This was a lovely find, not far from the river where all the activities are. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff friendly. Overall good experience for the price.

it is 100k cheaper per night if you do direct booking with hotel. actual price is only 480k/night, included VAT but agoda price is 565k. :(... cleaning room, new furniture but not good in breafast & service.

Very bad experience with this hotel”

The staff don't know how to speak.. Whatever i request just say I don't know and not initiate to understand. Lucky I manage to get a local help for translate. The most disappointed is I have total take two deluxe and one common room each can stay up to 4 Pax but they only serve two breakfast even I have three Pax per room.. Besides that I have request extend the check out from 12 to 1 to allow me have time to pack my luggage because the child was fall sick and I need to bring her to local hospitals.. The request was rejected and requests more money ..

Well what can i say the staff at reception they were super helpful esp the 2 girls so switched on and helpful in anything you want or need even organised the the bus for us to Chau Doc so yes Thumbs up and congratulations to who ever trained the staff except the breakfast staff get by with sign lauguage but very good also and super friendly thanks for hospitality Ken

Room was comfortable but two live cockroaches in the room one I stepped on by accident and breakfast was poor they didn't have one item on the menu and if you like breakfast don't stay here. The staff were friendly and room comfortable so if you can stand the two things I mention stay here

Poor breakfast, overprized”

I booked an executive Superior room. The room was about 30 sqm but without window unless it was mentionned blakout curtains on the description of the room. I did not accept and got a smaller room with window for the same price. I also never saw a so poor breakfast.

Fantastic”

Location was fantastic, within a short walk to riverside and Can Tho Market. An added plus was a shopping centre called Sense City directly across the road from the hotel with a big supermarket called Coop Mart. Our Double Deluxe Room was clean, aircon and hot shower works perfectly. We were also thankful to be given a room with a full window upon request. Staff was friendly and speaks English well. Breakfast was good and the view of the city was very picturesque on the 8th floor.

Good quality accommodation at an affordable price”

Room was very comfortable. There was however no window which was a bit disappointing. It's a short walk to the river so is well positioned for an early start to visit the floating markets. There is a large supermarket just over the road. Some of the staff speak good English. One lady helped me when I was trying to make a booking for the fast boat to Cambodia that we wanted to take a couple of days later. Overall we were very happy.

Clean, quiet and handy location”

Hotel is few blocks from Ninh Kieu and walking distance to night Market. Opposite a shopping centre but quiet. Room is clean and ok for a couple. limited choice of breakfast but on top floor with 270 degree city view. Staff always smile and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here and recommended.
