5 star service”

I've reviewed this hotel on my last stay a week ago. Repeating by coming back to Macau and staying again at this hotel. The entire staff beginning with arriving by taxi at hotel front door, to front desk reception check in and escorting me to my room was 5 stars all the way. Manager Raymond Sin ,And his entire staff are in sync that hotel is in service business. Thank you all. USA

SERVICE WITH A SMILE”

I've stayed at most hotels in Macau. Venetian, Parisian, MGM the grand Lisboa they are all considered 5 stars. Million Dollar Dragon surpasses customer service hands down. From the minute u walk in to hotel and check in. Mr. Raymond Sin ,Manager to the entire staff are 7 stars in my book. I'll recommend this hotel to all my Associates and anyone that reads Agoda reviews before booking hotel. Hotels Buffet on 1st floor rivals The Galaxy, fiesta restaurant which I've tried many times. But yesterday at this hotel it surpasses all of them hands down. Oysters so fresh and Crab , Procioutto play. Thank you Million Dollar Dragon for this wonderful experience. I'll return for sure. NIce Hotel”

stayed there for 1 night for my business. The room was large and really beautiful. Location is in a quieter area which is also a 6 min walk to the larger hotels like the Wynn and Star World where you can hop on one of the free shuttles to go around Macau. The service was fantastic as well, they even helped me to arrange ferry tickets back to hong kong. I would def stay at this hotel again the next time I go back to Macau.

Elegant Mysterical Design but rooms are small”

Very nice, cosy and comfortable room. Staff are OK, bell-boy are very friendly and provide good service and recommendation. Check in and check out takes about 10-15mins. We asked for non-smoking room but only left with the smallest room, very very small but we are happy with non-smoking smell. The decoration are new and nice. Everything provided in the room are good, even the bath lotion are lightly scent with lavendar. Big LCD TV provided. Will consider to stay in this hotel again in my next visit. Taxi to airport is about HK$50, need add $3 per baggage in taxi booth.

Lovely hotel and good front desk service. ”

The check in process was very smooth. The hotel was fully booked and we were booked for 2 rooms for 3 nights and we were upgraded to a suite. Lovely service and amenities in the suite are just wonderful and truly deserving of 5 stars. Our only complain is that the hotel does not have a shuttle service to bring you to any of the main casinos but they do have a shuttle to bring you to the ferry.

wonderfull hotel”

I had a wonderfull stay in this hotel.I think it is quite new as everything looked very well-maintained. The room was very comfortable, with soft bedroom slippers and bath robe provided. Even the lighting in the room was nice, with a flower motif projected on the wall. It was a very comfortable stay and definitely recommended. Also, it was very near the ferry terminal and there was a free shuttle to and fro.Casino sands is stone throw away.they also have bulgari tioletries, lovely. i would stay there everytime i am in macau.

Great value Getaway”

Hotel is excellent value for its price. Rooms are well designed and very intimate. The casino is very small however and not ideal for gambling, staff are not particularly bright either. Aside from that the hotel is a very good choice for a short get away to macau.

Nice and clean hotel ”

Nice clean hotel to stay with reasonable price, but does the restaurant food were average and does not have other night life entertainment features. Location is very good and close to all famous casinos and other sites in the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to direct you to good restaurants and other entertainment spots in the city.

Personal service with a touch of class”

Lan Kwai Fong seems a popular name for hotels, and now for one outside of Hong Kong. While none are operated by the same owners, there are some similarities, in that the Lan Kwai Fong in Macau is a modern, refined, well appointed property that offers good comfort and amenities that make any room stay pleasant. Bathrooms are well designed, beds are comfortable, rooms are nicely designed and decorated, and some touches make things just a little more special - like the multi-phone charger that will recharge almost any make of phone should you have forgotten your own leads. The staff, at all levels are very friendly and helpful - even an engineering in my room was attended quickly, pleasantly and resolved the issue successfully. The only criticism I can make is in regard to dining - in particular breakfast. Being forced to walk through the gaming rooms to a small, noisy, unimpressive and to a decidedly unimpressive breakfast menu was the low point but one which could be easily fixed by providing a good quality standard buffet breakfast in one of the hotel's other restaurants. I probably harbour a greater grudge about this than I should - but a good start to the day makes one happy and this is definitely an area where this otherwise excellent hotel needs to make improvement.

