Отель уже не новый, но былой высокий уровень еще чувствуется. Просторные номера, в санузле есть и ванна и душевая кабина.. Красивый дизайн. Большой бассейн. Шикарный вид из окна. Завтраки не брали, но не жалеем, ибо запах китайской еды из ресторана аппетиту совсем не способствует. Рядом большой торговый центр, там есть разные рестораны, фудкорт, супермаркет. Центр города в пешей доступности. Любители пеших прогулок легко смогут дойти и до зоопарка. Мебель уже заметно потертая, особо требуют замены матрасы, они продавлены и пружины больно упираются в ребра. Т.к. отель достаточно большой, просьбы выполняются не быстро, сломанный чайник пришлось просить поменять несколько раз. Депозит при заселении 1000 бат. Брали номер по акции с хорошей скидкой , по такой цене очень понравилось.

Всем остались довольны, за исключением отсутствия бесплатного интернета. Это самое серьезное негативное впечатление. А так - все рядом, все удобно, отель красивый, купаться не смогли, вода ледяная. Если вы не моржи и выбираете отель именно с бассейном, то выбирайте другой)

В отеле платный интернет, в кафе на ылице в 15 раз дешевле. В моем номере интернет не работал. В отеле 2 здания, на фото только здание с номерами DELUXE. Бедный завтрак.

The best hotel for the price in Chiang Mai”

I always stay here when I'm in Chiang Mai. Staff are so great, really friendly and the facilities are good, It's got a nice dated charm to it, nice and quiet, great pool and the breakfast is excellent. Great location out of the old city / night market area next to Kad Suan Kaew mall - the downstairs food court is great value as is the evening food market at the front of the mall Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Can't recommend this place enough.

Pool and location are the highlights ”

A bit pricey for what you get. The hotel facilities are old, air conditioning made loud noise, the room was stuffy and uncomfortable to be in for prolonged periods of time. The shower curtain was slimy and mouldy. The list can go on really. The pool was definitely a life saver in the heat. The location is a plus too. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent hotel ”

A huge hotel but in no way impersonal. Excellent staff, facilities and cleanliness. A good location for us as not too central but transportation to anywhere easy to find. Would definitely use again.

Just ok, not good not bad”

Location is a bit out of the main city area, you can get hotels more modern for the same price closer to the old town. Reception staff a bit stand offish but porters were lovely. My bathroom toiletries were not replaced daily, maybe I used too much but I shower three times a day in that heat. They don't have a iron and ironing board in the hotel for guest use. Some of the rooms are far away from the list so if you dont want to walk far maybe ask for one near the lift, but my room suited me as I dont like noise. No power points near the bed to charge phones at night. Also some thing for hotel to think about, there is no seating near the front doors or at the entrance so for us oldies you have to stand and wait for taxis There is a shopping centre next door so great for getting food and stuff Also in the centre is a seniors massage place, all staff are old and all monies go to them. Great to see something like this. They do a great massage and cheap Try Corin he is great.

Best hotel I've found in Chaing Mai”

I stay here whenever I'm in Chiang Mai. Great location next to Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall, huge swimming pool, excellent breakfast and the staff are so welcoming, kind and helpful. Recommend the Thai food market the mall and the night food market out the front of the mall on the weekends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lotus. It is perfect for families due to its proximity to the mall. There is a children's play area, many food options, and a movie theater. The hotel itself has an amazing rooftop pool and huge breakfast buffet. The only downside is that the fitness room is lacking cardio equipment. There is a private gym in the mall, however. Overall, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Such a great place to stay”

Staff were so accommodating and helpful - they upgraded me to a suite due to problems with smokers in adjoining rooms. It was just great. The pool is fantastic. Great location next to Central mall and the Thai food court in the basement is unbelievable - you can eat authentic Thai food for 40 or 50 baht and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

A dreadful experience”

Staff were surly and unhelpful, building and fittings are badly in need of renovation and the centrally located, hotel bandstand has amateur hour music playing late and loud enough to drown out the antique TV in your room. A sure bet for the Chinese coach party market.

Transit travellar”

I only had one night while in transit but I would definitely stay here again, its such a grand old hotel just amazing to explore as its huge. Shopping down below even a night food stall market 3 night per week and lucky i was there for one of these nights.

Amazing”

Room was great and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The view was nice and the location is very convenient! Many restaurants and a big shopping center/food market nearby. The swimming pool was beautiful but the sunbeds could use an upgrade. The bathroom also looked a little old and could use an upgrade, but everything worked well and was clean. Definitely recommend staying here, especially if you can get it on sale!

Rooms very nice, clean and big. Place to sit with chairs, sofa and table. Tv, fridge, kettle and cups but no spoon or tea/coffee, But as the shopping center is just next to the hotel, you dont have to go outdoors to get in, its easy to buy what you need for your teatime. Beds and pillows like most places in Thailand. Nice breakfast. The pool was very nice, can buy drinks and smoothies there to cool you to. We would like to returnonr day.

Old hotel , this hotel majority customer is China mainland very noisy and talk very loudly, when after 12am might night ground floor have disco until morning 4am is a super noisy, overall is want peacefully and quietly don’t stay this property

Average with smelly pillows”

I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star hotel. More like 3. The rooms were quite old and the pillows we were given smelled like sweat- they’ve clearly not been changed in months. We had to move from our first room because the room itself stank. Friendly staff, average hotel.
