Good price for a basic stay”

Room is clean and large, very spacious. There are signs of wear and tear everywhere. Curtains are torn. Black mold in toilet. Toilet seat can be replaced. Shower head of tub does not work.. sower curtain needs to be replaced asap. We stayed at rooms 411 and 412. The room service phone for their maids were just otside the doors of our room... SO NOISY and it rang often. The ants are in the bathroom and bedroom walls. Needs a face lift. Food is just okay only. Lots of room to improve. Thankfully its only 450m to PRIME 19, a super steak restaurant that opens 11am-11pm at SCENICAL world next to this old hotel location

The staff service is worst i hv ever seen,they don’t care about customer needs,the bed is extremely hard and even the comforter is not available,ordered a family room but gave regular room with small queen bed,and even no hv breakfast,don’t recommend to anyone

Of reception staff at the time of check-in support, it is the same as the motel. Location is a good quiet and environment.

Great Service for Bell Boy The Hotel should renovate. Seem like the hotel use to more beautiful in the past than now. Some standard room have to fix espectially water system.

At the time we arrived around 2 PM, the aircon was not working, so we asked them to fix. At 5 PM, they said it was fixed then we went out. When we came back around 9 PM, the aircon did not work at all. We were asked to move to another room. So we complained and they upgraded to the suite room. At the beginning, we were quite happy but when we entered to the room, we said we WON'T come back again. The suite room was big with a living room but it is stink !!! The bench was broken, there is no dining table (while my friend's room has got one). The swimming pool was not clean, the floor still has stain and it caused me itchy. We won't stay here again.

A Greenery resort knock-off”

Mandarin is an old hotel, but it's cheap! everything is a bit run down, the pool is ok, the rooms are big but a bit smelly. It's right next to Greenery resort which has a nice (paying) splash&ride pool. Greenery also has a few restaurants and a shop. Other shops/restaurants on the main road, walking or short drive away. Kao Yai entrance is approx. 3km.

+ Was there for a night, we booked 3 rooms for the trip. the hotel located in good location.easy to access,only fews minutes drive to Khao yai..swimming pool is big, they also having a pool bar but guess that will open in Summer. - none of the rooms that we bookes are 100% OK. we got a room thst has no remote control for TV and staff cannot help with that, we got a room that shower running so so weak and last room the door to balcony is unable to lock... Over all is OK.

Middle quality &service.

Your private hotel.. ”

A stay we will not forget, but not in a positive way. We arrived during the week and the place was totally deserted. We where literally the only guests in this massive hotel, which did not feel pleasant. Way too much staff, all hanging around because there was no one to serve. Time has stood still, hotel and rooms have not been renewed for many-many years. Shower not working well and a lot of ants in the room. Bed sheets not clean. Personnel trying it's best, but are too bored by their job to look really welcoming. Location and views are nice, but can not match the spooky appearance in general. According to our tour guide, things will be much busier/better in the weekend, so the experience could be different.

Mandarin Hotel Khao Yai”

Road signs were hard to read and it was hard to find at night. Room phones did not work in any room. Low season so had minimal staff. First room nothing was working, no A/C or lights. Second room better but phone did not work. Room was comfortable.

Speacial hot deal is very cost effective”

The room is fine and have good mountain veiw. The hotel is near many tourist attraction and Khao Yai national park. Break fast is good and the swimming pool is big and fine. All is good and cost effective!

The hotel was good for us as just one night stop over. Good value for money but dated hotel needs an overhaul..

Simple but great place to stay”

This place was great for us - very quiet but still easy to get to the neighbouring resorts to use their pools/restaurants. The room was huge - plenty big enough for a family of four. We had the great pool to ourselves.

The hotel so old and staffs aren't nice. ”

The hotel is so old, many bugs and flies...!! The breakfast was so bad and water wasn't hot even you turn just only hot side.

very quiet...pleasant gardens”

A little disconcerting in a large hotel to be staying there almost alone and outnumbered by staff. My family were scared to move around on their own. The hotel is in need of some refurbishment but was clean and the staff were discreetly attentive. The pool was in need of some care also. Dared not ask why it was so empty...breakfast was varied but not very pleasant and we left most of it. The room was dated but attempts had been made to conduct repairs and it was clean though towels musty. Overall a little disappointing.

I would choose the hotel at least 4 stars ”

There is no coffee & tea in room . Requested to bring glass for 3 person but bring just 1. The air conditioner made noisy at night.
