. The once beautiful restaurant across the hotel and facing the sea was now run down and closed. The hotel have a serious major works to do if it were to attract people to come stay in the hotel.

Great stopover whilst driving north to Hua Hin, comfortable bed and good air con. Transport a must as there is nothing within walking distance except a local shop, however there is a really nice restaurant opposite looking on to the beach that serves delicious seafood . All in all, a pleasant stay.

location just in front of beach”

location is so nice. just come out to outside, there is beach. and restaurant is in front of hotel. price and taste good ! is not beach restaurant price! cheap cheap! I just want to coffee service. I like regular coffee, have only instant and break-first time.

Passing though”

Hotel is perfect for a night on cycling holiday weather I would pay to stay here in high season is debatable but low season great value hotel staff, room nice clean and quite what more can you ask for

Pleasant place across road from beach”

The room was nice and big and quite clean as well. The hotel is located across the road from a nice beach. The beach is nice for looking at the sea and for walking, but not for swimming. The room had all the amenities needed and the breakfast buffer had rice soup, eggs, meat, and a really good sticky rice dessert. The wifi is pretty decent. On the negative side, there many large dogs that barked often and the staff was a little rude at times.

Great beach hotel”

We were able to get a room for $20 USD that included breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean, there was a large balcony overlooking the ocean outside the room, the internet worked well, the free breakfast was quite good, and it's right near a few restaurants and a convenience store. There is a karaoke bar nearby but it wasn't too loud.

Basic but big room. noisy Karaoke bar next door”

Fortunately only did stay for 1 night on the way back to Bangkok. Room was clean and big but the shower and toilet is very basic and only low cost soaps and shampoo was available. Was informed that there was free wifi but found upon usage that the speed is very slow (reminded me of dial-up days). Worst of all was the Karaoke bar right next door, where intoxicated locals did blare songs at very high volume till way past midnight. Breakfast was very basic local however good porridge.

Cheap but the staff need changing”

I like Ladawan, and often stay there, maybe 4-5 times a year and eat there once a month, the food is spectacular, some of the best in the area, very clean and a nice atmosphere, but thats about it. The rooms are quite cheap, but they are getting a little old, the showers broken, and things are not like they were, but don't get me wrong they are still clean and very nice for the price. The big problem is the staff, the bellboy who showed me to my room DEMANDED a tip even though he didnt carry my luggage, then the restaurant staff were rude, and check in was quite confusing. Its still one of the best hotels for the budget in the area though. Oh the beach there is horrible you have to drive 2-3km to a good white sand beach.

Good quality and value for money”

Stayed for 4 nights-much longer than we anticipated.Staff are really sweet and helpful.The quality of accommodation is quite high(ie.everthing clean,tidy and in working order-kettle and hot drinks provided & good wifi signal in the room)The hotel is situated by the beach but there is a busy road in between.Beach here is not special but there is sand and we swam every day.There are 2 excellent fish restaurants close by(one is right outside on the beach and the other 2/300m to the left).This is a good place to recover from jet-lag and explore this really unspoilt stretch of coastline-you can hire bikes and motorbikes from the hotel.If you are feeling energetic you can walk to town in about 45 mins-there is a good hire shop by the rail station-Tae's Restaurant run by Ray(English)and his lovely Thai partner Tae.They will also provide you with a map and answer any questions you may have.

Amazing boutique hotel right in the beach”

We arrived in Bang Saphan late night and we thought we were going to have problems checkin in so late. Absolutely no problem whatsoever, and the staff where very friendly and helpful. The hotel is amazing and close to the night market. We rented a motorbike and we drove along the coast. A great place to stay. Would definitely come back.

Great place away from the crowd”

Had a good drive from Hat Yai This location is certainly more quiet and peaceful compared to Hat Yai. A good place to relax and chill out. Only drawback - the town is quite far and having own transport is a must. The market in town has lots to offer - sight, sound, community and food. Too bad the restaurant across the hotel is only opening after Dec 28, could have made my stay much better - without having to drive to town for food.

Across road, toilets and rooms nothing great , more like a add on job on the older facility Bad breakfast Rate was on the lower side so can't really complain but better to add a few hundred THB and get better but sadly that area has no nicer hotels

Very new Resort to be completed. Very good service”

We arrived in Ban Sapang Bus Station and they came to pick up us speedly, politely and very kindly. We had a nice stay: the room was with a wonderful seaview: The resort is 30 mt far from the beach and their restaurant is right on the beach! Excellent cooked Thai seafood. Enjoiable view of the gulf - The stuff very polite and friendly! A place that I personally recommend Vote 7 (the Resort have to be completed).
