Excellent Property by the Beach”
The reception office was open right on time and quickly gave my group our keys and the check-in was then complete without any mess or fuss. The check-out was equally speedy. The property has a nice salt-water pool on the top of the building and the water temperature is nice. I only wish it had more outdoor lighting for night-time swims. The room has air-conditioning, a kitchen with cooking pots and pans, utensils, and cutlery. A room is a fully furnished apartment that can sleep up to three adults (two on the bed and one on the couch). I recommend this property to anyone visiting Rayong.

Nice having large apartment space. Good router speed, comfy bed as well as basic cooking facilites. Very quiet rooms and super inifinity rooftop pool. Only minor issue is non blackout curtains in bedroom which means 6.30am sunlight

i've stayed at Mae Phim apartment for my running race. Room was nice and clean with 2 airconditioners.

The reception was closed when we arrived so we went to a nearby place for eating. Later when we came back only the cleaning lady was there, but she was very nice and friendly, and explained that the receptionist has taken holiday and gone back home. The room we booked was very nice, good beds, cleanliness was good. View was not so nice, but we were there for sleeping one night only so it's ok. The only part that was a nuisance was that other hotel guests walked soaking wet from the pool into the elevator, and water-dripping all the way through the corridor to their room opposite our room, so it was completely wet and dirty in the elevator and hallway from these careless hotel guests which we rather be without having next door.

Beach front room”
Sea view from the room, just cross the road to the sea. They have small kitchen and kitchen ware for cooking. Wifi signal poor also TV signal.

Stayed here only a month ago for a week, loved it, great place. Second time we came for just two days, no cleaner, toilet paper ran out, had to go buy some, just seemed as if we were not important as only a quick visit, anyways its a great location but sadly I will try another further up the road for the next trip.

Very hard to find the Apartment, wrong way wrong direction by the GPS. No sign to show the place. ”
No Staff to assist and comfort the customers. Everything must be managed by yourselves.

There’re full kitchenwares. The room is clean. Best place to revisit. I hoped TV needed to get more channels.

Nice appartment in a developping resort area”
Clean and large apartment, ideal for family with kids. Very good wifi connection but limited TV options (only local). Area is nice with limited number of tourist at that stage even if it is developing. Limited but acceptable options of convenience stores and restaurants. You definitively need a car to move around. Within reasonable driving distance of Rayong, Pattaya and Chanthaburi.

It was very difficult to find because name of hotel is not well displayed and it is new ,so none of the locals knew of it.But once there it was a good experience.Beach is just across the street and there is a Seven 11 type store next door and many restaurants and coffee shops nearby ( The Kitchen is very good ).There is also a very reasonably priced menu that you can order from downstairs restaurant.I was lucky enough to find a van that picked me up near the hotel and went to Ekkamai BTS in Bangkok for 200 baht.This is less than it cost to go there by van from Ekkamai to Terminal 2 Rayong and song kaew to Terminal 1 and another to Laem Mae Phim .Tel 0814299554
