The queen sized bed was hard as a rock. Parang nilagyan ng cardboard sa loob ng mattress or something. The staff were nice though. Not that accessible if you don't have a car but it was near enough to our desired location.

I think our stay at Luxor One has been a great experience. Not only that it's location is near the airport but I do like the laundry service, mini supermarket, water station, and small canteen outside this inn. It is just across the inn which makes our stay a good one. I am just suggesting that they should HAVE A FREE WIFI that can be used by all their clients. :) In this way, their clients can browse the net instantly.

I took photos of the filth inside the window frames... (nowhere to post them on here) .. cracked floor tiles that could cut your feet,... a double and a single bed in our room when we booked a double for two people,... restaurant is tiny but a small sliding door gives access to smokers to stand in full view of all diners, and as they puff away, the smell enters the restaurant. Worst thing was "the location". Described as being close to the airport, (which is the main reason for booking it) it took an absolute AGE for the taxi driver to find it!

I’ve paid for double deluxe room. It was posted at the front desk that it includes hot and cold shower. When I was assigned of my room, there’s no hot/cold shower so I went back to the front desk. The lady told me that I needed to add Php100 if I want a hot/cold shower room but obviously it was made up since they don’t have that kind of option. The room is untidy. Lots of cob webs and looks like it was not inhabited for a long time. The sink and faucets have lots of stains. Don’t go here if you want to relax.

Great for the airport”

Although this hotel and Agoda did not seem to let each other know that I was soon to arrive, (had to wait 30 minutes at check-in for my room to be cleaned) the general location being close to the airport was perfect for my plans. 6.00a.m. taxi fare to the airport was less than 100 pesos, and the staff are very happy to call one for you. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in the small restaurant, and the security guard/porter was a very nice touch. I had some issues with thick grime hidden within window frames, but that's just me being picky?

A perfect hotel not just for the value of money but also the staff are friendly amd very honest. I never would thought that i could have my ipod back, when i discover that i did not have my ipod in my bag, i am so thankful that there still honest people working. The staff send me a message that i left my ipod in the room where we stayed for the night, i am so happy that they return it to me. Thank you who ever you are, i know that your employeer is so proud of you, espescially our God Jehovah in the heavens who are so please with the people who are honest. Again thank you

I booked a room here through agoda, i already paid it via my visa card. but when I arrived, the front desk staff just informed me that they all rooms are fully booked despite my booking in agoda. I immediately asked for a refund since I cannot sleep there anymore but they just told me that I should contact agoda and ask for a refund? stupid staffs. Imagine the hassle so I tried roaming around the city just to find a place to sleep for a night. It was already late. They were not even sorry or initiated to offer a help. And until now, I wasnt able to claim my refund

Low water pressure at times on 3rd floor sometimes no flow at all (certain times only). Free wifi covers only 2nd floor. Staff are friendly but need to remind them of some details (e.g. Forgot to provide toilet paper in the room). Furniture and rooms need some dusting. Leaking lavatory drain.

Two spiders were hanging over my bed, the third lived in the bath. Shower was not really a shower, more a high faucet. The water from shower didn't flow off so I always stood in the 2-3 cm water unter the sink and around bowl. The staff was friendly and supportive so far. Foreigners would probably be not so satisfied with this accomodation.

The Homey Place”

Although a bit far from the city, this is a respite for business travellers. Place offers the a homey atmosphere where staff are accomodating and nice....Value for money.

Value for Money, Simple yet Big Rooms”

The room that I stayed in is big, and has cabinets for your belongings. There is a small table and a mirror for your needs. There is a good TV that has cable connection. The only downside is the bed which has very thin mattress. Overall the stay was very nice and silent.
