Last Resort”

We checked in at Leelawadee for the sole purpose of catching Loy Krathong. As everything else was booked out we were happy to find a place at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful, despite lacking a good command of English. The breakfast consists of white toast, fried eggs, bananas and a rice porridge with pork. The pool is out of order and everything else feels quite old. The main issue is location as it is quite far from the historic centre. Luckily the resort provided us with two rusty bikes, which just about made it. There’s also a scooter to rent however it looked just as untrustworthy as the bicycles.

Room is dirty and dusty”

This resort is located at a serene place. Good potential but the whole resort is not properly maintained. Room is not cleaned up properly. Pillows provided are too heavy and thick which could not sleep at all. Toilet is big. The lady in-charge is friendly and can speak English. Help us to call Tuk-Tuk and cooked breakfast for us. Overalls not so pleasant to stay in term of cleanliness and tidiness.

Not a fancy hotel, lets just say affordable. Family own and operated. This is the best experience from our vacation. This family will go the extra mile to make you happy. FREE bicycles, breakfast small Thai cabins with a/c. close to the historical park. WE LOVE IT and look forward to return.

I really appreciate this hotel. They make me warm and kindness. After check out I forgot wallet in hotel. The staff call me to recheck and safe it for me.

Nice, quiet and friendly”

We loved our stay, airco, comfortable beds, helpful staff and nice American breakfast. The rural surroundings emanate peace and tranquility. The random chicken helped to set our urban minds to laid-back modus. With a bicycle you could reach all the temples in The vicinity and the 'centre' of old Sukhotai.

Luxurious for good price”

Very pleasant stay except: Tiny ants crawled on our wall (luckily not in the bed). Sewage smell in our bathroom. Breakfast is very basic (eggs,sausages,jam, toast). Napkin boxes were often empty or missing. Otherwise this place has a luxurious feel.

A bit dated”

Room was functional. Furniture very outdated, looked as if sourced from a second hand shop. Air conditioner and fridge worked well. Pool very small and surrounded by washing. If you want a cheap, well placed hotel with friendly staff, then I would recommend it. We only stayed for one night, so perhaps our stay was not long enough to form a very good opinion.

This resort is located right next to the SukhoThai Historical Park. It is a simple resort with basic facilities, so dont expect too many amenities. But rooms maintained very well. You can take a nice walk around the Historical park from this resort to get wonderful views of the park in the night. Value for money place.

Showing its age”

OK, but it could do with a good clean and some basic maintenance. I had trouble keeping the mosquitoes out of the room due to poor door seals. You would be mad to swim in the pool. The staff is nice and its not far to the temples.

Good value”

Good stay. Only - is the proximity with a peacock cage (2m from your window in certain rooms). Peacocks can be very noisy including at night...

One night. Room was fine. Thai style bathroom left water everywhere after shower. Pool had murky water, didn't use it. Overall price was a win here and quiet good night sleep. About 3 km West of historical park.

if you can speak Thai and order a taxi you get the price of 20 bahts..for the ride and 40 bahts for the hotel owners son..rip off noisey and has an avery behind it! quite dirty.
