Very nice room, good location”

We liked the room, very clean inside and quite spacious. The staffs are very nice and helpful. But the non-smoking rule should be better enforced. The first room we got was on a floor full of smoking smell, so strong that we could smelled it during sleep. Then we were offered another room, which was what we were booking for: very nice and non-smoking.

This was the first time I stayed in a serviced-apartment type unit and I sure made the right choice! It was quite a find for the price considering: it's situated in a great location (very close to Bui Vien and surrounding must-see spots, without having to worry about the noise); the unit was kept clean and was well-furnished w/ essential household items; there's new rooftop bar upstairs which is worth a visit for the cocktails (I recommend their Mayan Mule) and the view; and, the staff were helpful and friendly. If I have to nitpick, it's just that outside of my room always smelled like cigarettes. Maybe another tenant smokes inside the room and the smell reeks out to the hall. Good thing, it doesn't seep into my unit. Overall, though, I had an amazing stay!

Value for money doesn't even begin to describe this apartment. We paid around US$108 for 3 nights, an absolute steal. For this price, we got a wonderfully spacious apartment with one bedroom, a large bathroom, a living room, and an open kitchen. Amazing! The location of the apartment is also surprisingly good. Though it's a fair distance from some of the main attractions like the Notre Dame cathedral, the Saigon post office and the Ben Thanh market (expect to walk for around 30 mins), it's right next to the Bui Vien walking street which comes alive with clubs and thumping music at night. Real convenient for those of us who plan to drink more than we should.

very close to bui vien which is a good thing if you are a party animal. otherwise the vibrant area will keep you awake all night. Rooms are in excellent condition though

Return Stay was just as good”

2nd time staying, this time in the slightly smaller one bedroom - but its still very spacious. You get to stay at an apartment for about an average hotel stay cost. Why not?! Staff was excellent as usual when approached for queries and house keeping was immaculate.

Highlight of our trip”

These serviced apartments are great. We didn’t realize that we booked this type of room but will definitely seek this accommodation in the future. Rooms were clean, staff communicated well in English and it was just an overall great experience. Highly recommended accommodation if you’ve been on the road for a few months, like we have been.

Ample space and efficient facility”

It's very modern and it has everything you need, just like you are at home. Clean kitchen, new sofa, nice bed and everything is like brand new. I loved to stay there with my family on my next trip to Vietnam.

Spacious room, good location & friendly staff”

I have nothing to complain about our stay. The location is excellent, very close to the walking street which many bars & restaurants are there. The room was located at the high-floor, so the noise form the street was very much acceptable for us. The room is spacious and clean, there is living room, kitchen, dining table, bedroom & bathroom. We stayed 5 nights there and definitely come back again! Nevertheless, the staff and security are all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay!

Clean, Safe, No Noise”

Near the "party" area. But silent for proper sleep (double windows in bedrooms). all the facilities you could need. Can also eat late, as lot of 24hour stores and restaurants directly there. Great staff! Highly recommend

Awesome - Location, Value for Money, Friendly staff, Clean Facilities”

My wife and I set out to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary in Vietnam. We stayed 4 nights in Ho Chi Min City at MAyfair Suites Appartment and had the most wonderful experience. The reception staff - An and the gang were brilliant and really helpful. When we enquired about things and get their views on local logistics they were always willing and able and their English was good. The only with apartment issue was the flushing of the Toilet - which sometimes was unable to take the full load down the plumbing pipes in one flush so a few flushes was required on most occasions. Considering the main street is only a stroll away - Literally 50m to the right as you walk out of the Mayfair Suites - WMC tower building. Bui Ven street - Full of diverse people from all over the world gather for their holiday adventures. A whole variety of food choices which is really awesome, Indian, Vietnamese, Chineese , Mexican, Kebabs, Italian, Assuie Options, and American options and more.

I would like to give 100 stars if there is. This is the best hotel I have stayed given the very reasonable price and excellent service. Location is very central. The room are new and clean. This will be my one and only choice if I were to come back this place. The staff can communicate very well in English making the trip very fuss free and they are very helpful especially the guy at night with Mask and another girl named Thành. She translated for me when I was buying a dress Nex door. Thank you for the wonderful experience in Ho Chin Minh.

For the price. You cannot go wrong. Good thing about this place, they have share washing machine and dryer. Has kitchen if you like to cook your own food. No swimming pool and gym hence the price is affordable. Getting around is super easy and cheap by ordering GRAB. Great way to get your dirty cloths wash before you head off to your next destination. Friendly and helpful security guards. Always there to help all hotel guests, 10/10 for their security guards. I have no hesitation in staying here again.

Excellent place to stay in Ho Chi Minh city. Big and clean. Professional and friendly staff. No problem communicating in English and the male receptionist and security guard who was on duty at night were very helpful! Would come back again!

The staff could not have done more to help us and were just the nicest people, I would stay there again just for the service but the room was also very nice with everything you could want provided for you. It’s within walking distance from bars and restaurants and only a short taxi journey to many of the local attractions. Perfect stay!

Didn't expect the apartment to be so good. The room is spacious with good quality furniture. The kitchen is well equipped where you can cook your own meal. The location is also good, it lies between district 1 and Cholon and there are two direct bus to the airport.

Staff was friendly and was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay for 5 days . Room was clean . But it was quite a far walking distance to Ben Thanh night market . Overall, it was a memorable stay and we will definitely stay again with my whole family !

Convenient abode in District 1”

Checking in at Mayfair Suites - WMC Tower made this three-day stay in Ho Chi Minh City comfortable and smooth. I particularly enjoyed the condominium-style of the apartment, and the friendliness of all staff (special thanks to Mrs Ann and Mr Khao who were proved very helpful).

after so many 3 star hotels near by ben thanh market, we choose this apartment as a break for similar price . Everything is great here . the apartment is well maintain . ( we were here 3-4 years ago for 10 days ) . staffs are friendly and helpful . Apartment is big and modern .it´s quite and the bed is soft . We will comeback .

I always stay here when they have room. Staff and security is very attentive and nice. Room is always clean. However, there is no pool or gym nor room service but the location is near bui vien, which you can walk to restaurant and bar almost 24/7
