The price is good and the service is great! I always come here whenever I go to HCMC because I get good service with a very clean facility for 1/3 the price of similar hotels in HCMC. Friendly staff and very convenient to go in and out of the city.

Hotel under renovation”

the hotel was very dusty when i was there. There was also no breakfast prepared and the staff ran out to make a bowl of noodles for me. which was a nice gesture but made me doubt the authenticity and cleanliness of the food.

Good choice near airport”

Good hotel with restaurant, Easy to moving from/to airport, good facilities. I will come back.

Clean facility but extremely poor services”

Pros: The location is okay since it is close to airport, making checking in and out a bit easy. However, it is quite far if you want to go around the city from this hotel. The facility is quite cleaned but that would be expected for the average price. Cons: Extremely poor customer service. We arrived at the hotel without anyone helping us with the luggages. The security staffs don't seem to know we are hotel guest and have to be told multiple times to assist. We ended up carrying our luggages ourselves It was even worse when checking out. We did prepare by letting the staffs know ahead of time our check out but still no help was given. We did have to go through the whole process again. Other notable things to mention; The room is small for the price we paid. It was noisy during our visit because they were hosting parties. It is extremely uncomfortable when you walk over the party to get to the hotel ( yes, they had party blocking the hotel entrance) Recommendation: The hotel has potential but its managment and staff are questionable . I would stay away from this place if you are traveling in family and expect some decent service

We had one night in a nice & clean deluxe room, for a good price, incl. 1 out of 3 choice breakfast. Friendly service.

The hotel seems to be aimed at corporate groups rather than travellers. It is quite a way from the city centre although fairly close.to the airport (around 20 minutes). There are a few restaurants around but not too diverse. Breakfast is at an adjoining restaurant and the offerings were quite limited. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and pillows were made of foam slabs. However, for a budget conscious traveller, it should be ok for no more than 2 nights stay.

Friendly staff but communication problem No warning from staff that snatch thieves are common around the area Poor WiFi and tv signal Staff fail to inform that we can order ala cat on days when buffet was unavailable but the manager was kind enough to waive for the instant noodles on the mini bar.

Good location, very close to the airport. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price. Mattress is a little bit firm ( uncomfortable for my family), but the room is clean . Breakfast is excellence. I would come back for my next trip.

Disappointed Return Stay. Will never come back again.”

I booked for Premium Deluxe and upon check-in, I arrived with my husband, they said that the room is only for 1 person. Additional person will be charged which did not show anywhere from Agoda and from the confirmation voucher I had. I told the receptionist this was my return stay and I booked and stayed with my husband before why I was not charged for additional before. He said because the person checked us in last stay was wrong for not doing so. If I was not wrong, Premium Deluxe was the 2nd highest category which I purposely booked for more spaces. The Supervisor/Manager told me this room was just nice enough for 1 person and they insisted to impose the additional charges if my husband stayed. We were too tired after flight and had to agrue with the staff about this and they were not able to show us where the special policies indicated. They just seemly said it is their hotel's policies. It was bad check in experience. We just paid and get it done as we just transitted for 1 night. We arrived at 6pm and left at 7am on next day. We were disappointed and did not take breakfast also even it was entitled. It is not a good service or practice to welcome back return guests to your property. Additional point: even though we paid for additional pax but the premium deluxe was assigned to us as standard room and 1 pair of slippers and 1 set of amenities....Unacceptable! And Of course we will not book this hotel again!

Lovely staff but rooms a bit noisy”

Staff were excellent but the rooms are fairly noisy. Sounds travels very easily between rooms and even from down the hallway. Otherwise the rooms were fine.. hot water was a bit hit and miss though