Most Satisfying”

Well located with plenty of eating options nearby, city buses ply from behind the hotel. They even had two Mac's with 21 inch screens and free internet usage, next to the reception. The food was disappointing, even the breakfast on offer being tepid. Small cosy casino, extremely well maintained property. They lack adequate free transfers from the ferry terminal, but getting to the ferry was never an issue. Besides, the Sands hotel nearby has plenty of coaches, even to get to their sister concern The Venetian.

A nicely located hotel”

最少50個字 The hotel is well located in a vicinity where there are many entertainment and local food outlets. I'm specially impressed to find a multi-use HP charger. Such detailed service was never found in all those 4/5-star hotels I stayed before. I would also be most happy to come back to stay in your hotel often if your management can create more discount promos to attract visitors like us.

Nice hotel room definitely worth the money”

Good hotel and enjoyed the stay. It is easy to go around in taxi or walk if you prefers to most areas of interest. Taxi to senardo square is less than HK15. You can walk from here to fishman wharf and sands. This hotel offers a shuttle bus from ferry terminal to hotel and back for free. You can also get to the terminal and hop on to any other buses going to other hotels for free. Price during peak period is reasonable compared to other older hotels.

Nice Boutique Hotel”

I would say that I will recommand this hotel to my friends based on the room condition and the price. I believe this hotel is a make-over renovation from an old building and therefore they have to put the lobby on the 3rd floor. I got a standard room which is not that big but good enough for 2-3 nights of stay. I got Crabtree & Evelyn products instead of the Bulgari. Also there were only one bathrobe. The bathrobe and the slippers are very comfy!

Good hotel ”

Unexpected spacious room and very clean, the hotel is located at a strategic location near others 5 stars hotel like wynn and grand lisboa. There is a casino inside the hotel and it is very comfortable, unlike some others casino which is too crowded. There are many great restaurant nearby the hotel as well, and very easy to get a cab to other tourist place. On the last day I just went to sands hotel ( just across the street) to take a shuttle bus to Venetian (save my transportation cost) and then from there I took a cab to airport. Last word, it is a worth to stay hotel with cheap price

Good hotel”

It is new Macau hotel nearby pier and it takes a few minutes to get there by free shuttle bus. The reception is at 3rd floor so it takes time to check in. However, the staff are friendly and effective. Room is boutique-like and with Sony LCD TV, good to stay there during the Lunar new year...

Trying a New Hotel”

We are at the Ferry Port and the hotel was only a few minutes ride away. The taxi driver knew exactly where it was which was good considering it is a new hotel. The entrance was welcoming as were the staff, however the reception was on an upper floor which is always dificult if you have bags getting in an out of the lift. The reception was efficient and my golf clubs were taken from me and put on trolley to my relief. The room was not ready until 2pm which was awkward, when after travelling a shower was next on the agenda. There was potentailly a problem getting a non-smoking room. There seems to be little or no control over smoking and non-smoking rooms. I was promised a non-smoking by 2pm or I was going to another hotel. The room was well furbished but a little small except for the TV which was so big it dominated the room. The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room new and of high quality. Good value for money.

Nice newly renovated hotel”

Awesome hotel, they will provide you with fruits. Other than that, I just put value things like laptops & iPad in the room. No worries no one will take it. Safety

Still a good hotel but the quality is not as good ”

it is my fifth time to stay in this hotel since 2 years ago. basically the hotel is great but there is some minor issue has been changed. one of the main thing is all cleaning equipment specially shampoo or all bath oil; as they used bulgari before but now just using their own hotel brand which is quit disappointment

one of the best i have ever been”

i have been here 3 times during the last 3 years. everything is perfect at this hotle, even if the room is quite small. the bed is exelent. the staff r great. the hotle seem to be as new as if it just open. i love this hotel and i m sure will be here again. location is good too.
